Hello sisters!
I get to be back again. Our days are numbered and we don't know how many God has for us. It's good to wisely consider our eternity and prepare accordingly in the fear of God.
We must hold fast to the Lord and His precious truth. We want to allow nothing between us or to steal our first love for Him.
Hold fast the form of sound words, which thou hast heard of me, in faith and love which is in Christ Jesus.
2 Timothy 1:13
But Christ as a son over his own house; whose house are we, if we hold fast the confidence and the rejoicing of the hope firm unto the end. Wherefore (as the Holy Ghost saith, To day if ye will hear his voice, Harden not your hearts, as in the provocation, in the day of temptation in the wilderness:
Hebrews 3:6-8
Take fast hold of instruction; let her not go: keep her; for she is thy life. Enter not into the path of the wicked, and go not in the way of evil men. Avoid it, pass not by it, turn from it, and pass away.
Proverbs 4:13-15
Who, when he came, and had seen the grace of God, was glad, and exhorted them all, that with purpose of heart they would cleave unto the Lord.
Acts 11:23
Therefore we ought to give the more earnest heed to the things which we have heard, lest at any time we should let them slip. For if the word spoken by angels was stedfast, and every transgression and disobedience received a just recompence of reward; How shall we escape, if we neglect so great salvation; which at the first began to be spoken by the Lord, and was confirmed unto us by them that heard him;
Hebrews 2:1-3
Behold, I come quickly: hold that fast which thou hast, that no man take thy crown.
Revelation 3:11
Let us take heed and not let the cares or trials of this life stumble us. May we press on in hope after our Lord! We are absent from Him as we walk by faith not sight. Faith is so important for our salvation. Let us be strong in faith and continue in Christ and His ways. Our redemption draws nearer. Let us be ready, watching and waiting, and occupying in good things till He comes.
Love, mercy, and peace in Christ our Redeemer.
