Greetings sisters!
I hope you are strong in the faith and pressing on for the kingdom. It's good to live a content and peaceful life submitted to His will and doing our best where He has us. Let's keep striving to grow in being faithful with what works He has given us. We don't all have the same life and sometimes we may think we would want something different. But we don't want to have that mindset lest we be coveting or unthankful. May we be diligent with what we have. This scripture comes to mind.
He that is faithful in that which is least is faithful also in much: and he that is unjust in the least is unjust also in much.
If therefore ye have not been faithful in the unrighteous mammon, who will commit to your trust the true riches?
And if ye have not been faithful in that which is another man's, who shall give you that which is your own?
No servant can serve two masters: for either he will hate the one, and love the other; or else he will hold to the one, and despise the other. Ye cannot serve God and mammon.
Luke 16:10-13
We trust the Lord knows best for us and we want to make the most of what we have. And we have so very many blessings, spiritual as well as much more than food and clothing. God's mercies and faithfulness are very great.
I'm sharing some scriptures on diligent as we want to be that too.
Thou hast commanded us to keep thy precepts diligently.Psalm 119:4
He becometh poor that dealeth with a slack hand: but the hand of the diligent maketh rich.Proverbs 10:4
He that diligently seeketh good procureth favour: but he that seeketh mischief, it shall come unto him.Proverbs 11:27
The slothful man roasteth not that which he took in hunting: but the substance of a diligent man is precious.Proverbs 12:27
The soul of the sluggard desireth, and hath nothing: but the soul of the diligent shall be made fat.Proverbs 13:4
Be thou diligent to know the state of thy flocks, and look well to thy herds.Proverbs 27:23
Well reported of for good works; if she have brought up children, if she have lodged strangers, if she have washed the saints' feet, if she have relieved the afflicted, if she have diligently followed every good work.1 Timothy 5:10
But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.Hebrews 11:6
Looking diligently lest any man fail of the grace of God; lest any root of bitterness springing up trouble you, and thereby many be defiled;Hebrews 12:15
His Word is good and we live by it. May we hold fast to the truth in a world of the opposite, and unbelievable blindness. Thank God for showing us the truth and may we treasure it.Wherefore, beloved, seeing that ye look for such things, be diligent that ye may be found of him in peace, without spot, and blameless.2 Peter 3:14
