Today's Encouragement (17 February 2023)

Greetings in the Lord godly sisters!

Hope things are going well in your lives! We got a new day to serve the Lord and I get to edify you again here.

Sharing some scriptures from sisters...

Such a mighty God we serve.

I appreciate all He did for us...

Wherefore Jesus also, that he might sanctify the people with his own blood, suffered without the gate.
Let us go forth therefore unto him without the camp, bearing his reproach.
For here have we no continuing city, but we seek one to come.
By him therefore let us offer the sacrifice of praise to God continually, that is, the fruit of our lips giving thanks to his name.
Hebrews 13:12-15

And we gladly bear His reproach and are seeking an eternal city!

I had another busy day and some gospel cards went out...

For one, I was in a grocery store and an older woman asked me to reach something up high for her so she got a gospel card afterwards. It's a must to have them in really easy reach or you can miss quick opportunities like that.

More garden blessings coming in...

We sisters keep occupied in many different good things. Glad to be set free in Christ and seeking first His kingdom and righteousness!

Time for me to go but...keep striving on sisters as good soldiers, not growing weary or discouraged but pressing forward!

Today's Encouragement (16 February 2023)

Greetings sisters!

Grace and peace be multiplied unto you through the knowledge of God, and of Jesus our Lord,
According as his divine power hath given unto us all things that pertain unto life and godliness, through the knowledge of him that hath called us to glory and virtue:
Whereby are given unto us exceeding great and precious promises: that by these ye might be partakers of the divine nature, having escaped the corruption that is in the world through lust.
2 Peter 1:2-4

That's awesome isn't it!

How are my sisters?! I've had a busy day of travel, shopping, and cleaning (and garden and animal work). And several gospel cards going out along the way. We don't know what people do with what we give them (well unless they reach out) but we just keep going and offering such hope if they will receive it! One time today I pulled into a service station looking for gas (some call it propane) to fill the car up. They had a price up which was cheaper than most around so I wanted to get some. So I parked the car and went inside and asked. So the woman got a gospel card even if I had to go elsewhere for the gas. I'm sure the Lord works out our lives for good and we know nothing is in vain in the Him!

I pulled off at this peaceful rest stop and put out a gospel card too.

Then I saw a pretty bit of rainbow as the sun was setting...

And this too...

How beautiful! Glory to God!

Wherefore thou art great, O Lord God: for there is none like thee, neither is there any God beside thee, according to all that we have heard with our ears.
2 Samuel 7:22

Amen!

Well I must go now but I hope you're all striving on right where the Lord has you! Lord willing I shall be back tomorrow here!

Today's Encouragement (15 February 2023)

Greetings sisters!

Another day we have to serve the Lord and not our flesh or satan! Hope you're striving hard after our Saviour in this day we will never get again! This life is serious really...we only get one opportunity in our eternal destination. Isn't that sad that people will trade their short life here for an eternity of great sorrow. Let us press on with even more fervor after the Lord and His holy ways! I hope all my godly sisters are doing well!

I've had a really busy day with Titus 2 and children minding and then travel back 'home'.

Isn't the sound of waves so peaceful...

(Quick break stop there at the lake on my 3 hour drive home. And sharing His creation with my sisters!)

I share some scriptures that sisters shared today. His Word is so good as He is good!

I love knowing the truth. So many forget the severity of God don't they...just saying He is all love etc. His Word says it how it is.

Amen...He is so merciful!! We do not deserve this. Let us live as His humble grateful servants!

The Lord lifting up the humble...that's precious. We want to be in our rightful place compared to Him don't we.

Yes let's keep striving until the end!

Hold fast sisters! Lord willing I will be back tomorrow. Let us see what each day brings forth and accept the Lord's will for each one!

Today's Encouragement (14 February 2023)

Greetings sisters!

I come to you in His worthy name! There is nothing in this life worth seeking after other than Him and all the works to do with His kingdom! Amen sisters?!

I think of this scripture sometimes about the part about why anyone would be working to earn income...

Let him that stole steal no more: but rather let him labour, working with his hands the thing which is good, that he may have to give to him that needeth.
Ephesians 4:28

Apart from providing our (or our family's) own basic needs it would be to help others in need also (which would include their need of the gospel) and not burden others. It never should be about getting ourselves a more comfortable life here fulfilling the lusts of the flesh right?! Praise God to be set free from living for this life but instead seeking first the kingdom and His righteousness amen sisters?

Now Jesus knew that they were desirous to ask him, and said unto them, Do ye enquire among yourselves of that I said, A little while, and ye shall not see me: and again, a little while, and ye shall see me?
Verily, verily, I say unto you, That ye shall weep and lament, but the world shall rejoice: and ye shall be sorrowful, but your sorrow shall be turned into joy.
A woman when she is in travail hath sorrow, because her hour is come: but as soon as she is delivered of the child, she remembereth no more the anguish, for joy that a man is born into the world.
And ye now therefore have sorrow: but I will see you again, and your heart shall rejoice, and your joy no man taketh from you.
John 16:19-22

I love that! Your joy no man takes from you! We have a joy in our great God and risen Saviour that is outside of anything in man. Nothing can bind or limit our great Saviour! He is the Creator of the universe and greater than it all!

Whom God hath raised up, having loosed the pains of death: because it was not possible that he should be holden of it.
Acts 2:24

I love that so much...not possible that it should hold Him!

Let us rejoice every day that He is risen and not be held by man's traditions and false ways of once a year rememberance of this.

He is risen...that is our hope and that He made atonement for our sins and went to prepare a place for us....and what? He's coming back to get us!

And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto myself; that where I am, there ye may be also.
John 14:3

Let us make sure we are diligently preparing ourselves, as a spotless bride undefiled from the world, to go be with Him if we endure until the end!

Today's Encouragement (13 February 2023)

Greetings sisters!

Well here's another day! One to live for the Lord by faith in a faithless generation. What a blessing to have such hope in Christ! We are foreigners and pilgrims and peculiar people and are not to marvel if the world hates us! We just should expect that as normal.

Marvel not, my brethren, if the world hate you.
We know that we have passed from death unto life, because we love the brethren. He that loveth not his brother abideth in death.
1 John 3:13-14

Thank you sisters for sharing these scriptures...(which I share along with pretty creations I saw today)...

We're blessed to get to encourage one another with the Word which is the best encouragement! If someone is struggling we can point them to the Word which lifts them up and sets our minds and thoughts straight again.

I had a travel and helping with children and house work day again. It was such a beautiful sunshine and blue sky day...

I hope all my true sisters in Christ are striving on strong! And anyone else reading, I hope they repent because I want none to perish just as God doesn't. But He is so just and will deal with all rebellion as it should be though. It makes us humble realising that it is only because of the mercy and longsuffering and grace of God we have not been destroyed ourselves when we sinned. Now we strive hard to please and obey this great Saviour who made our way if we follow Him!

Hold fast sisters and keep doing this...

My soul followeth hard after thee: thy right hand upholdeth me.

Today's Encouragement (12 February 2023)

Greetings sisters!

I hope you're doing well today and standing strong in the faith! Each new day is an opportunity to best serve the Lord and patiently endure! We know our hope is to come...we have much to overcome first!

And so, after he had patiently endured, he obtained the promise.
Hebrews 6:15

Yes we too cannot give up half way through or there's no hope. And we're blessed to remind each other to keep pressing on! But don't we already have such a great example in our Saviour?

Wherefore seeing we also are compassed about with so great a cloud of witnesses, let us lay aside every weight, and the sin which doth so easily beset us, and let us run with patience the race that is set before us,
Looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of our faith; who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is set down at the right hand of the throne of God.
For consider him that endured such contradiction of sinners against himself, lest ye be wearied and faint in your minds.
Hebrews 12:1-3

Let us look to Him and ponder His perfect example.

Yet more garden blessings...

It's fascinating seeing new things grow into food where there wasn't anything before! Well I guess there was something there...a tiny seed! And a long line of seeds back to the beginning when He made it all. Only an almighty God could set something like that up and also how this whole universe fits together so well! Glory to Him!

Hold fast sisters and let's keep patiently enduring and trusting in the Lord!

But my God shall supply all your need according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus.
Now unto God and our Father be glory for ever and ever. Amen.
Salute every saint in Christ Jesus. The brethren which are with me greet you.

Today's Encouragement (11 February 2023)

Greetings godly sisters!

Hope this finds you well today! We're blessed to use the internet to share light and encouragement in such a dark world!

I was thinking when I was reading His Word how blessed we are to just be able to read His Word and not read all the 100000001 books of man in the world especially the deceptive false Christian ones. What a crazy confused world we live in. And so many just naively read books they don't even know what the author believes. We sisters run from anyone who, once tested, does not line up with God's Word. And we also run from any form of evil and time wasting. We put things through the Philippians 4:8 test do we not?

Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things.
Philippians 4:8

And today there's not only books but thousands and even millions of articles online with every different interpretation and deception. We need to be so discerning and wise in these last times (not to mention the sinful way of people making money off of God's truth.).

Praise God for His Word!

But he answered and said, It is written, Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God.
Matthew 4:4

All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness: That the man of God may be perfect, throughly furnished unto all good works.
2 Timothy 3:16-17

But he said, Yea rather, blessed are they that hear the word of God, and keep it.
Luke 11:28

And he answered and said unto them, My mother and my brethren are these which hear the word of God, and do it.

Luke 8:21

For whosoever shall be ashamed of me and of my words, of him shall the Son of man be ashamed, when he shall come in his own glory, and in his Father's, and of the holy angels.
Luke 9:26

I love all those!

I hope that encouraged you to keep treasuring His Word and keeping it! We live by it don't we sisters not just our physical daily bread. I hope all your Titus 2 good works go well and everything else! Be strong in the Lord sisters!

Today's Encouragement (10 February 2023)

Hello sisters!

Here's a new day to live for the Lord and be joyous in Him no matter what! He is good always!

I love that pretty flower and sunshine and blue sky picture a sister sent. Well I'm not even sure if they're flowers or leaves but pretty creations nonetheless! And we give God glory for them and all good things He made!

Titus 2 and my daily bread filled with garden veggie blessings...

It will keep me going in good works and I do my serving work for others in making it.

Thank you sister for sharing these scriptures...

Such a blessing to be able to bring up the scriptures to memory and be exhorted daily in doing so. Contentment; that's so important isn't it sisters?!

Yes we want to take good heed to that and many things. So many are not taking heed and just blindly believing what they were taught or what they want to believe.

So I share some more scriptures on taking heed...

And Jesus answered and said unto them, Take heed that no man deceive you.
Matthew 24:4

And he said unto them, Take heed, and beware of covetousness: for a man's life consisteth not in the abundance of the things which he possesseth.
Luke 12:15

For if God spared not the natural branches, take heed lest he also spare not thee.
Romans 11:21

Take heed unto thyself, and unto the doctrine; continue in them: for in doing this thou shalt both save thyself, and them that hear thee.
1 Timothy 4:16

Aren't we so blessed to have all these warnings from the Lord? I think so! We would be wise to fear Him and heed them amen sisters?!

Well I must go but hope you're doing well and striving on and holding fast in the faith. We can think about and pray for one another because we are all scattered and God has His remnant in this dark world where so many are on the broad road to destruction. We all have our duties to do shining our light and being salt on this earth.

Today's Encouragement (9 February 2023)

Greetings sisters!

I hope you're resting in the Lord's peace today!

Thank you sister for sharing that scripture. It made me think about sharing some more verses on peace from the Lord.

These things I have spoken unto you, that in me ye might have peace. In the world ye shall have tribulation: but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world.
John 16:33

Therefore being justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ:
Romans 5:1

Finally, brethren, farewell. Be perfect, be of good comfort, be of one mind, live in peace; and the God of love and peace shall be with you.
2 Corinthians 13:11

It is a great blessing to be at peace with God, and not to have the opposite.

There is no peace, saith the Lord, unto the wicked.
Isaiah 48:22

The Lord will give strength unto his people; the Lord will bless his people with peace.
Psalm 29:11

So many precious gifts we can have in Him!

I love seeing the dew on all the plants on a dewy damp morning...

Looks refreshing to me...especially during hot weather when the mornings are cooler!

What a beautiful sight...

...picking sun-warm tomatoes on a warm evening. Good blessings the Lord allows to grow to feed us!

And so much variety from the garden to use...

Pretty clouds this evening too...

And time to pick some pears and save some from the birds...

God is good to bless mankind with so much! Glory to Him!

Nevertheless he left not himself without witness, in that he did good, and gave us rain from heaven, and fruitful seasons, filling our hearts with food and gladness.
Acts 14:17

Today's Encouragement (8 February 2023)

Greetings sisters!

Hope you're all well today...most of all spiritually! All what we see even our own physical bodies are temporal but things we can't see are eternal! This is what we are labouring for amen sisters?

While we look not at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen: for the things which are seen are temporal; but the things which are not seen are eternal.
2 Corinthians 4:18

Amen and people may think we're strange doing that but one day they will see Him too. And so many say they have faith don't they but they don't even try to fully obey the One they have faith in and say they believe what He says. But let us sisters live and strive and obey as if we truly believe in Him...because we really do!

I share some scriptures to encourage us sisters and to remind us that we are the Lord's and to be set apart unto Him!

And ye shall be holy unto me: for I the Lord am holy, and have severed you from other people, that ye should be mine.
Leviticus 20:26

Then they that feared the Lord spake often one to another: and the Lord hearkened, and heard it, and a book of remembrance was written before him for them that feared the Lord, and that thought upon his name.
And they shall be mine, saith the Lord of hosts, in that day when I make up my jewels; and I will spare them, as a man spareth his own son that serveth him.
Then shall ye return, and discern between the righteous and the wicked, between him that serveth God and him that serveth him not.
Malachi 3:16-18

For whether we live, we live unto the Lord; and whether we die, we die unto the Lord: whether we live therefore, or die, we are the Lord's.
Romans 14:8

And what agreement hath the temple of God with idols? for ye are the temple of the living God; as God hath said, I will dwell in them, and walk in them; and I will be their God, and they shall be my people.
Wherefore come out from among them, and be ye separate, saith the Lord, and touch not the unclean thing; and I will receive you,
And will be a Father unto you, and ye shall be my sons and daughters, saith the Lord Almighty.
2 Corinthians 6:16-18

I love all of those. It's good to remember who we are isn't it sisters. Helps us keep our focus and correct any thoughts that may need correcting.

I hope all your Titus 2 good works are going well! I'm sure there's a long list of those us sisters do every day or in a lifetime. Many things may seem so simple like cooking food or washing dishes daily etc but they're so necessary and good!

Today's Encouragement (7 February 2023)

Greetings sisters!

I hope on this new day you're striving on in the Lord and thriving in Him and patiently enduring! I am here and I know some sisters who are!

I'm thankful to have His written word and to know how He wants us to live...

If it be possible, as much as lieth in you, live peaceably with all men.
Dearly beloved, avenge not yourselves, but rather give place unto wrath: for it is written, Vengeance is mine; I will repay, saith the Lord.
Therefore if thine enemy hunger, feed him; if he thirst, give him drink: for in so doing thou shalt heap coals of fire on his head.
Be not overcome of evil, but overcome evil with good.
Romans 12:18-21

And that isn't always what our flesh wants but it's God's good ways and we see that they are good! He will deal with the wickedness around us and what people do to us. That's not our job is it sisters.
