Today's Encouragement (22 September 2022)

Hello sisters!

God gave us another day to live for Him!

And God called the light Day, and the darkness he called Night. And the evening and the morning were the first day.

Genesis 1:5

Out of the many years since then, here we sisters are on this day on this great earth the Lord made!

I travelled home today by bus...

and so I'm sharing a few creation scenes with you here...

There is a lot of beautiful things on this earth...even though there is bad too. But I remember that God is so merciful to let us live and experience it all along with all His many blessings! We don't deserve any of it!

The Lord is merciful and gracious, slow to anger, and plenteous in mercy.

He will not always chide: neither will he keep his anger for ever.

He hath not dealt with us after our sins; nor rewarded us according to our iniquities.

For as the heaven is high above the earth, so great is his mercy toward them that fear him.

As far as the east is from the west, so far hath he removed our transgressions from us.

Like as a father pitieth his children, so the Lord pitieth them that fear him.

For he knoweth our frame; he remembereth that we are dust.

Psalm 103:8-14
He is good!

Eleven little chicks hatched after a hen decided to make a nest under the house!

Cute tiny creations!

Shipping out a sewing order across the ocean with the best news of the gospel...
Praise God for the many blessings we have in Christ! And I'm thankful to be a godly woman occupied in good works! The Spirit teaches us all good things!

And a lot more sewing to come it looks like...Lord willing!

If we ever think things in life aren't 'fair' we only need to look to our perfect example in Christ yet again!

For Christ also hath once suffered for sins, the just for the unjust, that he might bring us to God, being put to death in the flesh, but quickened by the Spirit:

1 Peter 3:18

We have no reason to complain do we! Our God is so good and merciful and faithful to bless us with life and a choice to serve Him! He did so much for us and we are thankful!

Lord willing I will be back tomorrow. Hold fast in the faith sisters!

Love in Christ,

Sister Michaela

Today's Encouragement (21 September 2022)

Greetings sisters!

How are you today?! I hope each and everyone of you are, first of all, strong in the Lord! And I hope all your many duties as godly women are going well too!

We want to be thankful don't we sisters...

Enter into his gates with thanksgiving, and into his courts with praise: be thankful unto him, and bless his name. For the Lord is good; his mercy is everlasting; and his truth endureth to all generations.

Psalm 100:4-5

And let the peace of God rule in your hearts, to the which also ye are called in one body; and be ye thankful.

Colossians 3:15

And thank you sister for sharing these great scriptures too!

God is good to us...so good and He gives us so much more than anyone deserves. And we want to serve Him in our ways don't we sisters.

Sharing some picture glimpses into my busy day of Titus 2 works...

Snack making...

The usual dishes washing...

Cooking lunch...

Walk with the little boys...

Delicious tea God provided...

And then the blessing of rest to come after it all!

Except the Lord build the house, they labour in vain that build it: except the Lord keep the city, the watchman waketh but in vain.

It is vain for you to rise up early, to sit up late, to eat the bread of sorrows: for so he giveth his beloved sleep.

 Psalm 127:1-2

I must go finish up my work and day. Lord willing I will be back tomorrow here after traveling home.

I leave you with this scripture which is a good example of the believers back then and we want to be like that too!

And I myself also am persuaded of you, my brethren, that ye also are full of goodness, filled with all knowledge, able also to admonish one another.
Romans 15:14

Love to you all,

Sister Michaela

Today's Encouragement (20 September 2022)

Hello sisters!

I hope your day is going along well in the Lord. I'm sure you're keeping occupied in many good things! So glad to be doing all good things now and not vain empty and sinful things aren't we all!

What fruit had ye then in those things whereof ye are now ashamed? for the end of those things is death. But now being made free from sin, and become servants to God, ye have your fruit unto holiness, and the end everlasting life.

Romans 6:21-22

And such were some of you: but ye are washed, but ye are sanctified, but ye are justified in the name of the Lord Jesus, and by the Spirit of our God.

1 Corinthians 6:11

Praise God!

Here's 1 John 2 reading to edify us sisters...

And pretty flower creations from my day...

Glory to God for all things!

I must go now but I greatly appreciate my godly sisters in Christ even if I don't know about you all! One day we shall all be gathered home with the Lord!

And the Lord make you to increase and abound in love one toward another, and toward all men, even as we do toward you:

To the end he may stablish your hearts unblameable in holiness before God, even our Father, at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ with all his saints.

1 Thessalonians 3:12-13

Today's Encouragement (19 September 2022)

Greetings in the Lord sisters!

He gave us one more day on this earth! He gives us life doesn't He! He knows our beginning and our end. He created us and we have been bought with a great price!

What? know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost which is in you, which ye have of God, and ye are not your own? For ye are bought with a price: therefore glorify God in your body, and in your spirit, which are God's.

1 Corinthians 6:19-20

So let us bring our lives into line with ones that bring Him glory! We want to be godly holy women of God always don't we sisters!

I had to go grocery shopping in town with my little nephew...

And several gospel cards went out too. We sisters just go about our lives in many good works and that does include being prepared with the precious gospel doesn't it.

Thank you sister for this scripture picture....

Right and that takes effort to be always ready as we don't just stay in our flesh and go about our own business, shut off from the world and not caring.

Well I must go after a busy day and more to come. I hope each of you are pressing forward in the faith and keeping on walking in truth!

For I rejoiced greatly, when the brethren came and testified of the truth that is in thee, even as thou walkest in the truth.

I have no greater joy than to hear that my children walk in truth.

Beloved, thou doest faithfully whatsoever thou doest to the brethren, and to strangers;

3 John 1:3-5

Hold fast!

Love in Christ,

Today's Encouragement (18 September 2022)

Greetings godly Titus 2 sisters!

I'm back with a new day! I've been blessed with a quieter day to refresh in the Lord, in the Word, and with my sisters in Christ!

So many blessings we have don't we sisters!

I hope your days in whatever is in them have been going well! And most importantly that you're overcoming and striving on in the faith!

"If ye love me, keep my commandments.

He that hath my commandments, and keepeth them, he it is that loveth me: and he that loveth me shall be loved of my Father, and I will love him, and will manifest myself to him.

Jesus answered and said unto him, If a man love me, he will keep my words: and my Father will love him, and we will come unto him, and make our abode with him.

He that loveth me not keepeth not my sayings: and the word which ye hear is not mine, but the Father's which sent me."

John 14:15,21,23-24

I'm so glad God told us how to love Him and it's not something we just say or feel that we love Him is it!

I read 1 John 1 to edify us sisters today...

His Word is what we live by isn't it and I'm so glad we have it as there's so much confusion in this world...but we cling to God's word without wavering.

That we henceforth be no more children, tossed to and fro, and carried about with every wind of doctrine, by the sleight of men, and cunning craftiness, whereby they lie in wait to deceive;

Ephesians 4:14

Therefore whosoever heareth these sayings of mine, and doeth them, I will liken him unto a wise man, which built his house upon a rock:

Matthew 7:24

And we sisters may have a great variety of work and responsibilities. And all of us have different lives but within that we are to have the biblical qualities of godly women. And I'm glad to know what those are! We know about the importance of a meek and quiet spirit, being chaste and good, biblical clothing including headcovering, submission to husbands, keeping the home, and all the other godly traits like love and kindness and patience and serving and such! God's ways are good aren't they sisters and we can rejoice to be set free from the world's/satan's ways!

I have a busy week ahead of me but I hope to be back tomorrow here sisters and I hope you are too! Hold fast in the Lord one more day! He is coming back!

And when these things begin to come to pass, then look up, and lift up your heads; for your redemption draweth nigh.

Luke 21:28

Love in our Saviour,

Sister Michaela

Today's Encouragement (18 September 2022)

Greetings sister saints!

Here's a new day in the Lord for me! And I hope for you too!

A sister read this scripture and it's so encouraging...

That by two immutable things, in which it was impossible for God to lie, we might have a strong consolation, who have fled for refuge to lay hold upon the hope set before us:

Which hope we have as an anchor of the soul, both sure and stedfast, and which entereth into that within the veil;

Whither the forerunner is for us entered, even Jesus, made an high priest for ever after the order of Melchisedec.

Hebrews 6:18-20

I love that and praise God!

So I share a few more verse that are kind of related and greatly encouraging too!

In the fear of the Lord is strong confidence: and his children shall have a place of refuge.

Proverbs 14:26

But Christ as a son over his own house; whose house are we, if we hold fast the confidence and the rejoicing of the hope firm unto the end.

For we are made partakers of Christ, if we hold the beginning of our confidence stedfast unto the end;

Hebrews 3:6,14

And now, little children, abide in him; that, when he shall appear, we may have confidence, and not be ashamed before him at his coming.

 1 John 2:28

I love all of those!

I've had a bit of a slower day today and was able to get out for a walk in the strong wind and occasional rain shower...

So good to refresh in His creation and the Word in those days that aren't so full of necessary work...especially after a long packed full week. God is good to us all in so many ways.

Made a big batch of muffins for the week ahead...

Wonder how long they will last though (that's just half of them in the picture). Praise God for good food blessings!

My almost 3 year old niece gave me this drawing she did today...

...and told me a couple times that she gave it to me because she loves me:-) So that made me think about this scripture...

My little children, let us not love in word, neither in tongue; but in deed and in truth.

1 John 3:18

And was thinking about how love always has actions and cannot be seperated. And we also know don't we that we love God by obeying Him. And we love the brethren by actions too...not just words.

And earlier my little niece came over and gave me a hug when she thought I had burned my fingers. So sweet are the little ones:-) I'm quite amazed at how mature an under three year old can be in so many ways. Glory to the Creator!

And they brought young children to him, that he should touch them: and his disciples rebuked those that brought them.

But when Jesus saw it, he was much displeased, and said unto them, Suffer the little children to come unto me, and forbid them not: for of such is the kingdom of God.

Verily I say unto you, Whosoever shall not receive the kingdom of God as a little child, he shall not enter therein.

And he took them up in his arms, put his hands upon them, and blessed them.

Mark 10:13-16

I love that too!

Thank you sister for sharing these scriptures...

Many awesome scriptures there are!

His Word is strengthening...and correcting and so many things!

Yes let's keep enduring hardness for the Lord! He is worthy!

I must go but I hope each of you are holding fast and growing in the Lord, and enduring and overcoming in Him!

Love to you all and a sister hug too!

In Christ,

Sister Michaela

Today's Encouragement (16 September 2022)

Greetings sisters!

I'm back again for a bit to do something like this...

But exhort one another daily, while it is called To day; lest any of you be hardened through the deceitfulness of sin. For we are made partakers of Christ, if we hold the beginning of our confidence stedfast unto the end;

Hebrews 3:13-14

...and encourage my sisters to keep pressing on not growing weary in doing well!

Here's some scriptures to encourage us to trust in the Lord and be content in our lives..

Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God. And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.

Philippians 4:6-7

Humble yourselves therefore under the mighty hand of God, that he may exalt you in due time: Casting all your care upon him; for he careth for you.

1 Peter 5:6-7

Let your conversation be without covetousness; and be content with such things as ye have: for he hath said, I will never leave thee, nor forsake thee. So that we may boldly say, The Lord is my helper, and I will not fear what man shall do unto me.

Hebrews 13:5-6

Those are strengthening aren't they!

Just some random pictures from my busy day:-)

We're blessed to have all we do...eyes, hands, feet, ears, and everything else that all works together so we can work and serve and choose to follow our Master who created us! We can know He is our Creator and God and we are His and not our own! And we can give Him glory for all He has done!

I hope my sisters days are going well and you're striving on through all kinds of things! Hold fast sister saints!

Confirming the souls of the disciples, and exhorting them to continue in the faith, and that we must through much tribulation enter into the kingdom of God.

Acts 14:22

Greetings godly sisters!

How's things going in your life?

My day was busy but good and I'm back here sharing a few things again.

Pretty creation I saw...

How beautiful and delicate did God make those!

Early morning Titus 2 works...

...on a cold dewy morning which turned into such a beautiful warmish day...

Glory to God!

And when those beasts give glory and honour and thanks to him that sat on the throne, who liveth for ever and ever,

The four and twenty elders fall down before him that sat on the throne, and worship him that liveth for ever and ever, and cast their crowns before the throne, saying,

Thou art worthy, O Lord, to receive glory and honour and power: for thou hast created all things, and for thy pleasure they are and were created.

Revelation 4:9-11
Amen!

Good blessings God provided after a day of work...

Giving thanks always for all things unto God and the Father in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ;

Ephesians 5:20

And I rejoice and am thankful with you sisters for all I know He has given you! We are content with simple things in Christ aren't we! And we have so very many blessings above the bare basics of food and clothing don't we!

Here's some awesome scriptures on overcoming! Hope they are uplifting to you too!

Ye are of God, little children, and have overcome them: because greater is he that is in you, than he that is in the world.

1 John 4:4

Be not overcome of evil, but overcome evil with good.

Romans 12:21

For whatsoever is born of God overcometh the world: and this is the victory that overcometh the world, even our faith.

1 John 5:4

He that overcometh, the same shall be clothed in white raiment; and I will not blot out his name out of the book of life, but I will confess his name before my Father, and before his angels.

Revelation 3:5

I love all of those and we can overcome in Christ! Keep pressing on sister soldier saints!

Thank you sister for your love in sharing these scripture picture gifts! 😊

So many treasures of truth in God's Word isn't there! And we're blessed to strive to live by it all! And God's beautiful creation is good too! Glory to Him for it all! And I treasure my beloved sisters who love the Lord too!

I must go now. Hold fast and keep pressing on through all things sister saints!

Love in Christ,

Today's Encouragement (14 September 2022)

Greetings sister saints!

I'm back because I have another day and I'm blessed to have the internet to keep connected with my sisters! Hope you are striving on in this day! We want to be focused on the eternal things that don't fade away don't we! We want to look forward and not backwards, and we don't want to stray to the left or right. We want to follow close after our Saviour!

Beloved, follow not that which is evil, but that which is good. He that doeth good is of God: but he that doeth evil hath not seen God.

3 John 1:11

Was such a glorious spring day yesterday!

While the earth remaineth, seedtime and harvest, and cold and heat, and summer and winter, and day and night shall not cease.

Genesis 8:22

And a windy rainy day today...
But God made the cycles in His creation and everything needs the water and the light and warmth! Glory to Him for it all! And we get our peace and joy from the Lord and not our circumstances!

Another busy day is over for me...and even if each day has much the same in it...washing dishes, cooking meals, washing clothes, taking care of little ones' needs, and such things, it is all good works and I remind myself of that. And you too sisters...whatever you have to do where the Lord has called you...He knows and sees and will be glorified in you standing for His truth and working hard.

And even through all trials we know it's all short really and also not to be compared to the glory to come!

For our light affliction, which is but for a moment, worketh for us a far more exceeding and eternal weight of glory; While we look not at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen: for the things which are seen are temporal; but the things which are not seen are eternal.
2 Corinthians 4:17-18

Jesus saith unto him, Thomas, because thou hast seen me, thou hast believed: blessed are they that have not seen, and yet have believed.

John 20:29

Keep striving on sister saints...as good soldiers of the Lord! I hope to be back tomorrow Lord willing!
