Scripture and Creation

Hello sisters! 

I'm back to share a bit of edification with you. 

And today I'm simply sharing some scriptures along with some beautiful roses from around the place here. God's Word and His creation shared with my sisters in Christ...that's a great combination! These verses talk about our days. 

I will extol thee, my God, O king; and I will bless thy name for ever and ever. Every day will I bless thee; and I will praise thy name for ever and ever.

Psalm 145:1-2

O satisfy us early with thy mercy; that we may rejoice and be glad all our days.

Psalm 90:14

 

The Lord knoweth the days of the upright: and their inheritance shall be for ever. They shall not be ashamed in the evil time: and in the days of famine they shall be satisfied.

Psalm 37:18-19

One thing have I desired of the Lord, that will I seek after; that I may dwell in the house of the Lord all the days of my life, to behold the beauty of the Lord, and to enquire in his temple.

For in the time of trouble he shall hide me in his pavilion: in the secret of his tabernacle shall he hide me; he shall set me up upon a rock.

Psalm 27:4-5

For which cause we faint not; but though our outward man perish, yet the inward man is renewed day by day. 

For our light affliction, which is but for a moment, worketh for us a far more exceeding and eternal weight of glory; 

While we look not at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen: for the things which are seen are temporal; but the things which are not seen are eternal.

2 Corinthians 4:16-18

See then that ye walk circumspectly, not as fools, but as wise, Redeeming the time, because the days are evil.

Ephesians 5:15-16

And finish off with a beautiful picture and scripture that a sister put together... 

It's beautiful...thank you sister. And we sure are called to perfection and we are to work hard to aim for it! Goes along with loving the Lord with all that we are! 

And this... 

Let that set us straight when we are wondering what to do or pondering what we did and wanting to learn from it. 

Got to make a lot of tomatoes into soup... 

What a blessing! 

It was delicious... 

God provides for us all! 

Dishes washed... 

I'm sure you other Titus 2 women have your own cooking and cleaning up to do. And we do it over and over...and we get to do it unto the Lord!

Amen...God's Word is the truth we live by and we know God is light and so we are called to walk in it also!

Sharing Creation and Edification

Hello sisters! 

I'm back again! I've had some very busy days of housework and helping look after little ones and such lately...and that's still going but I'm sharing some today 

I was thinking about this and how we women who serve others can take heed to what is shown in it to be God's way for servants...because in ways we are like that although we are free in Christ. Serving others is a big part of our life as saints. 

Servants, be obedient to them that are your masters according to the flesh, with fear and trembling, in singleness of your heart, as unto Christ;

Not with eyeservice, as menpleasers; but as the servants of Christ, doing the will of God from the heart; 

With good will doing service, as to the Lord, and not to men: 

Knowing that whatsoever good thing any man doeth, the same shall he receive of the Lord, whether he be bond or free.

Ephesians 6:5-8

We want to do what we do as unto the Lord willingly. The Lord will reward us. 

I share an assortment of things from my last few days. 

Some pretty flowers... 

Glory to God for all His creation! 





Took a little one for a walk and we saw the steam train along the beautiful ocean... 

Man uses all the things that God created to do work and travel. God gave him all the ability to do so even though man likes to take some glory. But we want it all to go to God! 

Peaceful and refreshing cool evening after a warm day.... 

God's creation is so amazing! 

Late night grocery shopping yesterday after a long day... 

And it was a rather warm day today... 

And the sea was still... 

I was thinking about how it says in Revelation about there being no more sea... 

And another peaceful evening tonight with the sunshine on the hills... 

That's another thing we sisters sometimes talk about...that there will be no more sun. God is the Light! 

And the city had no need of the sun, neither of the moon, to shine in it: for the glory of God did lighten it, and the Lamb is the light thereof.

Revelation 21:23

We love holy ways don't we sisters! We know our God is holy and demands that we who are His people be too. We have to remember we are not our own but bought with a great price!

For ye are bought with a price: therefore glorify God in your body, and in your spirit, which are God's.

1 Corinthians 6:20

Thank you so much for all the scripture pictures sister! I love them all and your love behind them and I get to share them here. Praise God! 

What a great God we serve who is worthy to be praised! 

In Him we can rejoice! And amen we love His salvation. 

The Lord is our only real hope! And we sisters seek Him first above all else. 

Well sister saints you keep pressing on as good sister soldiers in the Lord. Hold fast to the truth!

Unfeigned Faith and God's Creation

Hello faithful sisters! 

How are you today? 

I come back with some edification for your day. And whether it's little or much I share here I hope it edifies you sisters always. God's Word is edifying I know! 

We see some faithful godly women in the life of Timothy here... 

When I call to remembrance the unfeigned faith that is in thee, which dwelt first in thy grandmother Lois, and thy mother Eunice; and I am persuaded that in thee also.

2 Timothy 1:5

And we too can be full of sincere faith. That's encouraging isn't it sisters as we strive to live out this life in Christ as He wants us too. 

Now the end of the commandment is charity out of a pure heart, and of a good conscience, and of faith unfeigned:

1 Timothy 1:5

Amen sisters let us also earnestly contend for the true faith and hold fast our profession of our faith without wavering! Thank you for sharing those verses today sister...as we each encourage one another daily to hold fast! God is so faithful...let us be faithful to Him! 

But be ye doers of the word, and not hearers only, deceiving your own selves.

James 1:22

Let's not be deceived sister saints. We don't want that do we. 

I love these words which go along with this life in Christ... 

...faith, mercy, grace, love, patience, holiness, righteousness, goodness, truth, fruit, life, peace, joy, strength, incorruptible, comfort, hope and forgiveness...and so much more. We know all good things come from God! What a great God we serve sisters! We owe Him everything! He has done so much for us!

A pretty butterfly creation I saw today... 

And pretty calves (I guess you could say so:-)... 

And pretty evening light on the farm...

Lots of pretty things in God's creation! Glory to Him!

Day unto day uttereth speech, and night unto night sheweth knowledge. 

There is no speech nor language, where their voice is not heard.

Their line is gone out through all the earth, and their words to the end of the world. In them hath he set a tabernacle for the sun,

Psalm 19:1-4

And pretty little flowers too... 

OK sisters I'm about done here. And we can help do this for one another these days....

Confirming the souls of the disciples, and exhorting them to continue in the faith, and that we must through much tribulation enter into the kingdom of God.

Acts 14:22

Continue in the faith sisters! And trials will come that we know! Let us press on in faith in our glorious Saviour! 

And being made perfect, he became the author of eternal salvation unto all them that obey him;

Hebrews 5:9

We sisters want to have unfeigned faith...and also unfeigned love for each other... 

Seeing ye have purified your souls in obeying the truth through the Spirit unto unfeigned love of the brethren, see that ye love one another with a pure heart fervently:

1 Peter 1:22

As some of us sisters speak about, there's so much that is 'fake' in this world. But we want to have true faith and true love and true everything about us. We want to mean what we say and live what we believe and such like. We don't want lip service love or belief that leads to no actions. After all God is all about truth and we are to worship in spirit and truth! The opposite is lies and error and we know who the father of those are. Let us be women of true faith in our Saviour and great God! 

Looking for that blessed hope, and the glorious appearing of the great God and our Saviour Jesus Christ; Who gave himself for us, that he might redeem us from all iniquity, and purify unto himself a peculiar people, zealous of good works.

Titus 2:13-14

 

May the Lord bless you sisters. Keep going about your business unto the Lord working with your hands in whatever duties you have to do. God is glorified when we do that.

More of the Father's Creation

 

Greetings sisters! 

How are you godly women who love the Lord - my sisters - going? Here we have one more day to serve the Lord and I hope you are strong in Him! I'm back and had some more of God's creation to share that I saw in the last two days...along with His precious Word. Glory to Him for it all! 

Pretty monarch butterfly in the making...

That is amazing the total transformation from a caterpillar to a butterfly with totally different structures and way of life. What a testimony to a great Creator God! 

Two pretty shiny blue wrens... 

Give unto the Lord, O ye kindreds of the people, give unto the Lord glory and strength. 

Give unto the Lord the glory due unto his name: bring an offering, and come into his courts. 

O worship the Lord in the beauty of holiness: fear before him, all the earth.

Psalm 96:7-9 

Having therefore these promises, dearly beloved, let us cleanse ourselves from all filthiness of the flesh and spirit, perfecting holiness in the fear of God.

2 Corinthians 7:1 

Awesome moon... 

Thus saith the Lord, which giveth the sun for a light by day, and the ordinances of the moon and of the stars for a light by night, which divideth the sea when the waves thereof roar; The Lord of hosts is his name:

Jeremiah 31:35 

There's so many different reptiles around here. I saw four different types today (including a snake)...

I like these ones... 

They normally are shy but I crept up close and got to appreciate it. Praise God for all His creatures. 

And I fed this other one some mulberries after rescuing it from the chicken yard... 

And God said, Let the earth bring forth the living creature after his kind, cattle, and creeping thing, and beast of the earth after his kind: and it was so.

Genesis 1:24 

And a few farm creatures... 

(And an implement of defence I need to use when I go in with the rooster after getting bruises from him:-)... 

But that's not needed with a gentle little lamb...

More headcoverings packaged up to be shipped from my sewing shop. And most importantly the gospel going out with them... 

Speaking of the gospel, I have my gospel cards and a printed out copy of a longer gospel explanation in my phone cover. It's a bit of a tight squeeze but it goes most everywhere I go so I'm ready:-) 

I bumped into an older neighbour lady the other day and she doesn't have the internet so the small gospel cards are limited in such a situation. But I am better prepared now with a printed out version. Just ways we learn and be better prepared and the Lord uses us in His ways and timing if we are willing. It's all about Him and His precious truth and precious souls. 

And thank you sister for sharing this scripture. And amen praise God for that! 

Reminds me of this one... 

It was meet that we should make merry, and be glad: for this thy brother was dead, and is alive again; and was lost, and is found.

Luke 15:32 

Right sisters! It's a joyous thing when a soul repents and is found and alive again! 

I say unto you, that likewise joy shall be in heaven over one sinner that repenteth, more than over ninety and nine just persons, which need no repentance.

Luke 15:7

And let us do that sisters! 

The sun sets on my day... 

How did we spend the day? To the best of our ability for the Lord and was there anything to grow in and do better at next time? We can ponder such things and the Spirit guides us. We can only take this life one day at a time or moment by moment trusting in the Lord. It won't go on forever will it sisters? We have the hope and promises of the Father if we overcome! 

And share some good food the Father provided... 

We are richly blessed in so many ways! Let us give God the glory rather than thinking we deserve all these things...which we know we do not! 

And I leave you with this... 

Wherefore Jesus also, that he might sanctify the people with his own blood, suffered without the gate.

Let us go forth therefore unto him without the camp, bearing his reproach. 

For here have we no continuing city, but we seek one to come.

By him therefore let us offer the sacrifice of praise to God continually, that is, the fruit of our lips giving thanks to his name. 

But to do good and to communicate forget not: for with such sacrifices God is well pleased.

Hebrews 13:12-16

Hold fast to the truth of the gospel sisters! Lord willing I shall be back tomorrow!

Glory to God for His Creation

Greetings sisters! 

One more day to live for the Lord amen?! How was yours? Or if it's morning where you are I hope yours goes well as you seek after the kingdom of God and His righteousness! 

Isn't that wonderful sisters? Glory to God for that! We can lose focus of these things in the midst of all the other things we need to do in this life. And we do walk by faith and not sight but we trust God's Word and He is faithful. His promises are true! But we see how richly blessed we are when we are in Christ and walking in His ways! 

Sisters don't you think this is amazing that the Father does this to us? 

Herein is my Father glorified, that ye bear much fruit; so shall ye be my disciples. 

As the Father hath loved me, so have I loved you: continue ye in my love. 

If ye keep my commandments, ye shall abide in my love; even as I have kept my Father's commandments, and abide in his love. 

These things have I spoken unto you, that my joy might remain in you, and that your joy might be full.

John 15:8-11 

Oh don't we want to be His disciples bearing much fruit sisters! 

And I share some more creations I got to see. Glory to God for the beautiful changing seasons and all the things He allows us to see by giving us eyesight and hearing and life (because we deserved death). In fact this is what Christ gives us... 

The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly.

John 10:10

 

Praise God for life sisters! 

Here's some cute fluffy baby birds just left the nest... 

I could see them from the clothes line high in a tree. 

(just some Titus 2 from today:-) 

And another interesting creation in a snake I saw today... 

And a beautiful rose.... 

Don't you marvel at the variety God made in this world? It is beyond our imagination as we can only see a tiny fraction. Glory to Him for it all! 

And the moon...

Praise ye the Lord. Praise ye the Lord from the heavens: praise him in the heights. 

Praise ye him, all his angels: praise ye him, all his hosts. 

Praise ye him, sun and moon: praise him, all ye stars of light. 

Praise him, ye heavens of heavens, and ye waters that be above the heavens. 

Let them praise the name of the Lord: for he commanded, and they were created.

Psalm 148:1-5

Amen! 

And the bees were super loud and busy today, making honey and things I guess... 

And all these created things only go about doing what they are supposed to do. But we know that man has rebelled against His creator. We all have. Those of us who have come back to Him through His Son have repented and now strive every day to do that which is pleasing to Him even in this fallen world and imperfect body that we have. One day we shall be free from all these struggles if we endure faithful!

Amen sisters! We know we are to love God first above all else! How are we doing that if we are not obeying His commandments and rejecting error and sin. Let us press on in the truth! 

Yes we can appreciate the creations God made and praise Him for it all but most of all sisters glory to God for the new creations we can be in Christ! 

Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new.

2 Corinthians 5:17

OK sisters time for me to go! Lord willing I will be coming back here tomorrow! Strive on in the true faith and hope of the gospel sisters!
