Today's Encouragement (23 January 2023)

Hello sister saints!

Hope this day is another one you're overcoming in the Lord! He is so worthy! Let us keep striving to please Him!

I share some scriptures which help keep us striving and making sure we will be found ready at His coming or our death...

Examine yourselves, whether ye be in the faith; prove your own selves. Know ye not your own selves, how that Jesus Christ is in you, except ye be reprobates?
2 Corinthians 13:5

For if we would judge ourselves, we should not be judged.
1 Corinthians 11:31

For the time is come that judgment must begin at the house of God: and if it first begin at us, what shall the end be of them that obey not the gospel of God?
And if the righteous scarcely be saved, where shall the ungodly and the sinner appear?
1 Peter 4:17-18

Wherefore, my beloved, as ye have always obeyed, not as in my presence only, but now much more in my absence, work out your own salvation with fear and trembling.
Philippians 2:12

Hope those encourage you to keep striving sisters!

Remembering how thankful I am for food and raiment. So many things to be thankful for isn't there sisters! Most of all would be thankfulness for the Lord and what Christ has done for us amen?! God is such a great God to serve. I'm thankful I get to serve Him. Thankful for His mercy and grace and love and forgiveness, and long suffering and loving kindness and so much more. And I'm also very thankful for His saints...His children...my real family who love Him. And thankful for the health and strength and what He allows me to do each day. I'm sure we can't know all the blessings we really have in the Lord...but we can do our best to be thankful and never complain!

Today's Encouragement (22 January 2023)

Greetings sisters!

How are you all in the Lord? I'm hoping you're striving on in Him...not growing weary or discouraged in well doing!

Just a few pictures from my day...

And the rest of my day was spent in sharing time with my sisters in the Lord...edifying and encouraging and receiving the same back myself.

I share some scriptures on what we are to do to one another in the body of Christ...

Wherefore comfort yourselves together, and edify one another, even as also ye do.
1 Thessalonians 5:11

Be kindly affectioned one to another with brotherly love; in honour preferring one another;
Romans 12:10

And let us consider one another to provoke unto love and to good works:
Hebrews 10:24

Confess your faults one to another, and pray one for another, that ye may be healed. The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much.

Today's Encouragement (21 January 2023)

Greetings sisters!

I'm back again after a busy day. Hope you're striving on in the Lord most of all!

I share some scriptures on the comfort of God and His saints! That is a precious thing indeed!

Now our Lord Jesus Christ himself, and God, even our Father, which hath loved us, and hath given us everlasting consolation and good hope through grace,
Comfort your hearts, and stablish you in every good word and work.
2 Thessalonians 2:16-17

As ye know how we exhorted and comforted and charged every one of you, as a father doth his children,
That ye would walk worthy of God, who hath called you unto his kingdom and glory.
1 Thessalonians 2:11-12

That their hearts might be comforted, being knit together in love, and unto all riches of the full assurance of understanding, to the acknowledgement of the mystery of God, and of the Father, and of Christ;
Colossians 2:2

Nevertheless I tell you the truth; It is expedient for you that I go away: for if I go not away, the Comforter will not come unto you; but if I depart, I will send him unto you.
John 16:7

We indeed serve such a good and loving God! But we also must remember His severity too and fear Him.

Well I must go and keep going about my work here before rest time. I'm sure my sisters are occupying in many different good things too! We want to be thankful and content with what the Lord has given us also and where He has called us! We have so much in Him don't we?! Hold fast to Him sisters!

Today's Encouragement (20 January 2023)

Greetings sisters!

I hope you're holding fast to truth today! I'm sure you're all busy in your Titus 2 good works you have to do. And most of all loving God first and striving to please Him. And probably also looking for opportunities and doing whatever you can to help share that precious gospel truth with the lost! Keep being faithful sisters!

He that is faithful in that which is least is faithful also in much: and he that is unjust in the least is unjust also in much.
Luke 16:10

I share some scriptures on pure...

Blessed are the pure in heart: for they shall see God.
Matthew 5:8

Now the end of the commandment is charity out of a pure heart, and of a good conscience, and of faith unfeigned:
1 Timothy 1:5

Flee also youthful lusts: but follow righteousness, faith, charity, peace, with them that call on the Lord out of a pure heart.
2 Timothy 2:22

Seeing ye have purified your souls in obeying the truth through the Spirit unto unfeigned love of the brethren, see that ye love one another with a pure heart fervently:
1 Peter 1:22

We see the importance of it in our daily lives don't we sisters. We don't want an impure heart, divided part for the world and ourselves and a part for Christ. But we want to be set apart for Him amen sisters?! Glad to know what His pure ways are through His Word!

We have a very great Creator!

And He gave this pretty sunset tonight...

One more day behind me. Maybe a new day tomorrow...and only God knows what will be in it. Let us trust it to Him sisters! He is able!

If it be so, our God whom we serve is able to deliver us from the burning fiery furnace, and he will deliver us out of thine hand, O king.

But if not, be it known unto thee, O king, that we will not serve thy gods, nor worship the golden image which thou hast set up.
Daniel 3:17-18

Hold fast sisters! Be on guard and ready to suffer and even die for our faith in Christ! He is so worthy! But if He has given us freedom and peace...let us redeem it well for His glory!

Today's Encouragement (19 January 2023)

Hello godly sister saints!

Hope you're all standing strong for the Lord and His truth and ways on this day!

Therefore, my brethren dearly beloved and longed for, my joy and crown, so stand fast in the Lord, my dearly beloved.
Philippians 4:1

Amen! I say the same to my sisters!

More garden blessings...

I like the pretty leaf patterns...

And isn't this pumpkin leaf so huge?

Hopefully it will be producing some huge pumpkins too!

I loved seeing this too...

All sorts of good blessings God made to grow for us to eat!

I share these two scriptures about what Jesus said about those of great faith. So may we also have great faith!

Then Jesus answered and said unto her, O woman, great is thy faith: be it unto thee even as thou wilt. And her daughter was made whole from that very hour.
Matthew 15:28

When Jesus heard these things, he marvelled at him, and turned him about, and said unto the people that followed him, I say unto you, I have not found so great faith, no, not in Israel.
Luke 7:9

We do not want to be of little faith do we sisters...

And he saith unto them, Why are ye fearful, O ye of little faith? Then he arose, and rebuked the winds and the sea; and there was a great calm.
Matthew 8:26

There are so many situations that could cause us to fear or doubt...but that is lack of faith and trust in God isn't it so let's have a strong faith in Him!

Today's Encouragement (18 January 2023)

Greetings sisters!

Hopefully this finds you...walking in His truth another day! We sisters know His truth is so precious and worth losing all for.

I share these scriptures...

Nevertheless the foundation of God standeth sure, having this seal, The Lord knoweth them that are his. And, Let every one that nameth the name of Christ depart from iniquity.
2 Timothy 2:19

That's a comfort knowing the Lord knows His own. And as it also says we are to depart from sin!

Wherefore come out from among them, and be ye separate, saith the Lord, and touch not the unclean thing; and I will receive you,
And will be a Father unto you, and ye shall be my sons and daughters, saith the Lord Almighty.
2 Corinthians 6:17-18

Yes there are conditions to His promises aren't there sisters?! May we make sure we are eligible for the promises before claiming them as our own!

Garden treasures...

Such simple yet delicious blessings God grew from the ground!

I'm thankful for all He provides!

So much variety we have...and we don't want unthankfulness and such to be named among us saints!

I was pondering about death...

(...while digging a hole for a healthy chicken that had died suddenly.)

And so we know not when our day to die may be nor the souls around us. Are we all prepared and preparing daily to meet our God?

We know it was a woman who disobeyed the Lord and took of the forbidden fruit which brought death into the world.

And the woman said unto the serpent, We may eat of the fruit of the trees of the garden:
But of the fruit of the tree which is in the midst of the garden, God hath said, Ye shall not eat of it, neither shall ye touch it, lest ye die.
And the serpent said unto the woman, Ye shall not surely die:
Genesis 3:2-4

What a liar satan was and still is today.

We know physical death is coming for us all unless we make it through the tribulation before the Lord's return! And so obeying the gospel of Christ is the only way we can escape eternal death!

And speaking of liars you have to be very careful about scammers these days as they seem to be getting much more crafty. I had one try to get me today with something that looked so close to what they were imitating. They are so wicked but God sees even them! They will give account of their evil deeds as no liars or thieves will inherit the kingdom. Hope they repent.

Ye are of your father the devil, and the lusts of your father ye will do. He was a murderer from the beginning, and abode not in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaketh a lie, he speaketh of his own: for he is a liar, and the father of it.
John 8:44

Good to remember that isn't it sisters. Helps us resist him amen?!

Beautiful sun and clouds to end my day...

Let the heavens be glad, and let the earth rejoice: and let men say among the nations, The Lord reigneth.

Amen He reigns! Let us serve Him with fear and faithfulness sisters! He is worthy!

Today's Encouragement (17 January 2023)

Greetings sisters!

Hopefully you are strong in the Lord today and walking in His truth!

I have no greater joy than to hear that my children walk in truth.
3 John 1:4

It is joyous thing to hear of saints walking in truth and not lies! We know the only worship God accepts is spirit and truth worship. It can't be in ways contrary to His truthful Word can it sisters! So we test all things and reject that which is of man and sin and flesh and walk in that which is holy and right and good!

Pretty bird creations God made...

He made tiny creatures and big ones and everything in between. He made things that are too small for our eyes to see and also things that are too big! What a mighty God we have to serve! But yet He is good and loving to His own and wants none to perish but His judgment will be just.

Thankful for so many garden blessings!

And thankful for a bit of refreshing rain...

Nevertheless he left not himself without witness, in that he did good, and gave us rain from heaven, and fruitful seasons, filling our hearts with food and gladness.

The witness of God in creation is all around isn't it sisters. I'm so thankful to know and live for the One who made and owns all this!

God is glorified and obeyed when we have one mind and unity in Him with His children! We don't just overlook a lot of things do we sisters. No, every area of our lives must be brought in line with God's ways. And we work through things to understand better and if we have the Spirit then He will guide us to the Father's will!

Today's Encouragement (16 January 2023)

Greetings sisters!

I hope you're walking in His truth and light today! We know this faith life is not a passive one. There is a lot of striving to be done! Of course it is all with what the Lord has given us and because of what He has done for us. But we still have to have willing hearts and crucify our flesh amen sisters?!

The night is far spent, the day is at hand: let us therefore cast off the works of darkness, and let us put on the armour of light.
Romans 13:12

Garden blessings...

Thankful to see how God grows food for mankind out of the ground. It's amazing! He is good even to the wicked who go about their lives as though they are their own god. Hope they repent though before His just judgment falls on them for eternity.

We can never run out of work to do in His harvest. So many lost souls and His truth to be upheld.

Amen glory to Him!

I've had a busy day in various good works. I hope all is well in your lives as you strive to love the Lord our God with all you are! Let us strive to be good witnesses for Him and not bring reproach on His name or an occasion for the enemies to blaspheme His name.

Today's Encouragement (15 January 2023)

Hello sisters!

Hope you're doing well in the Lord!

I share a reminder on the gospel and how we find eternal life. Maybe someone is reading here who is not sure about where they stand with the Lord or are not living in obedience. We must first of all believe in Jesus which is an allegiance to Him as our Saviour and His atonement for our sins. We must repent from our ways and turn to God to obey Him. God will give His Spirit to us and we then keep striving to obey Him and live holy until the end. As we have been commanded to do we test all things and reject what is of darkness and lies (Christmass/easter/birthdays/worldly weddings/funerals, politics, entertainment, etc and more).

I share some scriptures from the many we sisters share in a day...

What a mighty and precious Saviour we have...God Himself!

Tell ye, and bring them near; yea, let them take counsel together: who hath declared this from ancient time? who hath told it from that time? have not I the Lord ? and there is no God else beside me; a just God and a Saviour; there is none beside me.
Look unto me, and be ye saved, all the ends of the earth: for I am God, and there is none else.
I have sworn by myself, the word is gone out of my mouth in righteousness, and shall not return, That unto me every knee shall bow, every tongue shall swear.
Isaiah 45:21-23

Yeah we need to be good stewards of our time don't we sisters. There's all kinds of things we need to be faithful in.

Amen...spirit and truth worship is so essential to be pleasing to God.

Today's Encouragement (14 January 2023)

Greetings sisters!

I hope this finds you well and continuing to focus on God's kingdom and righteousness.

Really windy here today...so you can watch some waves coming in...

How can we not trust the One who made it all and has power over it all?

I'm sharing scripture pictures sisters shared today...

Yes He is our God...so let us not be prideful and think we can do any of our own ways. His will be done!

Amen we sure don't want to grumble because it sorely displeases the Lord.

Now these things were our examples, to the intent we should not lust after evil things, as they also lusted.

1 Corinthians 10:6

That is an awesome promise! We're so blessed to know who and what we can trust in this world...God and His Word!

I love that! Resting in the Lord is a precious treasure. We don't want to be of little faith and doubting and not trusting in Him.
