Today's Edification (14 January 2024)

Greetings sisters! 

I hope you are striving on in the faith! It's always a good day to serve the Lord! He is good and merciful to His saints! 

Shew us thy mercy, O LORD, and grant us thy salvation. I will hear what God the LORD will speak: for he will speak peace unto his people, and to his saints: but let them not turn again to folly. Surely his salvation is nigh them that fear him; that glory may dwell in our land.

Psalm 85:7-9

Awesome scripture! 

Light...pondering how it reveals things whereas darkness hides things. 

But all things that are reproved are made manifest by the light: for whatsoever doth make manifest is light.

Ephesians 5:13

For every one that doeth evil hateth the light, neither cometh to the light, lest his deeds should be reproved. But he that doeth truth cometh to the light, that his deeds may be made manifest, that they are wrought in God.

John 3:20-21

For there is nothing hid, which shall not be manifested; neither was any thing kept secret, but that it should come abroad.

Mark 4:22

We know God sees all. But let us walk in light as we are children of light! 

When you think of one lie from the false church system of today you realize it has other lies propping it up. When you come to realize one is false then all the rest must go also. If you think of the lie of Sunday being the Lord's day...then it has lies that Jesus rose on that day, that we are still to keep some kind of Sabbath, and that the Lord's day in the scriptures refers to Sunday when it doesn't.

Then you have the lies of pretrib rapture and once saved always saved and such that cause people to slumber and not care about what's coming and that they can fall away which doesn't cause them to strive to obey God. 

Truth matters very much. So when we seek out the truth and the Lord opens our eyes then we can clearly see there is lie after lie propping up the false 'Christian' faith of our day. Satan is the father of lies we know so we know God is not the author of those places. Praise God that we fled those places sisters! Christ will destroy them all and all the other false things in this wicked world. Let us keep seeking truth, sisters, and testing all things! 

I have not written unto you because ye know not the truth, but because ye know it, and that no lie is of the truth.

1 John 2:21

It really helps to remember everything we have is the Lord's. He gave it and He can take it again; a house, a comfortable bed, a room, a car, a bank account, a favourite kitchen gadget, a phone, a spouse, children, a ministry website, saints in our lives, health, and our breath of life itself. And even things like time and freedom are His! Let us not cling to anything but Him and His good and eternal things in this life. It is always freeing when we do that! Let us also commit our spirit into His hands and rest in Him! 

And said, Naked came I out of my mother's womb, and naked shall I return thither: the LORD gave, and the LORD hath taken away; blessed be the name of the LORD.

Job 1:21

The earth is the LORD'S, and the fulness thereof; the world, and they that dwell therein.

Today I had bus travel back home... 

And the gospel went out. Someone at the bus stop got a card. And then later on a stop a woman (from another bus) was reading my gospel bag and said she agreed so I went over to their table and gave her and her woman friend a gospel card and shared briefly about the lies in the churches before she had to leave.

I hoped she could stay longer and I could share more truth but hopefully she looks at the websites and seeks deeper truth. We just move on but learn from each one. We don't know what type of soil the seeds may land on. God deals with all that. 

And later on, the people behind me on the bus (older man and woman) were talking loudly across the aisle to each other about their death and what's going to happen to their bodies. When it was time for me to get off I just handed them each a gospel card and told them Jesus is their only hope (the woman said she already knew Him). I had to get off quickly so I didn't say anything else much and didn't want them to think I was harassing them but they all need the precious hope of the gospel! And then a woman worker at the checkout got one too. So if you sisters live a simple life mostly at home and don't get out much there's always ways we can look to share truth and be content with what the Lord has for us to do! Many different good works He has for us, even if it's washing dishes! 

Say unto them, As I live, saith the Lord GOD, I have no pleasure in the death of the wicked; but that the wicked turn from his way and live: turn ye, turn ye from your evil ways; for why will ye die, O house of Israel?

Ezekiel 33:11

 

Hold fast sisters and keep standing for the Lord in all things! 

What shall we then say to these things? If God be for us, who can be against us?

Romans 8:31

Today's Encouragement (15 October 2023)

Greetings sisters! 

I hope you are overcoming through Christ today! One day leads to another and we know this life is just a vapour. One day soon will be our last...and then eternity. We want to keep a mindset and life that is preparing for that life instead of this temporary one. 

For which cause we faint not; but though our outward man perish, yet the inward man is renewed day by day. 

For our light affliction, which is but for a moment, worketh for us a far more exceeding and eternal weight of glory; 

While we look not at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen: for the things which are seen are temporal; but the things which are not seen are eternal.

2 Corinthians 4:16-18

We are walking by faith, living our whole life for that which is unseen. 

Do we go to the Word for comfort and strength in trials? I hope we all do as it resets our mind from thinking in the flesh to thinking spiritually doesn't it sisters. 

The scriptures are far from silent about tribulations we must endure in this faith life. So let us be real and not expect an easy life and learn to thrive through trials for His glory! 

Confirming the souls of the disciples, and exhorting them to continue in the faith, and that we must through much tribulation enter into the kingdom of God.

Acts 14:22

 

We went out on the street for a bit to share the hope of Christ crucified to the lost world... 

It's such a hopeless world without Him, seeing the sin and darkness out there. We want everyone to come though, but we know few do. But we were there today offering hope! Many gospel cards went out and some good conversations had. So praise God for being able to do what we can while we can. We know night is coming when no one can work...but for now let us sisters do what we can in all good works! It's different looking the world in the eyes up close and seeing all the various reactions to the gospel...some hurry past, some smile, some mock, and some come right up for a gospel card or to talk. His Word never goes out in vain! 

So shall my word be that goeth forth out of my mouth: it shall not return unto me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall prosper in the thing whereto I sent it.

Isaiah 55:11

We know all can come... 

Amen to those scriptures a sister shared! Let us live by and obey every Word of God. 

Keep holding fast to the truth sisters! 

If we say that we have fellowship with him, and walk in darkness, we lie, and do not the truth: 

But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship one with another, and the blood of Jesus Christ his Son cleanseth us from all sin.

1 John 1:6-7

Today's Encouragement (24 September 2023)

 

Greetings godly sisters!

I hope today you're strong in the Lord and thankful to be a godly woman! 

I will go in the strength of the Lord God: I will make mention of thy righteousness, even of thine only.

Psalm 71:16

So many things to remember about our Lord. We know He is holy and righteous and just and almighty. We cannot make up our own ideas or just accept part of who He is. He is God and made us and gave us His Word and what He wanted us to know about Him. And we believe Him by faith and be content to know what He has revealed to us. 

I hope your day has been fruitful in the Lord. Each day we all get the same amount of time and we want to redeem it the best we can for Him and doing the best with the situation He has for us.

Thankful for food and raiment we are. And we have many physical blessings besides those, let alone all the more important spiritual blessings in Christ if we are in Him! 

We all went to hold signs and hand out gospel cards at a busy place near a shopping mall... 

Many gospel cards went out and some conversations were had. 

And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature.

Mark 16:15

Such a dark and hopeless world without Christ...but it's a great blessing to be able to offer the only hope to the world!

He indeed is a great God to help and deliver us and set us free! 

Our God is mighty! We are on His side and if we stay near Him we do not need to fear!

Cast not away therefore your confidence, which hath great recompence of reward. 

For ye have need of patience, that, after ye have done the will of God, ye might receive the promise.

Hebrews 10:34-36

We have better things to come sisters! Let us press on doing the will of God today and striving to endure unto the end! Hold fast sisters!

Today's Encouragement (22 September 2023)

Hello to my sisters in the Lord!

Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, which according to his abundant mercy hath begotten us again unto a lively hope by the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead, 

To an inheritance incorruptible, and undefiled, and that fadeth not away, reserved in heaven for you,

1 Peter 1:3-4 

That's awesome! What precious promises. 

(Thank you sisters for the picture:-) There is much to rejoice in in the Lord! Outside of Him is only hopelessness and despair and even if there is some kind of 'happiness' it is temporal and empty. 

I share some more scriptures on joy and rejoicing... 

Blessed are ye, when men shall hate you, and when they shall separate you from their company, and shall reproach you, and cast out your name as evil, for the Son of man's sake. Rejoice ye in that day, and leap for joy: for, behold, your reward is great in heaven: for in the like manner did their fathers unto the prophets.

Luke 6:22-23

Whom having not seen, ye love; in whom, though now ye see him not, yet believing, ye rejoice with joy unspeakable and full of glory:

1 Peter 1:8

I say unto you, that likewise joy shall be in heaven over one sinner that repenteth, more than over ninety and nine just persons, which need no repentance.

And the disciples were filled with joy, and with the Holy Ghost.

Acts 13:52

Our joy is in and because of Him, our Lord and Saviour and merciful God!

I'm sharing a witnessing audio from today that my sister had... 

Whosoever transgresseth, and abideth not in the doctrine of Christ, hath not God. He that abideth in the doctrine of Christ, he hath both the Father and the Son. 

If there come any unto you, and bring not this doctrine, receive him not into your house, neither bid him God speed: 

For he that biddeth him God speed is partaker of his evil deeds.

2 John 1:9-11

We just stepped out the house door to go on our walk and there were two women bringing false doctrine. It reminded me that you have to keep on your armour at all times but especially when leaving the house. And we two sisters are training up to be ready to give an answer and contend for the faith once delivered. We saints have to be on guard for many things at all times. 

Preach the word; be instant in season, out of season; reprove, rebuke, exhort with all longsuffering and doctrine. 

For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears; 

And they shall turn away their ears from the truth, and shall be turned unto fables. 

But watch thou in all things, endure afflictions, do the work of an evangelist, make full proof of thy ministry.

2 Timothy 4:2-5

It surely is a perilous time that we live in. Horrendous amounts of deception, blindness, darkness and hard hearts turned over by God. 

But we get to shine our lights and the hope of Christ in the midst of it all! 

Hold fast sisters and let us be faithful servants in all things. 

His lord said unto him, Well done, good and faithful servant; thou hast been faithful over a few things, I will make thee ruler over many things: enter thou into the joy of thy lord.

Matthew 25:23
