Today's Edification (19 May 2024)

Hello my sisters in Christ!

I'm back because the Lord allowed me to be! Without Him we don't exist! I'm thankful for various good works He provides to do and we are to be zealous of them whatever we can do!

It's another good day to serve the Lord sisters! He is good no matter what isn't on this earth. May we be surrendered, submitted, lowly and meek before His greatness and authority.

Though the LORD be high, yet hath he respect unto the lowly: but the proud he knoweth afar off.
Psalm 138:6

I've had more of a peaceful, slower, restful day...but still getting some things done. Emailing some women and various bits and pieces. Getting sorted for my time here.

Quick housework in my little refuge home...

Was pruning dead wood from the lemon tree...

Of course I'm sure you know what scripture it reminds me of...

Every branch in me that beareth not fruit he taketh away: and every branch that beareth fruit, he purgeth it, that it may bring forth more fruit.
John 15:2

I love having so many pictures in nature the Lord taught us. That's awesome that He prunes us. But also wise to consider what happens to branches that don't produce good fruit.

And now also the axe is laid unto the root of the trees: therefore every tree which bringeth not forth good fruit is hewn down, and cast into the fire.
Matthew 3:10

I like this too, giving a tree another chance...

Then said he unto the dresser of his vineyard, Behold, these three years I come seeking fruit on this fig tree, and find none: cut it down; why cumbereth it the ground?

And he answering said unto him, Lord, let it alone this year also, till I shall dig about it, and dung it:

And if it bear fruit, well: and if not, then after that thou shalt cut it down.

Luke 13:7-9

God is merciful and long suffering. Let us be to our fellow humans as well.

Here's ants drinking at their 'poison tables'...

It just looks like it as they're gathered around the drops of ant killer I put out. Reminds me of some things in scripture.

For they that are such serve not our Lord Jesus Christ, but their own belly; and by good words and fair speeches deceive the hearts of the simple.
Romans 16:18

The words of his mouth were smoother than butter, but war was in his heart: his words were softer than oil, yet were they drawn swords.
Psalm 55:21

Let their table become a snare before them: and that which should have been for their welfare, let it become a trap.
Psalm 69:22

Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye are like unto whited sepulchres, which indeed appear beautiful outward, but are within full of dead men's bones, and of all uncleanness. Even so ye also outwardly appear righteous unto men, but within ye are full of hypocrisy and iniquity.
 Matthew 23:27-28

Things that look good aren't always. Let us test all things and be not deceived!

And he arose out of the synagogue, and entered into Simon's house. And Simon's wife's mother was taken with a great fever; and they besought him for her. And he stood over her, and rebuked the fever; and it left her: and immediately she arose and ministered unto them.
Luke 4:38-39
I was listening to that on the way to the children's last and then I went through a time of fever myself. But I like that she arose and ministered to Jesus. I'd be thankful too! We see a glimpse into life back then with so many sick people around. Nothing new under the sun. And God will wipe it all away one day!
And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away. And he that sat upon the throne said, Behold, I make all things new. And he said unto me, Write: for these words are true and faithful.
Revelation 21:4-5
Keep striving to be ready sisters!

Quick simple encouragement audio for you...

Hold fast sisters! If God be for us who can be against us?!

And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose.

For whom he did foreknow, he also did predestinate to be conformed to the image of his Son, that he might be the firstborn among many brethren.

Moreover whom he did predestinate, them he also called: and whom he called, them he also justified: and whom he justified, them he also glorified.

What shall we then say to these things? If God be for us, who can be against us?

He that spared not his own Son, but delivered him up for us all, how shall he not with him also freely give us all things?

Who shall lay any thing to the charge of God's elect? It is God that justifieth.

Who is he that condemneth? It is Christ that died, yea rather, that is risen again, who is even at the right hand of God, who also maketh intercession for us.

Romans 8:28-34

Unfeigned love to you all.

Today's Edification (18 May 2024)

Greetings sisters!

I'm back again at the end of my busy day! How are your days going:-) I hope well and that you're pressing on after the Lord through all things, sisters.

I took you with looking at some kangaroos in a park next to the road...

(Cute little fluffy white one:-)

Just a quick look on the way past on my travels. I'm thankful for safe travels again. I had a cleaning job on the way home and some shopping so a few gospel cards went out too.

I share some flowers for my sisters...

So beautiful...to His glory! The God we serve is their Creator! Isn't that a wonderful thought. He is good and we are so blessed and rich!

It was such a beautiful day too and I saw lots of pretty autumn colours.

And I thought this looked like a peaceful road even in the middle of a large town...

God is indeed good to all mankind.

That ye may be the children of your Father which is in heaven: for he maketh his sun to rise on the evil and on the good, and sendeth rain on the just and on the unjust.
Matthew 5:45

That verse follows from this one...

But I say unto you, Love your enemies, bless them that curse you, do good to them that hate you, and pray for them which despitefully use you, and persecute you;
Matthew 5:44

We can learn from our Father and that even though vengeance belongs to Him we see His blessing of good on those who are His enemies still.

Be ye therefore perfect, even as your Father which is in heaven is perfect.
Matthew 5:48

We have a high calling of striving to be followers of God and perfect as He is. And holy as He is holy. Let's all keep striving to attain sisters and keeping going if we fail too because we will even though we don't want to. Press on sisters! It's that war of the law of sin and the law of God Romans 7 speaks about. I was listening to His Word some more on my travels. Praise God that we want to be obeying Him in all things and striving to as well! Most don't care sadly, so treasure this sisters and let's not let it slip.

Therefore we ought to give the more earnest heed to the things which we have heard, lest at any time we should let them slip.

For if the word spoken by angels was stedfast, and every transgression and disobedience received a just recompence of reward;

How shall we escape, if we neglect so great salvation; which at the first began to be spoken by the Lord, and was confirmed unto us by them that heard him;

Hebrews 2:1-3

This looked like a really old tree...

It has stood and stood right there, deeply rooted for a long time. Let that be us in Christ!

As ye have therefore received Christ Jesus the Lord, so walk ye in him: Rooted and built up in him, and stablished in the faith, as ye have been taught, abounding therein with thanksgiving.
Colossians 2:6-7

Another unique looking tree...

That one reminds me of these scriptures...

And he shall be like a tree planted by the rivers of water, that bringeth forth his fruit in his season; his leaf also shall not wither; and whatsoever he doeth shall prosper.
Psalm 1:3

For he shall be as a tree planted by the waters, and that spreadeth out her roots by the river, and shall not see when heat cometh, but her leaf shall be green; and shall not be careful in the year of drought, neither shall cease from yielding fruit.
Jeremiah 17:8

Describing the godly. Both talk about yielding fruit don't they. Let's keep thriving in the Lord no matter what goes on around us.

Well I think that's all from me for today. I hope all your godly woman works are going well whatever they are! I guess I'll have some different ones for awhile again...probably gardening and sewing and other Titus 2 works. One day at a time we take. Keep strengthening your arms like the Proverbs 31 woman in all your good works sisters!

Until tomorrow...the Lord watch over and keep you all. May He be magnified!

Love to you all,

Sister Chayil

Salutations to my sisters!

Another good day to serve the Lord is here! Let us sisters go forth in our days...rejoicing in hope!

Rejoicing in hope; patient in tribulation; continuing instant in prayer; Distributing to the necessity of saints; given to hospitality.
Romans 12:12-13

It's a blessing to have good works to occupy in whatever the Lord has in our lives each day or in each time and season! And I like to think of my godly sisters doing the same around the world...some we don't know of I'm sure! God does though.

The eyes of the LORD are upon the righteous, and his ears are open unto their cry. The face of the LORD is against them that do evil, to cut off the remembrance of them from the earth.
Psalm 34:15-16

And not only they, but ourselves also, which have the firstfruits of the Spirit, even we ourselves groan within ourselves, waiting for the adoption, to wit, the redemption of our body. For we are saved by hope: but hope that is seen is not hope: for what a man seeth, why doth he yet hope for?
Romans 8:23-24

We're still waiting for our adoption and that's our hope to come! Press on sisters!

But Jesus called them unto him, and said, Ye know that the princes of the Gentiles exercise dominion over them, and they that are great exercise authority upon them.

But it shall not be so among you: but whosoever will be great among you, let him be your minister;

And whosoever will be chief among you, let him be your servant:

Even as the Son of man came not to be ministered unto, but to minister, and to give his life a ransom for many.

Matthew 20:25-28

There's many people who seem to like to run other people's lives or judge them for things that just do not matter. It's the heart of man all over the world to do this, including many feminist women, but men too. There are busybodies also. But we don't want to be like this. God's ways are not man's ways but so much higher! Let the mind of Christ of serving be in us.

Let this mind be in you, which was also in Christ Jesus:

Who, being in the form of God, thought it not robbery to be equal with God:

But made himself of no reputation, and took upon him the form of a servant, and was made in the likeness of men:

Philippians 2:5-7

We are to prefer other saints and care about their lives.

Be kindly affectioned one to another with brotherly love; in honour preferring one another;
Romans 12:10
Let nothing be done through strife or vainglory; but in lowliness of mind let each esteem other better than themselves. Look not every man on his own things, but every man also on the things of others.
Philippians 2:3-4

I understand most NT commands are about how to live in the body and treat one another within it but there's also commands how we interact and treat those around us outside of Christ too. God told us so much and I'm thankful for that! I'm sure my sisters are too. This world is crazy with the amounts of different opinions and beliefs...so it's refreshing to have the rock of truth and to seek out more and more truth in the Word and grow in it.

I sometimes wonder how people found each other in Bible times. Like we have technology to instantly communicate but they didn't then.

We see brother Paul had some problem with it...

Furthermore, when I came to Troas to preach Christ's gospel, and a door was opened unto me of the Lord, I had no rest in my spirit, because I found not Titus my brother: but taking my leave of them, I went from thence into Macedonia.
2 Corinthians 2:12-13

Here's a brother who was diligent to find Paul and serve him...

The Lord give mercy unto the house of Onesiphorus; for he oft refreshed me, and was not ashamed of my chain:

But, when he was in Rome, he sought me out very diligently, and found me.

The Lord grant unto him that he may find mercy of the Lord in that day: and in how many things he ministered unto me at Ephesus, thou knowest very well.

2 Timothy 1:16-18

I'd diligently seek out my sisters if I could! Thankful for technology while we have it.

I've had a really busy day helping. Not too busy to snap some pictures of His creation here and there though (even if that's while holding a little one:-) And not too busy to be here sharing with my sisters! That's important too.

Love the dew drops on things in the morning.

All peaceful and good...to the Creator's glory.

Always good when you can cook for two nights at once...

I know you sisters appreciate leftovers! (Cottage pie is delicious with sweet potato too!)

But I think I have travel again tomorrow but let's see what really happens, as we say...His will be done and we all know things can change in our lives. We just keep going and seeing what happens and not being too set in our ways. Let's remember all we have is the Lord's and hold it all loosely.

While we look not at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen: for the things which are seen are temporal; but the things which are not seen are eternal.
2 Corinthians 4:18

But let us cling tight to what we should!

Let us hold fast the profession of our faith without wavering; (for he is faithful that promised;)
Hebrews 10:23
Prove all things; hold fast that which is good.
1 Thessalonians 5:21
Who, when he came, and had seen the grace of God, was glad, and exhorted them all, that with purpose of heart they would cleave unto the Lord.
Acts 11:23

Let love be without dissimulation. Abhor that which is evil; cleave to that which is good.
Romans 12:9

Fervent love to my godly sisters and a hug too. I hope we all press on and one day can be together with the Lord. Let us comfort one another with the truth of His coming for His saints. He has gone to prepare a place for us. Hold fast faithfully till He comes sisters! Watch.

Peace in Christ,

Sister Chayil

Today's Edification (16 May 2024)

Greetings sisters!

I hope you're pressing on in the faith today! There's nothing worth losing our soul over is there. So we give up what we need to here. And keep fighting to overcome as we know it is a spiritual battle and there are many adversaries.

Then said Jesus unto his disciples, If any man will come after me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross, and follow me.

For whosoever will save his life shall lose it: and whosoever will lose his life for my sake shall find it.

For what is a man profited, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own soul? or what shall a man give in exchange for his soul?

For the Son of man shall come in the glory of his Father with his angels; and then he shall reward every man according to his works.

Matthew 16:24-27

He is worthy! Let us follow hard after Him! While He's not here to literally follow, we obey His Word. That justifies our faith in Him and is essential. We know that without holiness no one will see God.

For as the body without the spirit is dead, so faith without works is dead also.
James 2:26

We know this faith life involves a lot of endurance and patience. And that includes in the everyday works we need to do and if we have a quiet life with not much change in it too. We keep going in well doing...not growing weary or being discontent. Just think about the slaves that came to Christ in the New Testament. We know they must have because of the often instructions to them. None of us are exactly slaves in the way they were back then but think about what their calling would have looked like...a lot of physical work to please their master. So too we all will have different callings so we don't want to ever think they should be the same. Sitting in prison for the faith, not doing much physical work at all, will also be pleasing to God of course! We just all do the best we can right sisters?! Faithful in what we have and know. For if we know to do good and do it not, it is sin.

We know repentance from disobeying the Lord is what all are called to do. Praise God that His goodness leads to repentance! And there is joy in heaven over even one sinner that repents! Souls are precious. God wants none to perish. I rejoice in any sisters (and brothers) who have repented and continue to repent when needed as I strive to do as well. We know the Spirit gives us a heart for truth and all holiness. So we treasure that and want to keep sensitive to all His convictions. There's always minor corrections to be making in our days whether that's in our thoughts, to how we spend our time in the day, to how we work or whatever is involved with the life we have. I know all my sisters are making constant corrections to be the most pleasing to the Lord. Our brother Paul talked about bringing his flesh into submission also.

I know we can't make the gospel a checklist or formula as it is not like that at all. Christ the good news to the world is alive and so too our response to Him is active and never something we're done with but a new and living way to walk in! We know true belief leads to everything else He has told us to do. We live by every word of God.

In whom ye also trusted, after that ye heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation: in whom also after that ye believed, ye were sealed with that holy Spirit of promise, Which is the earnest of our inheritance until the redemption of the purchased possession, unto the praise of his glory.
Ephesians 1:13-14

We know He gives the Spirit to those who truly believe. Those who truly believe obey Him because they love Him! It's amazing how interrelated all the aspects of the gospel are one to another. We have His Word to read today so we can find the full path to eternal life in there to live out daily! You don't need my words on it. Go to the source of truth sisters! And let's keep obeying the gospel lest we be destroyed with flaming fire of God's vengeance on that day of His wrath.

Wherefore, beloved, seeing that ye look for such things, be diligent that ye may be found of him in peace, without spot, and blameless.
2 Peter 3:14

Even in bad things God can use them for good for us. One example I was thinking of is how when we see those around us doing things including those thing we used to do too, and if it can be tiring sometimes but it can make us sooo thankful to have been set free! I'm sure you know what I mean sisters! Then we think why don't they see things but then we remember we were there once. And yeah you can't make people see things or want the truth. But keep pressing on standing for truth sisters. You never know when someone will come to repentance at the 'eleventh hour' so to speak. I love that parable that talks about that. You can go read it to be refreshed if you like but the people the lord hired from the beginning to the end of the day all got the same pay!

And about the eleventh hour he went out, and found others standing idle, and saith unto them, Why stand ye here all the day idle?

They say unto him, Because no man hath hired us. He saith unto them, Go ye also into the vineyard; and whatsoever is right, that shall ye receive.

 Matthew 20:6-7

There are many things in this troubled world that we can't fathom or have answers for. God sees it all and I'm so thankful He will deal with it all. And we should never dare to question what He does and how. He is God and we are nothing. It's hard to fathom how people can believe this beautiful orderly creation made itself. It's hard to fathom how people will trade eternal life for some temporary pleasures here. It's hard to fathom how people who claim His name and all truth and yet can be so cruel and unloving. It's hard to fathom how people fight and kill one another in war. It's hard to fathom the depths of depravity and deception this world is in.

It's hard to fathom God's long suffering on this world. And it's also hard to fathom His mercy, and love and forgiveness, and an eternal home for His own and so much more. Just so much our finite minds can't grasp or have any power over. God is in control. He reigns. There's so much to ponder on but so much we also can't know so we can't even really try to. I'm sure a child thinks that their parents know so very much and it could look like they know 'everything' to them and they ask so very many questions to learn about life. Let us trust the Lord truly knows all and has revealed all He wants us to know in the Word.

Just peaceful creations. Good, pure, and true things in this world.

Including my view here...
Sleepy warm sunshine to sit in.

Here I read some scriptures on some things that the Lord is...

I hope that edified and encourages you in our great God!

After making that audio I got a bit excited cuz of being able to get the right settings on my phone to actually take pictures of the stars! Cuz on normal settings you usually can't see basically any.

Glory to God!

A picture can only show so much of the sky and a whole sky full of stars we can see with our eyes is so awesome!

And I think of God using stars as a promise to Abraham of his many descendents (and through which our Messiah came!). We know there is a spiritual aspect to that as well as we are children of Abraham by promise.

Even as Abraham believed God, and it was accounted to him for righteousness.

Know ye therefore that they which are of faith, the same are the children of Abraham.

And the scripture, foreseeing that God would justify the heathen through faith, preached before the gospel unto Abraham, saying, In thee shall all nations be blessed.

So then they which be of faith are blessed with faithful Abraham.

Galatians 3:6-9

Praise God that we heathen could come to Christ by faith! He broke down the middle wall of partition between us! (And that's interesting...God preaching the gospel unto Abraham:-)

When I consider thy heavens, the work of thy fingers, the moon and the stars, which thou hast ordained;

What is man, that thou art mindful of him? and the son of man, that thou visitest him?

For thou hast made him a little lower than the angels, and hast crowned him with glory and honour.

Thou madest him to have dominion over the works of thy hands; thou hast put all things under his feet:

All sheep and oxen, yea, and the beasts of the field;

The fowl of the air, and the fish of the sea, and whatsoever passeth through the paths of the seas.

O LORD our Lord, how excellent is thy name in all the earth!
Psalm 8:3-9

Maybe you'll be seeing more star pictures now but I'm sure you won't mind:-) (Well I hope you can see them but that depends on your screen brightness too but anyway there's hundreds there!)

That's all for today sisters. Let's keep loving the Lord and each other...in deed and in truth.

Hold fast! Keep being partakers of the afflictions of the gospel too, sisters. Whatever that is and in whatever degree.

But rejoice, inasmuch as ye are partakers of Christ's sufferings; that, when his glory shall be revealed, ye may be glad also with exceeding joy.
1 Peter 4:13

Press on as strangers and pilgrims! I'm here trying to do my best to encourage you on and I'm here for you in godly love for my sisters who love and cherish truth like I do. And I'm here to help and encourage any woman who's seeking to repent and follow Him. His family is precious and consists of those who do the Lord's will...whatever applies to us and to our calling.

For this cause I bow my knees unto the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ,

Of whom the whole family in heaven and earth is named,

That he would grant you, according to the riches of his glory, to be strengthened with might by his Spirit in the inner man;

That Christ may dwell in your hearts by faith; that ye, being rooted and grounded in love,

May be able to comprehend with all saints what is the breadth, and length, and depth, and height;

And to know the love of Christ, which passeth knowledge, that ye might be filled with all the fulness of God.

Now unto him that is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that worketh in us,

Unto him be glory in the church by Christ Jesus throughout all ages, world without end. Amen.

Ephesians 3:14-21

Love in Christ,

Today's Edification (15 May 2024)

Greetings again sisters!

Here's another day to live for the One who died for us! Let us remember His love in doing that for us. That is a true picture of love. We know love always has actions.

For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.
John 3:16

In this was manifested the love of God toward us, because that God sent his only begotten Son into the world, that we might live through him.

Herein is love, not that we loved God, but that he loved us, and sent his Son to be the propitiation for our sins.

Beloved, if God so loved us, we ought also to love one another.

No man hath seen God at any time. If we love one another, God dwelleth in us, and his love is perfected in us.

1 John 4:9-12

My little children, let us not love in word, neither in tongue; but in deed and in truth.
1 John 3:18

I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself for me.
Galatians 2:20

Awesome scriptures of truth! Let us rejoice in our good and merciful and gracious and kind and caring and faithful and forgiving and compassionate and truthful and longsuffering and loving God! Let us rejoice in His great goodness which gives us hope and leads to repentance!

Rejoice the soul of thy servant: for unto thee, O Lord, do I lift up my soul. For thou, Lord, art good, and ready to forgive; and plenteous in mercy unto all them that call upon thee.
Psalm 86:4-5

It would be fruitful to study each of those things (and more) that the Word says God is! That would help us grow in the knowledge of God as we are commanded to do!

We know there is a great lack in the world of remembering the severity and fear of God. Some focus on that and others just focus on His love. Both are dangers aren't they.

Behold therefore the goodness and severity of God: on them which fell, severity; but toward thee, goodness, if thou continue in his goodness: otherwise thou also shalt be cut off.
Romans 11:22

We know it's even more severe punishment now if we don't heed Christ.

He that despised Moses' law died without mercy under two or three witnesses:

Of how much sorer punishment, suppose ye, shall he be thought worthy, who hath trodden under foot the Son of God, and hath counted the blood of the covenant, wherewith he was sanctified, an unholy thing, and hath done despite unto the Spirit of grace?

For we know him that hath said, Vengeance belongeth unto me, I will recompense, saith the Lord. And again, The Lord shall judge his people.

It is a fearful thing to fall into the hands of the living God.

Hebrews 10:28-31

So let us be wise sisters, fearing God, continuing in His goodness.

This is our hope...

And you, that were sometime alienated and enemies in your mind by wicked works, yet now hath he reconciled

In the body of his flesh through death, to present you holy and unblameable and unreproveable in his sight:

If ye continue in the faith grounded and settled, and be not moved away from the hope of the gospel, which ye have heard, and which was preached to every creature which is under heaven; whereof I Paul am made a minister;

Colossians 1:21-23

We can be and are (if we're continuing in the faith) holy and unblameable and unreproveable in His sight! That is a miracle which we could never do ourselves. Glory to God!

Trust in the LORD with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths.
Proverbs 3:5-6

The Lord is the only trustworthy one and full of truth! We don't want to lean on our own understanding. As we know, we test all things to the Word of truth. There are some who say they are testable and will repent of error when in reality they're not in all things. We are so human aren't we sisters. We have to be very careful as we can be very wrong. Let us cling to Christ and His Word and keep being humble before Him knowing we are nothing, but doing our best...with His help. He knows our hearts. It is the Lord of glory and of great hope who will bring us out of this mess of deception around us on this earth. Let us cling to the truth we know! Less of man's words, more of His!

But evil men and seducers shall wax worse and worse, deceiving, and being deceived. But continue thou in the things which thou hast learned and hast been assured of, knowing of whom thou hast learned them;
2 Timothy 3:13-14

Good blessings from the Lord I get to prepare...

So many different colours and tastes and textures He made for food for mankind! He is a mighty Creator!

And God said, Behold, I have given you every herb bearing seed, which is upon the face of all the earth, and every tree, in the which is the fruit of a tree yielding seed; to you it shall be for meat.
Genesis 1:29

Every moving thing that liveth shall be meat for you; even as the green herb have I given you all things. But flesh with the life thereof, which is the blood thereof, shall ye not eat.
Genesis 9:3-4

I hope all your good works are going well sisters! Keep pressing on in them. We must continue in them and not grow weary! Let us remember the goodness and greatness of the One whom we are serving!

Seek the LORD, and his strength: seek his face evermore. Remember his marvellous works that he hath done; his wonders, and the judgments of his mouth;
Psalm 105:4-5

Lord willing I will be back here tomorrow. Keep fighting the good fight of faith sisters! One day we shall reap if we faint not!

The Lord be magnified!

Love to you all in His name,

Sister Chayil

Today's Edification (14 May 2024)

Greetings my sisters!

I hope you're strong in the Lord today! That's what matters most! Although of course I hope all is going as well as it can be physically too. But we just look forward to our heavenly tabernacle more if not!

For we know that if our earthly house of this tabernacle were dissolved, we have a building of God, an house not made with hands, eternal in the heavens.

For in this we groan, earnestly desiring to be clothed upon with our house which is from heaven:

If so be that being clothed we shall not be found naked.

For we that are in this tabernacle do groan, being burdened: not for that we would be unclothed, but clothed upon, that mortality might be swallowed up of life.

2 Corinthians 5:1-4

Just sharing some awesome scriptures.

Nevertheless the foundation of God standeth sure, having this seal, The Lord knoweth them that are his. And, Let every one that nameth the name of Christ depart from iniquity.
2 Timothy 2:19

And that he died for all, that they which live should not henceforth live unto themselves, but unto him which died for them, and rose again.
2 Corinthians 5:15

Our lives are for Him! We are crucified with Him and buried with Him in baptism. Let us depart from all iniquity.

I was listening to Luke in my travels yesterday and about our sisters Elizabeth and Mary. It made me smile all what was going on and what they were saying. They indeed had great roles in child bearing to this world. Praise God for a Saviour!

And Mary said, My soul doth magnify the Lord,

And my spirit hath rejoiced in God my Saviour.

For he hath regarded the low estate of his handmaiden: for, behold, from henceforth all generations shall call me blessed.

For he that is mighty hath done to me great things; and holy is his name.

Luke 1:46-49

I saw this scripture and I thought how that's a true picture of love for enemies...

False witnesses did rise up; they laid to my charge things that I knew not.

They rewarded me evil for good to the spoiling of my soul. But as for me, when they were sick, my clothing was sackcloth: I humbled my soul with fasting; and my prayer returned into mine own bosom.

I behaved myself as though he had been my friend or brother: I bowed down heavily, as one that mourneth for his mother.

Psalm 35:11-14

We have many high callings in the Lord!

Here's some more random scripture pictures because they're good!

All awesome scriptures amen sisters and glory to God for that and for His creations.

Keep pressing on sisters! Another kind of short post but not less on love! I'm sure you understand how headaches and technology aren't very compatible but I'm thankful to keep edifying you here daily and any I have personal communication with. Technology is a blessing in these last days if used rightly. Some times if you're forced to take a break that can be a good thing too. Some days you just be and do what you can:-) Well we always do the best we can right sisters?! You keep going in that! Hold fast, my sisters, hold fast!

Thou therefore endure hardness, as a good soldier of Jesus Christ.
2 Timothy 2:3

Love in Christ,
