Today's Edification (15 October 2025)

Greetings sister saints!

God's mercies are upon me as I write you another post in hopes to edify and encourage you in the faith! Hopefully you are pressing through life strong in the faith. We do not see or hear Him directly but by faith we press on knowing He made this world, sent us a Saviour, and will come again in His time.

Praise God for the new way through Christ! Let us follow hard after Him to eternal life! He is the one and only way to heaven.

Wherefore, my brethren, ye also are become dead to the law by the body of Christ; that ye should be married to another, even to him who is raised from the dead, that we should bring forth fruit unto God.

For when we were in the flesh, the motions of sins, which were by the law, did work in our members to bring forth fruit unto death.

But now we are delivered from the law, that being dead wherein we were held; that we should serve in newness of spirit, and not in the oldness of the letter.

Romans 7:4-6

Having therefore, brethren, boldness to enter into the holiest by the blood of Jesus,

By a new and living way, which he hath consecrated for us, through the veil, that is to say, his flesh;

And having an high priest over the house of God;

Let us draw near with a true heart in full assurance of faith, having our hearts sprinkled from an evil conscience, and our bodies washed with pure water.

Let us hold fast the profession of our faith without wavering; (for he is faithful that promised;)

And let us consider one another to provoke unto love and to good works:

Not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as the manner of some is; but exhorting one another: and so much the more, as ye see the day approaching.

For if we sin wilfully after that we have received the knowledge of the truth, there remaineth no more sacrifice for sins,

But a certain fearful looking for of judgment and fiery indignation, which shall devour the adversaries.

Hebrews 10:19-27

For I have received of the Lord that which also I delivered unto you, That the Lord Jesus the same night in which he was betrayed took bread:

And when he had given thanks, he brake it, and said, Take, eat: this is my body, which is broken for you: this do in remembrance of me.

After the same manner also he took the cup, when he had supped, saying, This cup is the new testament in my blood: this do ye, as oft as ye drink it, in remembrance of me.

For as often as ye eat this bread, and drink this cup, ye do shew the Lord's death till he come.

1 Corinthians 11:23-26

Praise God for new and better things in Christ! He is life so let us abide in Him and be washed in His precious blood.

Keep pressing on in your women's duties too sisters! The Lord give you patience and long suffering in those too and everything else needed! His ways are good!

Love unto you in His name.

Today's Edification (14 October 2025)

Greetings sister saints!

Here is one more day on the earth that we will never get again. And while many of the days seem to have much the same things we do in, yet each one is unique. Each one is an opportunity for us to do well for our Lord. And if we fail one day, the next is another opportunity to do better for Him! There is hope in Him!

I am sharing this scripture as it is another good one to ponder and live by!

Owe no man any thing, but to love one another: for he that loveth another hath fulfilled the law.

For this, Thou shalt not commit adultery, Thou shalt not kill, Thou shalt not steal, Thou shalt not bear false witness, Thou shalt not covet; and if there be any other commandment, it is briefly comprehended in this saying, namely, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself.

Love worketh no ill to his neighbour: therefore love is the fulfilling of the law.

And that, knowing the time, that now it is high time to awake out of sleep: for now is our salvation nearer than when we believed.

The night is far spent, the day is at hand: let us therefore cast off the works of darkness, and let us put on the armour of light.

Let us walk honestly, as in the day; not in rioting and drunkenness, not in chambering and wantonness, not in strife and envying.

But put ye on the Lord Jesus Christ, and make not provision for the flesh, to fulfil the lusts thereof.

Romans 13:8-14

We have a precious high calling to walk in light, righteousness, holiness and all His good ways for His glory.

May we stay close to His Word in this ever changing world where that which is false and fake is rampant and you can almost not trust anyone or anything it seems. But we can trust in our Lord and His Word though man tries to change that as well. May He come soon and end this chaos of man and may we be ready!

Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done in earth, as it is in heaven.
Matthew 6:10
He which testifieth these things saith, Surely I come quickly. Amen. Even so, come, Lord Jesus. The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you all. Amen.
Revelation 22:20-21

Strive on sisters! Love and mercy unto you in His name.

Today's Edification (13 October 2025)

Greetings sisters!

I am dropping in again on another day the Lord granted. I hope you are all doing well most of all spiritually and pressing forwards in the faith of Christ!

I was just pondering how it is wise to be slow to speak. It is human nature to jump to conclusions, think they know things, assume things, and just be too free with speaking their mind and heart. But I think of Mary who pondered things in her heart.

But Mary kept all these things, and pondered them in her heart...

And he went down with them, and came to Nazareth, and was subject unto them: but his mother kept all these sayings in her heart.

Luke 2:19, 51

And His Word teaches the same too.

Wherefore, my beloved brethren, let every man be swift to hear, slow to speak, slow to wrath: For the wrath of man worketh not the righteousness of God.
James 1:19-20

A fool uttereth all his mind: but a wise man keepeth it in till afterwards.
Proverbs 29:11

There's so very many scriptures on the tongue in fact. So many warnings and guidance. And sometimes our Lord didn't speak either so let us use our words with wisdom. There is a time to speak and a time not to.

He that answereth a matter before he heareth it, it is folly and shame unto him.
Proverbs 18:13

I'm sharing this good scripture too...

But of the times and the seasons, brethren, ye have no need that I write unto you.

For yourselves know perfectly that the day of the Lord so cometh as a thief in the night.

For when they shall say, Peace and safety; then sudden destruction cometh upon them, as travail upon a woman with child; and they shall not escape.

But ye, brethren, are not in darkness, that that day should overtake you as a thief.

Ye are all the children of light, and the children of the day: we are not of the night, nor of darkness.

Therefore let us not sleep, as do others; but let us watch and be sober.

For they that sleep sleep in the night; and they that be drunken are drunken in the night.

But let us, who are of the day, be sober, putting on the breastplate of faith and love; and for an helmet, the hope of salvation.

For God hath not appointed us to wrath, but to obtain salvation by our Lord Jesus Christ,

Who died for us, that, whether we wake or sleep, we should live together with him.

Wherefore comfort yourselves together, and edify one another, even as also ye do.

1 Thessalonians 5:1-11

We look for the coming of the Prince of peace who will come in wrath to judge this present evil world. He will gather His elect and there will be a new heaven and earth where there is no more curse. He will make all things new! Let us be watching and ready and not caught unaware. Hold fast sisters!

And the Lord make you to increase and abound in love one toward another, and toward all men, even as we do toward you: To the end he may stablish your hearts unblameable in holiness before God, even our Father, at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ with all his saints.
1 Thessalonians 3:12-13

Strive on as good soldiers of Christ, sisters! He is worthy! Love, mercy, and peace unto you.

Today's Edification (12 October 2025)

Greetings sister saints!

I hope you are strong in the faith and looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of our faith!

I was just pondering on peace, and quietness, and humility, and simplicity, and contentment.

It is just a picture of what the world is not and of how we are to be in our lives. And sometimes it isn't what the flesh wants either but as in many things we must submit to His ways which are good and best! So I will share a few scriptures on these things in general.

But godliness with contentment is great gain. For we brought nothing into this world, and it is certain we can carry nothing out. And having food and raiment let us be therewith content.
1 Timothy 6:6-8

Follow peace with all men, and holiness, without which no man shall see the Lord:
Hebrews 12:14

I exhort therefore, that, first of all, supplications, prayers, intercessions, and giving of thanks, be made for all men; For kings, and for all that are in authority; that we may lead a quiet and peaceable life in all godliness and honesty.
1 Timothy 2:1-2

Put on therefore, as the elect of God, holy and beloved, bowels of mercies, kindness, humbleness of mind, meekness, longsuffering;

Forbearing one another, and forgiving one another, if any man have a quarrel against any: even as Christ forgave you, so also do ye.

And above all these things put on charity, which is the bond of perfectness.

And let the peace of God rule in your hearts, to the which also ye are called in one body; and be ye thankful.

Colossians 3:12-15

Let your conversation be without covetousness; and be content with such things as ye have: for he hath said, I will never leave thee, nor forsake thee. So that we may boldly say, The Lord is my helper, and I will not fear what man shall do unto me.
Hebrews 13:5-6

Now the Lord of peace himself give you peace always by all means. The Lord be with you all.
2 Thessalonians 3:16

There's so many more scriptures and so many different angles to ponder on too. We can only have true peace when we are living in all obedience to Him the best we know how and continuing to seek His ways and be led of His Spirit of truth and holiness. Let us keep seeking Him as our first priority. And everything else falls into place under that. May He help us in these perilous times where faith is rare and love is waxing cold. Our redemption draws nearer! Let us be ready for our Lord!

Peace, mercy, and love to my sisters in Christ around the world!

Today's Edification (11 October 2025)

Hello again sisters!

Here is another day of hope in our Lord's mercies! The world has a powerful Saviour and whosoever wills may come to Him and be saved! What glorious news this is! Yet...few come. But praise Him that we can know the truth and follow after our Saviour! He has given us so much which is undeserved on our part. But now we do give our lives to Him in thankfulness and obey His ways which are good! And we labour to abide in His love and continue in the faith to the very end.

Herein is my Father glorified, that ye bear much fruit; so shall ye be my disciples.

As the Father hath loved me, so have I loved you: continue ye in my love.

If ye keep my commandments, ye shall abide in my love; even as I have kept my Father's commandments, and abide in his love.

These things have I spoken unto you, that my joy might remain in you, and that your joy might be full.

This is my commandment, That ye love one another, as I have loved you.

Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends.

John 15:8-13

For it pleased the Father that in him should all fulness dwell;

And, having made peace through the blood of his cross, by him to reconcile all things unto himself; by him, I say, whether they be things in earth, or things in heaven.

And you, that were sometime alienated and enemies in your mind by wicked works, yet now hath he reconciled

In the body of his flesh through death, to present you holy and unblameable and unreproveable in his sight:

If ye continue in the faith grounded and settled, and be not moved away from the hope of the gospel, which ye have heard, and which was preached to every creature which is under heaven; whereof I Paul am made a minister;

Colossians 1:19-23

So may we keep pressing on, running our race with patience, and fighting the good fight of faith! We must not grow weary in well doing. If we do not faint, we will reap our glorious reward in due season! Hold fast sisters and keep labouring in the life the Lord has called you in!

Love, mercy, and peace unto you.

Today's Edification (10 October 2025)

Greetings sisters!

I am dropping in again as the Lord gave me another day to do so! I hope you're doing well and seeking after Him with your whole heart!

Blessed are they that keep his testimonies, and that seek him with the whole heart.

With my whole heart have I sought thee: O let me not wander from thy commandments.

Psalm 119:2, 10

Yes we must be serious and purposeful about our faith in God! He is the one and only true and living God, so how blessed we are to be His and know this truth! He cannot be three quarters our Lord and a little bit of us. He must be all or we have nothing and deceive ourselves. Many will say "Lord, Lord" on that day but He never knew them as they were sinners. Let us with His help purge our lives of sin and that which is displeasing to Him.

Romans 12 is such a packed scripture of God's good ways and how we are to be! I really appreciate it! So I share this section to edify today. It's definitely one that needs some slow pondering on and seeing if we are complying with His ways! They are so good though!

Let love be without dissimulation. Abhor that which is evil; cleave to that which is good.

Be kindly affectioned one to another with brotherly love; in honour preferring one another;

Not slothful in business; fervent in spirit; serving the Lord;

Rejoicing in hope; patient in tribulation; continuing instant in prayer;

Distributing to the necessity of saints; given to hospitality.

Bless them which persecute you: bless, and curse not.

Rejoice with them that do rejoice, and weep with them that weep.

Be of the same mind one toward another. Mind not high things, but condescend to men of low estate. Be not wise in your own conceits.

Romans 12:9-16

Praise God for His ways and Word of truth by which we live! Keep seeking after them sisters as I will strive to here as well! The glory be to His name! Love, mercy, and peace unto you.

Today's Edification (9 October 2025)

Greetings sisters!

Each new day we have hope...

And as Moses lifted up the serpent in the wilderness, even so must the Son of man be lifted up:

That whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have eternal life.

For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.

For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved.

He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.

John 3:14-18

Our Lord has been so good to mankind. As that above scripture mentions this account...

And Moses made a serpent of brass, and put it upon a pole, and it came to pass, that if a serpent had bitten any man, when he beheld the serpent of brass, he lived.
Numbers 21:9

Indeed it is our Saviour's death on the stake for us by which we can live. There is no other way. And we know it is by faith and faith without works is dead. It is an active and alive faith that saves us. It has evidence though we cannot see faith itself. It produces the fruit of the Spirit and all good works for those who have faith are born of God.

For ye are all the children of God by faith in Christ Jesus.
Galatians 3:26

Whosoever believeth that Jesus is the Christ is born of God: and every one that loveth him that begat loveth him also that is begotten of him.
1 John 5:1

So let us press on in faith and love! The Lord helping us day by day.

Beloved, let us love one another: for love is of God; and every one that loveth is born of God, and knoweth God.

He that loveth not knoweth not God; for God is love.

In this was manifested the love of God toward us, because that God sent his only begotten Son into the world, that we might live through him.

Herein is love, not that we loved God, but that he loved us, and sent his Son to be the propitiation for our sins.

Beloved, if God so loved us, we ought also to love one another.

1 John 4:7-11

We indeed have much to do in response to our Lord's wonderful offer of salvation through His Son! May we strive on faithfully after Him and His ways. To God be the glory forever and ever!

Greetings again sisters!

I am dropping in on another day I have received. I hope you are doing well in the Lord. I am here to encourage anyone who wants all the truth of the Lord!

I exhort therefore, that, first of all, supplications, prayers, intercessions, and giving of thanks, be made for all men;

For kings, and for all that are in authority; that we may lead a quiet and peaceable life in all godliness and honesty.

For this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Saviour;

Who will have all men to be saved, and to come unto the knowledge of the truth.

For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus;

Who gave himself a ransom for all, to be testified in due time.

1 Timothy 2:1-6

Yes He wants none to perish and shows us how we are to live amongst the world.

I was also pondering how vengeance is totally the Lord's. All over the new testament we read how it is not in our hands. Human nature is to retaliate. But God's ways are not man's. We crucify the flesh with its corrupt ways.

Recompense to no man evil for evil. Provide things honest in the sight of all men.

If it be possible, as much as lieth in you, live peaceably with all men.

Dearly beloved, avenge not yourselves, but rather give place unto wrath: for it is written, Vengeance is mine; I will repay, saith the Lord.

Therefore if thine enemy hunger, feed him; if he thirst, give him drink: for in so doing thou shalt heap coals of fire on his head.

Be not overcome of evil, but overcome evil with good.

Romans 12:17-21

While there are many obvious ways to return evil for evil but we sisters also need to be aware of any of the more subtle ones too.

We need to take wrong in His ways and indeed follow the steps of our precious Saviour!

Now therefore there is utterly a fault among you, because ye go to law one with another. Why do ye not rather take wrong? why do ye not rather suffer yourselves to be defrauded? Nay, ye do wrong, and defraud, and that your brethren.
1 Corinthians 6:7-8

For even hereunto were ye called: because Christ also suffered for us, leaving us an example, that ye should follow his steps: Who did no sin, neither was guile found in his mouth: Who, when he was reviled, reviled not again; when he suffered, he threatened not; but committed himself to him that judgeth righteously:
1 Peter 2:21-23

It is just good to continue to ponder the depths of this. Indeed as we were also told our gentleness is to be known to all. The opposite of it is rampant in this world. And it just creates so much bitterness and violence and sad people. Man's ways indeed lead to death, but the Lord's unto life and true freedom, peace, and joy!

For the kingdom of God is not meat and drink; but righteousness, and peace, and joy in the Holy Ghost.

For he that in these things serveth Christ is acceptable to God, and approved of men.

Let us therefore follow after the things which make for peace, and things wherewith one may edify another.

Romans 14:17-19

May we keep seeking after His ways sisters and walking in them! We need His help and guidance and strength! His ways are so good as He is good! Hold fast sisters! Love and mercy unto you in His name.

Hello again sisters!

I hope you are striving on for the Lord where you are! He is worthy and we must overcome much to enter the kingdom.

Whosoever believeth that Jesus is the Christ is born of God: and every one that loveth him that begat loveth him also that is begotten of him.

By this we know that we love the children of God, when we love God, and keep his commandments.

For this is the love of God, that we keep his commandments: and his commandments are not grievous.

For whatsoever is born of God overcometh the world: and this is the victory that overcometh the world, even our faith.

Who is he that overcometh the world, but he that believeth that Jesus is the Son of God?

This is he that came by water and blood, even Jesus Christ; not by water only, but by water and blood. And it is the Spirit that beareth witness, because the Spirit is truth.

1 John 5:1-6

That is a good scripture to ponder with so much in of the truth. Yes we must believe and love God which is keeping His ways. There are many promises to those who overcome!

He that overcometh shall inherit all things; and I will be his God, and he shall be my son.
Revelation 21:7
He that overcometh, the same shall be clothed in white raiment; and I will not blot out his name out of the book of life, but I will confess his name before my Father, and before his angels.
Revelation 3:5

Keep pressing on sisters! It will be worth it all! Our God is great and merciful! There is hope as we abide in Him. Hold fast to truth sisters. Love to you in His name. Hugs to my godly sisters too! One day we shall all be gathered home with the Lord from all the corners of the earth!

And they shall come from the east, and from the west, and from the north, and from the south, and shall sit down in the kingdom of God.
Luke 13:29
And they sung a new song, saying, Thou art worthy to take the book, and to open the seals thereof: for thou wast slain, and hast redeemed us to God by thy blood out of every kindred, and tongue, and people, and nation; And hast made us unto our God kings and priests: and we shall reign on the earth.
Revelation 5:9-10

 The glory be to God!

Hello sisters!

I am able to be back to share in the Lord our great God and Saviour! We are preparing for His return.

Looking for that blessed hope, and the glorious appearing of the great God and our Saviour Jesus Christ; Who gave himself for us, that he might redeem us from all iniquity, and purify unto himself a peculiar people, zealous of good works.
Titus 2:13-14

Seeing then that all these things shall be dissolved, what manner of persons ought ye to be in all holy conversation and godliness, Looking for and hasting unto the coming of the day of God, wherein the heavens being on fire shall be dissolved, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat?
2 Peter 3:11-12

Yes we are looking for His coming and our judgment and eternity. Let us be wise and sober and keep walking by faith in Christ who is the only way! As the times get more perilous, may we continue to cleave tightly to the Lord and His truth and holy ways.

Confirming the souls of the disciples, and exhorting them to continue in the faith, and that we must through much tribulation enter into the kingdom of God.
Acts 14:22
Who, when he came, and had seen the grace of God, was glad, and exhorted them all, that with purpose of heart they would cleave unto the Lord.
Acts 11:23

May we stand strong and not compromise. We will all give account of ourselves to Him. How blessed we are to have His written Word to guide us. The Lord help us. I hope you keep pressing on strong and stedfast sisters! Love and mercy unto you.

Greetings sister saints!

I am dropping in again and hope you are doing well wherever you are on God's earth!

Our God is so incredibly great and powerful. It's hard to fathom. But it's just so wonderful He wants to have anything to do with us mere humans, especially after we have sinned against Him.

This is a nice scripture so I am sharing it...

But will God indeed dwell on the earth? behold, the heaven and heaven of heavens cannot contain thee; how much less this house that I have builded?

Yet have thou respect unto the prayer of thy servant, and to his supplication, O LORD my God, to hearken unto the cry and to the prayer, which thy servant prayeth before thee to day:

That thine eyes may be open toward this house night and day, even toward the place of which thou hast said, My name shall be there: that thou mayest hearken unto the prayer which thy servant shall make toward this place.

And hearken thou to the supplication of thy servant, and of thy people Israel, when they shall pray toward this place: and hear thou in heaven thy dwelling place: and when thou hearest, forgive.

If any man trespass against his neighbour, and an oath be laid upon him to cause him to swear, and the oath come before thine altar in this house:

Then hear thou in heaven, and do, and judge thy servants, condemning the wicked, to bring his way upon his head; and justifying the righteous, to give him according to his righteousness.

When thy people Israel be smitten down before the enemy, because they have sinned against thee, and shall turn again to thee, and confess thy name, and pray, and make supplication unto thee in this house:

Then hear thou in heaven, and forgive the sin of thy people Israel, and bring them again unto the land which thou gavest unto their fathers.

When heaven is shut up, and there is no rain, because they have sinned against thee; if they pray toward this place, and confess thy name, and turn from their sin, when thou afflictest them:

Then hear thou in heaven, and forgive the sin of thy servants, and of thy people Israel, that thou teach them the good way wherein they should walk, and give rain upon thy land, which thou hast given to thy people for an inheritance.

If there be in the land famine, if there be pestilence, blasting, mildew, locust, or if there be caterpiller; if their enemy besiege them in the land of their cities; whatsoever plague, whatsoever sickness there be;

What prayer and supplication soever be made by any man, or by all thy people Israel, which shall know every man the plague of his own heart, and spread forth his hands toward this house:

Then hear thou in heaven thy dwelling place, and forgive, and do, and give to every man according to his ways, whose heart thou knowest; (for thou, even thou only, knowest the hearts of all the children of men;)

That they may fear thee all the days that they live in the land which thou gavest unto our fathers.

Moreover concerning a stranger, that is not of thy people Israel, but cometh out of a far country for thy name's sake;

(For they shall hear of thy great name, and of thy strong hand, and of thy stretched out arm;) when he shall come and pray toward this house;

Hear thou in heaven thy dwelling place, and do according to all that the stranger calleth to thee for: that all people of the earth may know thy name, to fear thee, as do thy people Israel; and that they may know that this house, which I have builded, is called by thy name.

1 Kings 8:27-43

Our God is merciful and gracious. There is hope in Him when we repent. He is good!

I have had a busy day so I will go now and Lord willing drop in tomorrow with some edifying in the Lord. It's just so very important to be seeking Him first and foremost, and watching and being faithful servants while He is gone. Hold fast to the truth sisters! Love and mercy unto you!

Greetings sisters!

Here is another day to honour the Son! How thankful we are for the Father's love in sending us a Saviour! Glory to God!

Glory to God in the highest, and on earth peace, good will toward men.
Luke 2:14

His mercies are very great and His grace too! And we do not take them in vain. But we fear and obey Him for great punishment is to be to those who despise His beloved Son.

He that despised Moses' law died without mercy under two or three witnesses: Of how much sorer punishment, suppose ye, shall he be thought worthy, who hath trodden under foot the Son of God, and hath counted the blood of the covenant, wherewith he was sanctified, an unholy thing, and hath done despite unto the Spirit of grace?
Hebrews 10:28-29

Such a precious gift we have been given. Let us treasure it with our utmost power and walk worthy of such a high and holy God as we have. He is the one and only true and living God! And He sent us His one and only begotten Son. He is the only way!

Praise Him for life and hope in His Son!

Verily, verily, I say unto you, The hour is coming, and now is, when the dead shall hear the voice of the Son of God: and they that hear shall live.

For as the Father hath life in himself; so hath he given to the Son to have life in himself;

And hath given him authority to execute judgment also, because he is the Son of man.

Marvel not at this: for the hour is coming, in the which all that are in the graves shall hear his voice,

And shall come forth; they that have done good, unto the resurrection of life; and they that have done evil, unto the resurrection of damnation.

John 5:25-29

Our God is good. And let us also continue in good works. We shall all be judged according to our works. May our faith be alive and bearing good fruits!

Keep striving on in the truth my sisters! Our redemption draws nearer! Let us be watching and ready. Love to you in His name. He first loved us!

Today's Edification (3 October 2025)

Greetings one more day sisters!

I am dropping in for some edifying! It's always good to remember to not grow weary in any well doing! We all can do with encouraging reminders! We can be forgetful and just limited in what we are capable of thinking at once.

But seeking after eternal life and indeed to please our Father is so very important isn't it! Some of the things around us may seem important but they are not compared to eternity. Yes food and clothing we are to be content with, so those are our real physical needs, but spiritual bread and indeed to not be without spiritual clothing is important. I don't know if that's a real concept or not as I just thought about it but indeed we need Christ's covering for our sins and there are scriptures to ponder related to it so I guess it is.

Because thou sayest, I am rich, and increased with goods, and have need of nothing; and knowest not that thou art wretched, and miserable, and poor, and blind, and naked:

I counsel thee to buy of me gold tried in the fire, that thou mayest be rich; and white raiment, that thou mayest be clothed, and that the shame of thy nakedness do not appear; and anoint thine eyes with eyesalve, that thou mayest see.

As many as I love, I rebuke and chasten: be zealous therefore, and repent.

Revelation 3:17-19

Behold, I come as a thief. Blessed is he that watcheth, and keepeth his garments, lest he walk naked, and they see his shame.
Revelation 16:15

And I said unto him, Sir, thou knowest. And he said to me, These are they which came out of great tribulation, and have washed their robes, and made them white in the blood of the Lamb. Therefore are they before the throne of God, and serve him day and night in his temple: and he that sitteth on the throne shall dwell among them.
Revelation 7:14-15

I put on righteousness, and it clothed me: my judgment was as a robe and a diadem.
Job 29:14

And indeed we do have our spiritual armour to put on!

Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord, and in the power of his might.

Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.

For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.

Wherefore take unto you the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand.

Stand therefore, having your loins girt about with truth, and having on the breastplate of righteousness;

And your feet shod with the preparation of the gospel of peace;

Above all, taking the shield of faith, wherewith ye shall be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked.

And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God:

Praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, and watching thereunto with all perseverance and supplication for all saints;

Ephesians 6:10-18

Just some good encouragement for us to ponder!

Keep pressing on in the faith sisters! Love and mercy unto you in Jesus' name!

Today's Edification (2 October 2025)

Hello sisters!

Here is another day of His precious mercy, grace, and love! Let us in response seek to please Him, loving Him above all and showing mercy and grace to those around us.

I'm sharing this scripture because it's good...

But godliness with contentment is great gain.

For we brought nothing into this world, and it is certain we can carry nothing out.

And having food and raiment let us be therewith content.

But they that will be rich fall into temptation and a snare, and into many foolish and hurtful lusts, which drown men in destruction and perdition.

For the love of money is the root of all evil: which while some coveted after, they have erred from the faith, and pierced themselves through with many sorrows.

But thou, O man of God, flee these things; and follow after righteousness, godliness, faith, love, patience, meekness.

Fight the good fight of faith, lay hold on eternal life, whereunto thou art also called, and hast professed a good profession before many witnesses.

I give thee charge in the sight of God, who quickeneth all things, and before Christ Jesus, who before Pontius Pilate witnessed a good confession;

That thou keep this commandment without spot, unrebukeable, until the appearing of our Lord Jesus Christ:

Which in his times he shall shew, who is the blessed and only Potentate, the King of kings, and Lord of lords;

Who only hath immortality, dwelling in the light which no man can approach unto; whom no man hath seen, nor can see: to whom be honour and power everlasting. Amen.

1 Timothy 6:6-16

This is our spiritual food on which we live, right sisters! What a blessing it is to know the way we ought to live and believe. May we keep growing in grace and in the knowledge of our Lord and Saviour!

Keep pressing on in faith and love sisters! We serve such a holy and righteous God so let us also seek to be holy and righteous through Christ and walking in His ways.

The LORD is righteous in all his ways, and holy in all his works.

The LORD is nigh unto all them that call upon him, to all that call upon him in truth.

He will fulfil the desire of them that fear him: he also will hear their cry, and will save them.

The LORD preserveth all them that love him: but all the wicked will he destroy.

My mouth shall speak the praise of the LORD: and let all flesh bless his holy name for ever and ever.

Psalm 145:17-21

Today's Edification (1 October 2025)

Greetings sisters!

One more day is here to serve Him! I hope you are pressing on in His ways through whatever your life is or whatever comes up! He is worthy!

May we keep doing the necessary things each day. The days seem to come so fast too. But it is a good thing to keep doing what needs to be done over and over even if it seems you just did something! It is bad when we are bored or lazy or whatever.

This is a faithful saying, and these things I will that thou affirm constantly, that they which have believed in God might be careful to maintain good works. These things are good and profitable unto men.
Titus 3:8
And let ours also learn to maintain good works for necessary uses, that they be not unfruitful.
Titus 3:14

Those do give me a picture of being profitable, helpful, and doing necessary duties of good. We do not occupy in vain things. We are to be fruitful too.

And we women are not to be adorning our bodies with hair styles and jewelery but instead with good works!

But (which becometh women professing godliness) with good works.
1 Timothy 2:10

And meek and quiet spirits...

Whose adorning let it not be that outward adorning of plaiting the hair, and of wearing of gold, or of putting on of apparel; But let it be the hidden man of the heart, in that which is not corruptible, even the ornament of a meek and quiet spirit, which is in the sight of God of great price.

1 Peter 3:3-4

It is clear what we are to be doing. I am thankful to know! Oh yes, we may need to work out all the details and seek His will and test all things we put our hands to, but with His wisdom to guide us we can be confident to do our best in all good things.

That ye might walk worthy of the Lord unto all pleasing, being fruitful in every good work, and increasing in the knowledge of God;
Colossians 1:10

For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them.
Ephesians 2:10

Now there was at Joppa a certain disciple named Tabitha, which by interpretation is called Dorcas: this woman was full of good works and almsdeeds which she did.
Acts 9:36

Let us hold fast the profession of our faith without wavering; (for he is faithful that promised;) And let us consider one another to provoke unto love and to good works:
Hebrews 10:23-24

Let us keep seeking to do good things in all the ways we can in the life we have. The Lord help us see what to do and also give us strength when there's so many things that need to be done. It is a blessing to have things to occupy in but let us always keep in mind what matters most and why we are doing the things we do. Hold fast sisters! Love to you in Jesus' name.
