Greetings sisters!
Here is another day to live for our Lord and put Him first in our lives. Yes we need much faith to do this in this faithless generation but our Lord sees all and will reward the faithful in the end! We can trust His promises!
In hope of eternal life, which God, that cannot lie, promised before the world began;Titus 1:2
Wherein God, willing more abundantly to shew unto the heirs of promise the immutability of his counsel, confirmed it by an oath:
That by two immutable things, in which it was impossible for God to lie, we might have a strong consolation, who have fled for refuge to lay hold upon the hope set before us:
Which hope we have as an anchor of the soul, both sure and stedfast, and which entereth into that within the veil;
Hebrews 6:17-19
We have so much hope in Him, to strive for this eternal life! His goodness shows us it will not be in vain. He keeps His promises, so let us keep our commitment to Him as it is a covenant we are in with Him through His blood.
Draw nigh to God, and he will draw nigh to you. Cleanse your hands, ye sinners; and purify your hearts, ye double minded.
Be afflicted, and mourn, and weep: let your laughter be turned to mourning, and your joy to heaviness.
Humble yourselves in the sight of the Lord, and he shall lift you up.
Speak not evil one of another, brethren. He that speaketh evil of his brother, and judgeth his brother, speaketh evil of the law, and judgeth the law: but if thou judge the law, thou art not a doer of the law, but a judge.
There is one lawgiver, who is able to save and to destroy: who art thou that judgest another?
James 4:8-12
Let us hold fast to the Lord's truth, sisters. We will give account of ourselves to God. Let us walk in the fear of God and may that keep us from evil.
Keep pressing on with diligence in your duties sisters! Let us not grow weary in any good work!
