Hello sisters in Christ!
I hope you are standing strong in the faith on this day God gave us!
I'm sharing some scriptures on joy and rejoicing! We have so much in the Lord and He Himself is our joy and hope and strength!
My brethren, count it all joy when ye fall into divers temptations; Knowing this, that the trying of your faith worketh patience.James 1:2-3
That the trial of your faith, being much more precious than of gold that perisheth, though it be tried with fire, might be found unto praise and honour and glory at the appearing of Jesus Christ: Whom having not seen, ye love; in whom, though now ye see him not, yet believing, ye rejoice with joy unspeakable and full of glory: Receiving the end of your faith, even the salvation of your souls.1 Peter 1:7-9
Rejoice in the Lord alway: and again I say, Rejoice.Philippians 4:4
And these things write we unto you, that your joy may be full.1 John 1:4
But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, Meekness, temperance: against such there is no law.Galatians 5:22-23
Rejoice evermore.1 Thessalonians 5:16
Let the brother of low degree rejoice in that he is exalted: But the rich, in that he is made low: because as the flower of the grass he shall pass away.James 1:9-10
For the kingdom of God is not meat and drink; but righteousness, and peace, and joy in the Holy Ghost. For he that in these things serveth Christ is acceptable to God, and approved of men. Let us therefore follow after the things which make for peace, and things wherewith one may edify another.Romans 14:17-19
Finally, my brethren, rejoice in the Lord. To write the same things to you, to me indeed is not grievous, but for you it is safe.Philippians 3:1
In a world of sorrow and suffering and evil...God is good and so we will focus on Him and rejoice! He has brought us hope out of the mess we are in because of sin. May we abide in His Son to be saved on that great day of His wrath. Hold fast to the Lord and His truth and ways, sisters! Rejoice in hope!
