Today's Encouragement (31 May 2022)

Greetings sisters!

Mercy unto you, and peace, and love, be multiplied.

Jude 1:2

How are you today? I trust you are pressing on and not growing weary in doing well!

I saw that beautiful rainbow today when I was out making audios for my sisters. And then I saw another one later.

It's not only an awesome creation but also tied to a promise from God that this world will not be destroyed by a flood again. We do know what is coming though...fire. May we sisters be safe in Christ for our salvation from what's to come.

And to wait for his Son from heaven, whom he raised from the dead, even Jesus, which delivered us from the wrath to come.

1 Thessalonians 1:10

Pretty rain falling in the sunshine...

Peaceful. It's nice to be out in the rain every once in awhile:-)

And I will make them and the places round about my hill a blessing; and I will cause the shower to come down in his season; there shall be showers of blessing.

Ezekiel 34:26

And some Titus 2 in between rain showers...

And peaceful fish...

His creation is refreshing in a world of much issues caused by satan and sin.

And I share a warming ginger turmeric tea....

Good healthy and cozy blessings!

And here's something interesting...red dates...

They have a spongy inside texture. And apparently have good health benefits. I like them!

Thank you sister for sharing this scripture picture...

Amen yes we may long for our new body where we will be delivered from suffering. Let's just keep pressing on day by day and then we shall receive much if we overcome!

He that overcometh shall inherit all things; and I will be his God, and he shall be my son.

Revelation 21:7

Hold fast!

Stand strong!

Strive on, sisters!

We have to run this race first before we receive our reward if we are faithful unto death!

Love in Christ,

Sister Michaela

Today's Encouragement (30 May 2022)

Greetings holy sisters of the Lord!

Hope you're doing well today and are running the race with patient endurance.

I love this scripture...

And hope maketh not ashamed; because the love of God is shed abroad in our hearts by the Holy Ghost which is given unto us.

Romans 5:5

And sometimes I think of people that seemingly have great love for each other...but it stops there and they don't love all of their neighbors including enemies.

For if ye love them which love you, what thank have ye? for sinners also love those that love them.

And if ye do good to them which do good to you, what thank have ye? for sinners also do even the same.

And if ye lend to them of whom ye hope to receive, what thank have ye? for sinners also lend to sinners, to receive as much again.

But love ye your enemies, and do good, and lend, hoping for nothing again; and your reward shall be great, and ye shall be the children of the Highest: for he is kind unto the unthankful and to the evil.

Luke 6:32-35

And there are groups of those who claim Christ who 'seem' to have great love amongst themselves and so perhaps someone can be stumbled to think they must be of God then. But we see in that scripture, sinners loving sinners. And we are called to something much higher. And it is fake love that doesn't tell the truth either. We sisters want to love in deed and in truth.

It was a really windy day today...

Just more of God's variety in His creation!

Little frog I dug up when digging in the garden...

Isn't he cute?!

General garden work going on...

And some sister scripture sharing...

Right we don't want to live to please men! And this might mean we upset quite a few people but we can't let that stumble us. And we do it all for the glory of God and in love and keeping peace where we can. But we know pleasing God is of much much higher importance. Keep pressing on my sisters who are living to please the Lord!

Amen we want our steps and lives to be ordered by the Lord. We conform our ways to His. We must no matter what.

OK sisters well that's my simple encouragement for you! You sisters that I know and are in daily communication with are so refreshing in your love and zeal for God and obedience to Him. Keep it up!

Love in Christ,

Sister Michaela

Today's Encouragement (29 May 2022)

Greetings sister saints!

Hoping this finds my sisters strong in the Lord!

Thank you sister for sharing those pretty creations that you saw! Glory to God for all He has made. There's so very much variety like the fact that most every person is totally unique looking to everyone else. His power and creativity is very great indeed! Just reminds me again that all are truly without excuse.

I was reading and was pondering this scripture...

And thinking how sadly most 'Christians' are not fearing but are high-minded, thinking they're all good because of some vague belief in Jesus.

Wherefore, my beloved, as ye have always obeyed, not as in my presence only, but now much more in my absence, work out your own salvation with fear and trembling.

Philippians 2:12

He that hath my commandments, and keepeth them, he it is that loveth me: and he that loveth me shall be loved of my Father, and I will love him, and will manifest myself to him.

John 14:21

Praise God for His Word as we take it all and not just cling to parts of it.

And I just share some pictures from my day in the Lord.

Finished sewing a skirt....

Interesting flower creation...

Pretty grasses...

(which the camera wouldn't focus on without my hand there.)

More winter vegetable blessings...

Pulled up some old tomato plants...
They had been very fruitful in their life. What blessings!

Which reminds me of us saints as one day we will have completed our fruitful life in the Lord. Well hopefully...as we have to endure until the end. If we're abiding in Christ we ought to be bringing much fruit. And whether we had been serving the Lord many years or someone just came to the Lord before they died...we can all have that hope of eternal life. Reminds me of Jesus' parable of the labourers...some had labored longer and others but a short time yet they received the same pay. Our Lord is so worthy to be labored for and we glorify the Father by bearing much fruit.

And if we overcome we also will receive a crown of righteousness in that day!

I have fought a good fight, I have finished my course, I have kept the faith: Henceforth there is laid up for me a crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous judge, shall give me at that day: and not to me only, but unto all them also that love his appearing.
2 Timothy 4:7-8

Cooked some more food to freeze...

Refreshing evening walk...

And the Lord provided our daily bread another day...

We sisters strive to live grateful lives and give the Lord thanks. We remember the Israelites who grumbled and God wasn't pleased with them. In Christ we know that life is so much more than things like food and clothing...or all the many extra blessings we have. We are so blessed! Let us never complain!

Yummy healthy treat of 1 mashed banana and 1 cup of quick oats (and bit of coconut), then baked...

Thank you sister for sharing this scripture...

Amen we want to be walking uprightly and living righteous and in truth and not lies! Christ is the truth!

I must go now sisters...hope your day is a great one!

Hold fast to the truth in Christ and the faith once delivered to the saints, sisters!

Love in Christ,

Sister Michaela

Today's Encouragement (28 May 2022)

Hello sister saints!

Time for me to come back bringing some encouragement from God's word! That's the best encouragement and edification and truth isn't it! And it is a blessing to know those who cherish truth and love God with all that they are and are zealous for good works! What a glorious life to live in Christ who died for us and made a way for us back to the Father after we'd ruined our hope. He is so merciful and gracious and long suffering! And what a mighty work He does in dead hearts and makes them alive from the dead by His Spirit! We're joyous and so thankful aren't we sisters! And we want to serve and please Him with our whole life! He is worthy!

And because we ourselves have this hope we have love for the lost too and hope they too will come unto the knowledge of the truth! That is the precious gospel that changed our lives.

Only let your conversation be as it becometh the gospel of Christ: that whether I come and see you, or else be absent, I may hear of your affairs, that ye stand fast in one spirit, with one mind striving together for the faith of the gospel;

And in nothing terrified by your adversaries: which is to them an evident token of perdition, but to you of salvation, and that of God.

For unto you it is given in the behalf of Christ, not only to believe on him, but also to suffer for his sake;

Philippians 1:27-29

Amen let our life and actions be fitting with our faith in our holy Saviour. And may we suffer joyfully with Him.

Tomatoes and capsicums hanging on into the colder weather...

Good blessings anything that grows is! God provides us with so much more than we deserve. He is good!

Headcovering sewing today...

And just a cute lamb picture to make you smile...

God's creations are good and refreshing compared to the world and the evil in it.

Well time for me to go sister saints. Hopefully you're all standing strong in the Lord and overcoming all the trials of this life!

And I leave with this great scripture...

This is a faithful saying, and these things I will that thou affirm constantly, that they which have believed in God might be careful to maintain good works. These things are good and profitable unto men.

Titus 3:8

That's the truth isn't it sisters. We, as Jesus' sheep, don't hear the people who say our actions really don't matter...we just believe. But we know our faith changes everything. Keep pressing on sister soldier saints! Fight the good fight of faith!

Love in Christ,

Sister Michaela

Today's Encouragement (27 May 2022)

Greetings godly sisters!

Praise God for this ability to share with you all another day! Hope yours has been going well. Mine has.

Cool damp winter's morning here...

Well it's still autumn officially but the weather doesn't go by exact dates! God's creation is awesome and varied and we get to glorify Him for it all. We know as long as the earth remains the seasons shall go on and on.

I share some scriptures on the concept of things 'above'. I love to think of there being something so much greater and higher than this troubled world and the people of it and we know that is God! And we get to be His people with our life and affections and treasures above!

He that cometh from above is above all: he that is of the earth is earthly, and speaketh of the earth: he that cometh from heaven is above all.

John 3:31

And he said unto them, Ye are from beneath; I am from above: ye are of this world; I am not of this world.

John 8:23

Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, and cometh down from the Father of lights, with whom is no variableness, neither shadow of turning.

James 1:17

If ye then be risen with Christ, seek those things which are above, where Christ sitteth on the right hand of God. Set your affection on things above, not on things on the earth.

Colossians 3:1-2

Those are great aren't they sisters?! And we know God's ways and wisdom are so much above ours also! He is great and so worthy to be served and praise!

I love seeing the moss growing again...

It's such an interesting and pretty creation!

Sorted out my big spools of thread...

Some of them are 5 kilometers long! Those should last a long time! And sew a lot of biblical clothing!

And seperated these ones out (from my past) that I won't be using to sew clothing with any more...

I want to try to sell them as there's nothing sinful about the colours but we just don't wear them as shamefaced soberminded saints who don't want to adorn ourselves but they can be used for crafts and other good things I'm sure.

Here's a big bunch of flowers for my sisters who love the Lord!

Seeing ye have purified your souls in obeying the truth through the Spirit unto unfeigned love of the brethren, see that ye love one another with a pure heart fervently:
1 Peter 1:22

And share a meal sisters...

She looketh well to the ways of her household, and eateth not the bread of idleness.

Proverbs 31:27

I love that scripture. Reminds me of all my godly sisters who are working their households as keepers of the home or wives or mothers or servants. We definitely see diligence in the Proverbs 31 example woman. And we all want to be faithful with the duties we must do...thankful and content to work where the Lord has called us!

Well I shall say goodbye for now and Lord willing be back here tomorrow. Hope your day is great in the Lord sisters! What a great blessing and joy to know and to serve our great God!

Hold fast sister saints!

Love in Christ,

Sister Michaela

Today's Encouragement (26 May 2022)

Hello sisters!

A new day...and I'm back here.

And I share a couple verses about some of the great things God is. Amen He is great indeed...in so many ways!

Oh how great is thy goodness, which thou hast laid up for them that fear thee; which thou hast wrought for them that trust in thee before the sons of men!

Psalm 31:19

It is of the Lord's mercies that we are not consumed, because his compassions fail not. They are new every morning: great is thy faithfulness.

 Lamentations 3:22-23

I will praise thee, O Lord, among the people: I will sing unto thee among the nations. For thy mercy is great unto the heavens, and thy truth unto the clouds.

Psalm 57:9-10

What a joy to know and serve such a great God!

I love seeing the carrots growing like a jungle...

Harvest time is coming for them! Good blessings!

And we know the harvest at the end of the world is coming for everyone. We sisters want to be ready for that great day.

Let both grow together until the harvest: and in the time of harvest I will say to the reapers, Gather ye together first the tares, and bind them in bundles to burn them: but gather the wheat into my barn.

Matthew 13:30

Picked some nettles to dry...

And God said, Behold, I have given you every herb bearing seed, which is upon the face of all the earth, and every tree, in the which is the fruit of a tree yielding seed; to you it shall be for meat.

Genesis 1:29

And thank you sister for sharing these scripture pictures...

Right we don't want to walk in our flesh...as we can't please God there.

I love that scripture! The wicked can sure trouble us today...but we have that blessed hope to come! And even today we can rest in Christ...not necessarily in our flesh because we need to be ready to die for Him and we know there is suffering in this world but we can trust in Him through it all. He told us not to fear anything...except God.

Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls.
Matthew 11:28-29

What a blessing.

Well, time for me to go! Keep pressing on sister saints! One more day is gone for me. Let's see about tomorrow when and if we get it on this earth! Hope yours is a good one and may the Lord bless and keep you.

Love in Christ,

Sister Michaela

Today's Encouragement (24 May 2022)

Greetings sister saints!

I wanted to share some awesome scriptures on faithfulness...

To the saints and faithful brethren in Christ which are at Colosse: Grace be unto you, and peace, from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ.

Colossians 1:2

His lord said unto him, Well done, thou good and faithful servant: thou hast been faithful over a few things, I will make thee ruler over many things: enter thou into the joy of thy lord.

Matthew 25:21

Moreover it is required in stewards, that a man be found faithful.

1 Corinthians 4:2

Even so must their wives be grave, not slanderers, sober, faithful in all things.

1 Timothy 3:11

Fear none of those things which thou shalt suffer: behold, the devil shall cast some of you into prison, that ye may be tried; and ye shall have tribulation ten days: be thou faithful unto death, and I will give thee a crown of life.

Revelation 2:10

These shall make war with the Lamb, and the Lamb shall overcome them: for he is Lord of lords, and King of kings: and they that are with him are called, and chosen, and faithful.

Revelation 17:14

I love those! Let us be faithful sisters! The Lord is faithful to us...and we want to be to Him and in our duties He has called us in.

Glimpse into my day...

Sewed a skirt for a customer...

Was looking through my fabric scraps for a larger piece...

But they're all mostly too small and really quite useless probably. Might have to go through them one day...maybe some can be used for cleaning or something! There's always that 'one day' they might get used mindset and it's true. But anyway. I like to think of things being redeemed from the junk pile as that was like us and our Saviour rescued us from total destruction. Glory to God! That's more important than the things of this world...which we may have to leave behind for Christ anyway.

Cooked some meals to freeze...

(for when my earthly sister's baby comes)

Took a walk and got followed by the farm creatures...

Looked at raindrops and flower creations...
Praise God for the beautiful things we can see!

We got blessed with some rain today. How refreshing for the land which was drying out again.

I'm mostly glad for the refreshing of the Lord...

Repent ye therefore, and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out, when the times of refreshing shall come from the presence of the Lord;

Acts 3:19

Well that's my edifying for my sisters whom I love in the Lord. I hope you are looking to the Lord for your strength and hope and comfort and joy. But we are extra blessed if we know of a few of the saints and can walk in unity and fellowship. God is good...amen sisters?!

Love in Christ,

Today's Encouragement (24 May 2022)

Greetings sister saints!

A new day to serve the Lord is here! How's yours going? I hope well! Mine went well. And I'm back to encourage my sisters.

(thank you sister for the flower picture shared awhile back:-)

I love this scripture...

But the hour cometh, and now is, when the true worshippers shall worship the Father in spirit and in truth: for the Father seeketh such to worship him. God is a Spirit: and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth.

John 4:23-24

And the place of godly love....

And though I bestow all my goods to feed the poor, and though I give my body to be burned, and have not charity, it profiteth me nothing.

1 Corinthians 13:3

Rejoiceth not in iniquity, but rejoiceth in the truth;

1 Corinthians 13:6

There's a great focus on truth in God's Word isn't there. Christ is the truth and His Word is truth! We know where the opposite of truth...lies...come from don't we.

And this one's for my sisters who are pressing on striving for joy despite physical infirmities or other trials.

Therefore I take pleasure in infirmities, in reproaches, in necessities, in persecutions, in distresses for Christ's sake: for when I am weak, then am I strong.

2 Corinthians 12:10

I appreciate my sisters who aren't self-centered, complaining or consumed with trying to fix up everything just right in this life. We know our true life is to come...and we will have trials here. We know the effects of sin in this world as it groans under the curse. And even what satan can do in inflicting people like Job and God allowed it for a purpose. And we see afflictions in saints such as Paul and Timothy. And so we know to expect them...along with the persecutions for the Name of Christ. But we can take pleasure in these things...for then it shows the power of God in our lives amen sisters?! And we know one day such things shall be wiped away and all will be made new! That's our hope sisters. But it's only for if we overcome! We can't give up on our last day on earth! So for now we focus on our race set before us looking unto Jesus! Hold fast sisters and keep pressing on and through all that is set before you and is the Lord's will in your lives!

And I share a few simple pics from my day...

Sewing...

Digging out roots in the garden...

And a funny view out of the kitchen window...lambs relaxing.

My day is over...I don't know how many more I will get. But may we each be faithful in each one striving to be blameless...

And you, that were sometime alienated and enemies in your mind by wicked works, yet now hath he reconciled

In the body of his flesh through death, to present you holy and unblameable and unreproveable in his sight:

If ye continue in the faith grounded and settled, and be not moved away from the hope of the gospel, which ye have heard, and which was preached to every creature which is under heaven; whereof I Paul am made a minister;

Colossians 1:21-23

Hope my sisters are.....STRONG....in the Lord! He is mighty! He's not a weak God that we just go about our normal life doing our own things. He changes our whole life! Everything is about Him! We don't do what He hates...strive not to...and He sees and knows. We can't fool Him.

OK sisters...you have a great and joyous day in the Lord!

Love in Christ,

Sister Michaela
