Today's Edification (14 February 2026)

Hello sisters!

The Lord is worthy to be praised now and forever! It is another day He gave us to go forth rejoicing in His goodness!

The LORD hath done great things for us; whereof we are glad.
Psalm 126:3

Amen, He has! He has sent us a Saviour! We have His Word and His Spirit and the hope of a glorious inheritance to come if we remain eligible for it.

Now he that hath wrought us for the selfsame thing is God, who also hath given unto us the earnest of the Spirit. Therefore we are always confident, knowing that, whilst we are at home in the body, we are absent from the Lord: (For we walk by faith, not by sight:)
2 Corinthians 5:5-7

In whom ye also trusted, after that ye heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation: in whom also after that ye believed, ye were sealed with that holy Spirit of promise, Which is the earnest of our inheritance until the redemption of the purchased possession, unto the praise of his glory.
Ephesians 1:13-14

Now he which stablisheth us with you in Christ, and hath anointed us, is God; Who hath also sealed us, and given the earnest of the Spirit in our hearts.
 2 Corinthians 1:21-22

God has told us how things are and how they will be, as well as conditions to promises etc. How blessed we are to have His written Word to guide us through this world.

Now we exhort you, brethren, warn them that are unruly, comfort the feebleminded, support the weak, be patient toward all men.

See that none render evil for evil unto any man; but ever follow that which is good, both among yourselves, and to all men.

Rejoice evermore.

Pray without ceasing.

In every thing give thanks: for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you.

Quench not the Spirit.

Despise not prophesyings.

Prove all things; hold fast that which is good.

Abstain from all appearance of evil.

And the very God of peace sanctify you wholly; and I pray God your whole spirit and soul and body be preserved blameless unto the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ.

1 Thessalonians 5:14-23

May we keep seeking to walk in His ways and please Him. He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him! He is good! May that fact lead us to forsake our own ways and go in His!

Thou art my portion, O LORD: I have said that I would keep thy words. I intreated thy favour with my whole heart: be merciful unto me according to thy word. I thought on my ways, and turned my feet unto thy testimonies. I made haste, and delayed not to keep thy commandments.
Psalm 119:57-60

Hold fast to the truth, sisters!

Love, mercy, and peace to you in the faith of Christ.

Today's Edification (13 February 2026)

Hello sisters in the Lord!

Another day of His mercies has come already. Time is going fast. Our lives are short. So we definitely want to be wise and be preparing for the next one. There are many tests and trials but may we overcome them all through Christ and His Spirit and truth!

For whatsoever is born of God overcometh the world: and this is the victory that overcometh the world, even our faith. Who is he that overcometh the world, but he that believeth that Jesus is the Son of God?
1 John 5:4-5

He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches; To him that overcometh will I give to eat of the tree of life, which is in the midst of the paradise of God.
Revelation 2:7

He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches; He that overcometh shall not be hurt of the second death.
Revelation 2:11

He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches; To him that overcometh will I give to eat of the hidden manna, and will give him a white stone, and in the stone a new name written, which no man knoweth saving he that receiveth it.
Revelation 2:17

He that overcometh, the same shall be clothed in white raiment; and I will not blot out his name out of the book of life, but I will confess his name before my Father, and before his angels.
Revelation 3:5

And I heard a loud voice saying in heaven, Now is come salvation, and strength, and the kingdom of our God, and the power of his Christ: for the accuser of our brethren is cast down, which accused them before our God day and night. And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony; and they loved not their lives unto the death.
Revelation 12:10-11

Nay, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him that loved us.
Romans 8:37

But thanks be to God, which giveth us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ. Therefore, my beloved brethren, be ye stedfast, unmoveable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, forasmuch as ye know that your labour is not in vain in the Lord.
1 Corinthians 15:57-58

May we be encouraged to keep pressing on for the Lord! We know those who endure to the end shall be saved! We do not want to fall away as we have been warned can happen. Fight on, sisters!

Love to you in the faith of Christ.

Hello sisters!

I hope you're pressing on strong in the faith! I know we need a lot of faith to please Him and make it to the end.

Above all, taking the shield of faith, wherewith ye shall be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked.
Ephesians 6:16

The Lord lifts us up and gives us hope and joy!

But he giveth more grace. Wherefore he saith, God resisteth the proud, but giveth grace unto the humble.
James 4:6

But thou, O LORD, art a shield for me; my glory, and the lifter up of mine head.
Psalm 3:3

Humble yourselves in the sight of the Lord, and he shall lift you up.
James 4:10

The LORD lifteth up the meek: he casteth the wicked down to the ground.
Psalm 147:6

The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because he hath anointed me to preach the gospel to the poor; he hath sent me to heal the brokenhearted, to preach deliverance to the captives, and recovering of sight to the blind, to set at liberty them that are bruised, To preach the acceptable year of the Lord.
Luke 4:18-19

Praise God for that truth that is freedom!

Then said Jesus to those Jews which believed on him, If ye continue in my word, then are ye my disciples indeed; And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free....If the Son therefore shall make you free, ye shall be free indeed.
John 8:31-32,36

God, our Creator's ways, are good and the best! May we seek to walk in them always.

Hold fast to the truth sisters. Love to you in the faith of Christ.

Today's Edification (11 February 2026)

Hello sisters!

Grace and peace be multiplied unto you through the knowledge of God, and of Jesus our Lord,

According as his divine power hath given unto us all things that pertain unto life and godliness, through the knowledge of him that hath called us to glory and virtue:

Whereby are given unto us exceeding great and precious promises: that by these ye might be partakers of the divine nature, having escaped the corruption that is in the world through lust.

And beside this, giving all diligence, add to your faith virtue; and to virtue knowledge;

And to knowledge temperance; and to temperance patience; and to patience godliness;

And to godliness brotherly kindness; and to brotherly kindness charity.

For if these things be in you, and abound, they make you that ye shall neither be barren nor unfruitful in the knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ.

But he that lacketh these things is blind, and cannot see afar off, and hath forgotten that he was purged from his old sins.

Wherefore the rather, brethren, give diligence to make your calling and election sure: for if ye do these things, ye shall never fall:

2 Peter 1:2-10

Good words for us to live by. Our faith leads us to actions and bearing of good fruits. May the Lord help us as we seek to do what is right.

Herein is my Father glorified, that ye bear much fruit; so shall ye be my disciples.

As the Father hath loved me, so have I loved you: continue ye in my love.

If ye keep my commandments, ye shall abide in my love; even as I have kept my Father's commandments, and abide in his love.

John 15:8-10

Hold fast to the truth and sound doctrine, sisters! So many deceptions of all kinds are abounding in this evil time. May we beware of man but cleave to the Lord with purpose of heart. May we live for the next life and not for the fulfillments of the flesh to have all things we want now. Praise God for His mercies and blessings and above all to have a Saviour and to know the Lord and His truth! So let us walk by faith. Love, mercy, and peace unto you in His name.

Greetings sisters!

Grace to you, and peace, from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ.
Philemon 1:3

I trust and hope all is well with you in the Lord. He is our comfort and help. No matter where we are or what life we have, we need Him so much. He is our portion and desire.

Whom have I in heaven but thee? and there is none upon earth that I desire beside thee. My flesh and my heart faileth: but God is the strength of my heart, and my portion for ever.
Psalm 73:25-26

As the hart panteth after the water brooks, so panteth my soul after thee, O God. My soul thirsteth for God, for the living God: when shall I come and appear before God?
Psalm 42:1-2

O God, thou art my God; early will I seek thee: my soul thirsteth for thee, my flesh longeth for thee in a dry and thirsty land, where no water is;

To see thy power and thy glory, so as I have seen thee in the sanctuary.

Because thy lovingkindness is better than life, my lips shall praise thee.

Psalm 63:1-3

Again, the kingdom of heaven is like unto treasure hid in a field; the which when a man hath found, he hideth, and for joy thereof goeth and selleth all that he hath, and buyeth that field.

Again, the kingdom of heaven is like unto a merchant man, seeking goodly pearls:

Who, when he had found one pearl of great price, went and sold all that he had, and bought it.

Matthew 13:44-46

Let us treasure greatly what we have and be careful as we have been warned of what happens if we fall away or faint or be caught in sin or lukewarmness. May we be wise and heed the Lord's commands and warnings. He cares for His children and also wants no one to perish. He is good to have given us His Word to seek and obey.

Keep pressing on in all good things, sisters! And I will strive to here as well. The Lord sees and knows His own. May we walk in the fear of God and rejoice in the hope of Christ in whom we believe!

Peace be to the brethren, and love with faith, from God the Father and the Lord Jesus Christ. Grace be with all them that love our Lord Jesus Christ in sincerity. Amen.
Ephesians 6:23-24

Today's Edification (9 February 2026)

Greetings sisters!

Hope you're doing well one more day and pressing on faithfully in your duties as godly women. The time God has given us, we want to redeem in good and useful necessary things don't we. We don't want to be passing the time in idleness or fulfilling the lusts and pleasures of the flesh. This scripture comes to mind...

Now she that is a widow indeed, and desolate, trusteth in God, and continueth in supplications and prayers night and day. But she that liveth in pleasure is dead while she liveth.
1 Timothy 5:5-6

We do not want to be dead while we live. No, Christ has raised us from the dead spiritually and we are to walk in newness of life and as children of light!

Therefore we are buried with him by baptism into death: that like as Christ was raised up from the dead by the glory of the Father, even so we also should walk in newness of life.
Romans 6:4

For ye were sometimes darkness, but now are ye light in the Lord: walk as children of light:
Ephesians 5:8

Praise God to not be stumbling in darkness but to be able to follow the light of the world, Christ Jesus, and to have the light of life and to know the way to eternal life!

This is a good scripture for our day...

Finally, be ye all of one mind, having compassion one of another, love as brethren, be pitiful, be courteous:

Not rendering evil for evil, or railing for railing: but contrariwise blessing; knowing that ye are thereunto called, that ye should inherit a blessing.

For he that will love life, and see good days, let him refrain his tongue from evil, and his lips that they speak no guile:

Let him eschew evil, and do good; let him seek peace, and ensue it.

For the eyes of the Lord are over the righteous, and his ears are open unto their prayers: but the face of the Lord is against them that do evil.

And who is he that will harm you, if ye be followers of that which is good?

But and if ye suffer for righteousness' sake, happy are ye: and be not afraid of their terror, neither be troubled;

But sanctify the Lord God in your hearts: and be ready always to give an answer to every man that asketh you a reason of the hope that is in you with meekness and fear:

Having a good conscience; that, whereas they speak evil of you, as of evildoers, they may be ashamed that falsely accuse your good conversation in Christ.

For it is better, if the will of God be so, that ye suffer for well doing, than for evil doing.

For Christ also hath once suffered for sins, the just for the unjust, that he might bring us to God, being put to death in the flesh, but quickened by the Spirit:

1 Peter 3:8-18

There's so much in there from commands of how we are to live and also much encouragement for us to suffer patiently, if it's the will of God for us to suffer for doing good. We know a lot of people call good evil and evil good and indeed they think faith is foolishness, so no surprise if they think or do evil to us.

Hold fast my sisters, who are daughters of God by faith. Love to you in His name.

Greetings sisters!

I hope this finds you well and holding fast in the faith once delivered to the holy. Man is changing so much but His Word doesn't change on us. Man tries to change it to make it easier to swallow or to try to fit the culture or whatever, but the truth remains.

It is a faithful saying: For if we be dead with him, we shall also live with him: If we suffer, we shall also reign with him: if we deny him, he also will deny us: If we believe not, yet he abideth faithful: he cannot deny himself.
2 Timothy 2:11-13

Here are some scriptures that show us that we are to walk worthy of God and His kingdom. We must keep striving on to please Him and walk in His ways through Christ and His Spirit. May we do that sisters!

Watch ye therefore, and pray always, that ye may be accounted worthy to escape all these things that shall come to pass, and to stand before the Son of man.
Luke 21:36

But they which shall be accounted worthy to obtain that world, and the resurrection from the dead, neither marry, nor are given in marriage: Neither can they die any more: for they are equal unto the angels; and are the children of God, being the children of the resurrection.
Luke 20:35-36

I therefore, the prisoner of the Lord, beseech you that ye walk worthy of the vocation wherewith ye are called, With all lowliness and meekness, with longsuffering, forbearing one another in love; Endeavouring to keep the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace.
Ephesians 4:1-3

For this cause we also, since the day we heard it, do not cease to pray for you, and to desire that ye might be filled with the knowledge of his will in all wisdom and spiritual understanding; That ye might walk worthy of the Lord unto all pleasing, being fruitful in every good work, and increasing in the knowledge of God;
Colossians 1:9-10

As ye know how we exhorted and comforted and charged every one of you, as a father doth his children, That ye would walk worthy of God, who hath called you unto his kingdom and glory.
1 Thessalonians 2:11-12

Which is a manifest token of the righteous judgment of God, that ye may be counted worthy of the kingdom of God, for which ye also suffer:
2 Thessalonians 1:5

Thou hast a few names even in Sardis which have not defiled their garments; and they shall walk with me in white: for they are worthy.
Revelation 3:4

Praise God to know the truth! May it lead us to actions, not just hearing it but obeying. And we know there are specific truths for women too aren't there. We will be without excuse. His ways are good!

Love unto you in the faith and truth of Jesus.

Hello sisters in Christ!

Another day has come already! Don't they just go by so fast? Yes they do, and our life also will go by fast.

So teach us to number our days, that we may apply our hearts unto wisdom.
Psalm 90:12

Whereas ye know not what shall be on the morrow. For what is your life? It is even a vapour, that appeareth for a little time, and then vanisheth away.
James 4:14

The Lord help us to redeem the time and to be preparing for eternity.

Sharing some older scripture pictures today too! Glory to God for His Word and creations too!

We have so much encouragement in a dark world as ours. Our God is good and we want to be with Him when our earthly life is over. May we be found of Him in peace on that day. Praise God for a Saviour and to know the way!

Keep striving on by faith in Him, sisters! Love, mercy, and peace to you in His name.

Today's Edification (6 February 2026)

Hello again sisters!

I'm here again to share in the Lord and encourage you to keep pressing on as godly women!

Who, when he came, and had seen the grace of God, was glad, and exhorted them all, that with purpose of heart they would cleave unto the Lord.
Acts 11:23

Let us hold fast the profession of our faith without wavering; (for he is faithful that promised;)

And let us consider one another to provoke unto love and to good works:

Not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as the manner of some is; but exhorting one another: and so much the more, as ye see the day approaching.

For if we sin wilfully after that we have received the knowledge of the truth, there remaineth no more sacrifice for sins,

But a certain fearful looking for of judgment and fiery indignation, which shall devour the adversaries.

Hebrews 10:23-27

Wherefore comfort yourselves together, and edify one another, even as also ye do.
1 Thessalonians 5:11

We know our Lord's return is drawing closer. I want to encourage my sisters to keep pressing on in the race! And if anyone isn't fully in the truth I encourage them to make haste and obey the Lord and walk in sound doctrine. Procrastination isn't good when it comes to spiritual things. We don't know when it will be too late. Repentance is so critical for our salvation. We don't want anything down here to stumble us nor do we want to gain the whole world and lose our own soul. May we be sober about assessing our own heart and where it is for the Lord. Are we doing our best to please Him and keep ourselves unspotted from the world?

Just like for Timothy, there's a lot of areas we can make sure we're also being good examples of the believers no matter what age we are.

Let no man despise thy youth; but be thou an example of the believers, in word, in conversation, in charity, in spirit, in faith, in purity.
1 Timothy 4:12

We do have a high calling. After all, we are children of the most high God! May we act in a manner fitting of this for His glory! The Lord help us. And we want to hold fast and grow too don't we. We can ponder the life we do have and make sure all things are in order and we are faithful in what we have been called to. The Lord knows our heart and circumstances and all things about us. This can either be a comfort or a fearful thing if we aren't living right. But may we have peace with God by doing always those things that please Him. He gave us a conscience and His Word and Spirit to guide us.

Strive on, sisters! Love, mercy, and peace to you in His name.

Today's Edification (5 February 2026)

Greetings sisters!

Grace be with you, mercy, and peace, from God the Father, and from the Lord Jesus Christ, the Son of the Father, in truth and love.
2 John 1:3

Here is another day to serve our great God, the one and only true and living God! How blessed we are to know the truth! And keeping how rich we are in mind, ought to keep us in our place and help us to be content.

And he said unto me, My grace is sufficient for thee: for my strength is made perfect in weakness. Most gladly therefore will I rather glory in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me. Therefore I take pleasure in infirmities, in reproaches, in necessities, in persecutions, in distresses for Christ's sake: for when I am weak, then am I strong.
2 Corinthians 12:9-10

Pondering on His grace, which is a great treasure, helps us through all trials. He is all we need. Yet He provides the physical necessities of food and clothing. But we have so very much more than that too! He is good. May ungratefulness and discontentment not be named along us. By faith we believe in Jesus whom God sent into this world so we may be saved. This is a most precious gift, for we were dead in our sins and without hope. But our God is good!

But God, who is rich in mercy, for his great love wherewith he loved us,

Even when we were dead in sins, hath quickened us together with Christ, (by grace ye are saved;)

And hath raised us up together, and made us sit together in heavenly places in Christ Jesus:

That in the ages to come he might shew the exceeding riches of his grace in his kindness toward us through Christ Jesus.

For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God:

Not of works, lest any man should boast.

For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them.

Ephesians 2:4-10

Let us rejoice in His goodness with a thankful humble heart. And we continue to fear God and keep pressing on to the very end! The Lord help us. Hold fast sisters. Love to you in His name.

Greetings sisters!

I hope you are strong in the faith and pressing on for the kingdom. It's good to live a content and peaceful life submitted to His will and doing our best where He has us. Let's keep striving to grow in being faithful with what works He has given us. We don't all have the same life and sometimes we may think we would want something different. But we don't want to have that mindset lest we be coveting or unthankful. May we be diligent with what we have. This scripture comes to mind.

He that is faithful in that which is least is faithful also in much: and he that is unjust in the least is unjust also in much.

If therefore ye have not been faithful in the unrighteous mammon, who will commit to your trust the true riches?

And if ye have not been faithful in that which is another man's, who shall give you that which is your own?

No servant can serve two masters: for either he will hate the one, and love the other; or else he will hold to the one, and despise the other. Ye cannot serve God and mammon.

Luke 16:10-13

We trust the Lord knows best for us and we want to make the most of what we have. And we have so very many blessings, spiritual as well as much more than food and clothing. God's mercies and faithfulness are very great.

I'm sharing some scriptures on diligent as we want to be that too.

Thou hast commanded us to keep thy precepts diligently.
Psalm 119:4

He becometh poor that dealeth with a slack hand: but the hand of the diligent maketh rich.
Proverbs 10:4

He that diligently seeketh good procureth favour: but he that seeketh mischief, it shall come unto him.
Proverbs 11:27

The slothful man roasteth not that which he took in hunting: but the substance of a diligent man is precious.
Proverbs 12:27

The soul of the sluggard desireth, and hath nothing: but the soul of the diligent shall be made fat.
Proverbs 13:4

Be thou diligent to know the state of thy flocks, and look well to thy herds.
Proverbs 27:23

Well reported of for good works; if she have brought up children, if she have lodged strangers, if she have washed the saints' feet, if she have relieved the afflicted, if she have diligently followed every good work.
1 Timothy 5:10

But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.
Hebrews 11:6

Looking diligently lest any man fail of the grace of God; lest any root of bitterness springing up trouble you, and thereby many be defiled;
Hebrews 12:15

Wherefore, beloved, seeing that ye look for such things, be diligent that ye may be found of him in peace, without spot, and blameless.
2 Peter 3:14

His Word is good and we live by it. May we hold fast to the truth in a world of the opposite, and unbelievable blindness. Thank God for showing us the truth and may we treasure it.

Strive on sisters! Love to you in the faith of Jesus.

Hello again sisters!

The Lord is worthy to be praised another day...and for all eternity which we hope to get with Him. I am able to drop in again to share some edifying.

I hope these scriptures strengthen your faith and help you to press on!

Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.
Hebrews 11:1

For our light affliction, which is but for a moment, worketh for us a far more exceeding and eternal weight of glory;

While we look not at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen: for the things which are seen are temporal; but the things which are not seen are eternal.

2 Corinthians 4:17-18

That the trial of your faith, being much more precious than of gold that perisheth, though it be tried with fire, might be found unto praise and honour and glory at the appearing of Jesus Christ:

Whom having not seen, ye love; in whom, though now ye see him not, yet believing, ye rejoice with joy unspeakable and full of glory:

Receiving the end of your faith, even the salvation of your souls.

1 Peter 1:7-9

Therefore we are always confident, knowing that, whilst we are at home in the body, we are absent from the Lord:

(For we walk by faith, not by sight:)

We are confident, I say, and willing rather to be absent from the body, and to be present with the Lord.

Wherefore we labour, that, whether present or absent, we may be accepted of him.

For we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ; that every one may receive the things done in his body, according to that he hath done, whether it be good or bad.

2 Corinthians 5:6-10

They are encouraging yet also sobering. We have not got to the end of our race yet. The Lord keep us from stumbling or being distracted from it. May our heart and mind be on things above, the Lord and our eternal reward. And we also are to be vigilant to the dangers around us and aware and on guard. And of course we have so many physical things to do which we want to do well as unto Him as well. I'm glad to be set free from idle things and that which is vain and also not pleasing to Him. Plenty to occupy in good things and even in the quieter times we can ponder and examine our lives etc and how we can do better.

Keep pressing on in the life you have sisters! Let's not grow weary in any good thing! Love, mercy, and peace unto you.

Greetings sisters!

In His mercies, God has granted us another day. He is faithful! May we be to Him. He must always be first in our lives.

Likewise, ye younger, submit yourselves unto the elder. Yea, all of you be subject one to another, and be clothed with humility: for God resisteth the proud, and giveth grace to the humble.

Humble yourselves therefore under the mighty hand of God, that he may exalt you in due time:

Casting all your care upon him; for he careth for you.

1 Peter 5:5-7

And while 'clothing with humility' simply means being humble, of course it would also include what we wear too. We do not wear things to lift ourselves and our bodies up. That is no doubt pride isn't it. In fact, our long hair as women is also mentioned as being our glory and we cover it so the Lord is glorified, not us.

As every man hath received the gift, even so minister the same one to another, as good stewards of the manifold grace of God. If any man speak, let him speak as the oracles of God; if any man minister, let him do it as of the ability which God giveth: that God in all things may be glorified through Jesus Christ, to whom be praise and dominion for ever and ever. Amen.
1 Peter 4:10-11

Reminds me of these scriptures too...

That no flesh should glory in his presence.
1 Corinthians 1:29

As many as desire to make a fair shew in the flesh, they constrain you to be circumcised; only lest they should suffer persecution for the cross of Christ.

For neither they themselves who are circumcised keep the law; but desire to have you circumcised, that they may glory in your flesh.

But God forbid that I should glory, save in the cross of our Lord Jesus Christ, by whom the world is crucified unto me, and I unto the world.

For in Christ Jesus neither circumcision availeth any thing, nor uncircumcision, but a new creature.

Galatians 6:12-15

He must increase, but I must decrease.
John 3:30

Whether therefore ye eat, or drink, or whatsoever ye do, do all to the glory of God.
1 Corinthians 10:31

Everything is to be for His glory! May our lives reflect His ways and character for all, including to those who do not read His Word.

Keep pressing on in your duties, sisters, and in the faith through all trials! If we have an easy life that is also something to be careful of too, that we don't get complacent and such. May we keep on guard and keep growing in the knowledge of our Lord and in our faith and obedience.

Love to you in His name. If He wills, I will write again tomorrow.
