Today's Encouragement (27 August 2023)

Greetings sisters!

Wherefore he is able also to save them to the uttermost that come unto God by him, seeing he ever liveth to make intercession for them.
For such an high priest became us, who is holy, harmless, undefiled, separate from sinners, and made higher than the heavens;
Hebrews 7:25-26

I love that! What a great Saviour we have! In His name, and because of all He has done, I am coming back to edify you. I hope my sisters are standing strong in the battles! We got told this is a spiritual battle and to fight the good fight of faith so if we forget this we won't make it.

Thou therefore endure hardness, as a good soldier of Jesus Christ.
No man that warreth entangleth himself with the affairs of this life; that he may please him who hath chosen him to be a soldier.
2 Timothy 2:3-4

Glory to God for His peaceful and good creations! I got out for a quick walk and got to read you that scripture above.

Little one year old 'helping' to cook...

I will praise thee; for I am fearfully and wonderfully made: marvellous are thy works; and that my soul knoweth right well.
Psalm 139:14

Amen He has made us all wonderfully and it's amazing how He created us all unique. We sisters serve the Creator and we are just the clay in His hands and we want to submit to Him and not be so prideful as to rebel.

I hope you hold fast to the truth sisters. We know Jesus is the truth so let's follow and obey Him. I'm so glad we have His written word.

Today's Encouragement (26 August 2023)

Greetings sisters!

I'm here sharing again and hope to bring some edifying and encouragement one way or another and the best I can at least! Praises to the Lord for allowing us to know the way in which we should go! It is such a huge blessing to have such a precious gift of knowing the Son and that He alone is the way the truth and the life, and that we must follow Him, denying ourselves and losing all for Him. We know we shall through much tribulation enter the kingdom also but the Lord provides what we need to be able to make it to the mark having run the race with patience.

I hope my sisters are strong in the Lord and the power of His might!

A sister shared this scripture today...

Whom having not seen, ye love; in whom, though now ye see him not, yet believing, ye rejoice with joy unspeakable and full of glory:
1 Peter 1:8

And that's so true we do love Him who is unseen and by faith believe on Him and have much joy in Him. I love thinking about that.

But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.
Hebrews 11:6

I'm sure you're thankful for all your blessings of which we have very many.

I must go and keep going in my very busy day and finish up for the night. I hope all is well with my sisters and you are striving on stedfast with nothing stopping you serving Him.

Today's Encouragement (25 August 2023)

Greetings sisters!

God gave another day to us. Let's redeem our time for the Lord and in the works He has for us, right sisters!

I had a busy sewing day...

I love having good works to do and being a godly woman and having the strength and health to do so. Much to be thankful for isn't there!

I'm sharing some scriptures about what we should delight in and also what God delights in. And some awesome flower creations from my day! Praise God for both!

I delight to do thy will, O my God: yea, thy law is within my heart.
Psalm 40:8

And Samuel said, Hath the Lord as great delight in burnt offerings and sacrifices, as in obeying the voice of the Lord? Behold, to obey is better than sacrifice, and to hearken than the fat of rams.
1 Samuel 15:22

Praise ye the Lord. Blessed is the man that feareth the Lord, that delighteth greatly in his commandments.
Psalm 112:1

They that are of a froward heart are abomination to the Lord: but such as are upright in their way are his delight.
Proverbs 11:20

Make me to go in the path of thy commandments; for therein do I delight.
Psalm 119:35

For I delight in the law of God after the inward man:
Romans 7:22

Let us delight in the Lord and His ways sisters! And it's a humbling thought to think that we may be a delight to Him too. Let us strive to be worthy of that...even though we could never be without Christ of course.

We serve an awesome God...

Let us fear Him and walk in His ways. (Thank you for the picture sister:-)

Hold fast sisters...one more day. We know one 'day', time will be no more! We want to spend that eternity with our Lord. Let's labour to be acceptable to Him at all times watching and waiting.

Today's Encouragement (24 August 2023)

Greetings sisters!

I hope you are holding fast to the Lord and His doctrine today!

Take heed unto thyself, and unto the doctrine; continue in them: for in doing this thou shalt both save thyself, and them that hear thee.
1 Timothy 4:16

We know we must take heed of many things in this faith life! It is foolish not to.

Good warnings in these verses for ourselves and also to remember that it's not what others say and what we may often hear of 'accepting Jesus as Lord' etc that will count.

Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven.
Matthew 7:21

When once the master of the house is risen up, and hath shut to the door, and ye begin to stand without, and to knock at the door, saying, Lord, Lord, open unto us; and he shall answer and say unto you, I know you not whence ye are:
Luke 13:25

We want to do the will of the Father and to be known of God.

More good blessings of the Word through faithful brother Paul who laboured hard in the work of the gospel. How blessed we are not to have to guess what God wants from us!

I hope your Titus 2 works are going well sisters and everything else we are to be as godly women. We have many responsibilities for sure in this high calling. My day had sewing and gardening in it and other Titus 2 works. And edifying my sisters and being edified but the saints too. The true body of Christ is alive and active and all working to build up and fill the place God has for them.

From whom the whole body fitly joined together and compacted by that which every joint supplieth, according to the effectual working in the measure of every part, maketh increase of the body unto the edifying of itself in love.
Ephesians 4:16

But now hath God set the members every one of them in the body, as it hath pleased him.
1 Corinthians 12:18

Many awesome things to ponder from His Word. His ways are good and those of us who strive to walk in them see that and where things go wrong is when we step outside of them in sin or flesh etc. Let's keep loving His ways and delighting in them and walking in them willingly! Hold fast sisters!
