Hello sister saints!
Here I am dropping in again on a day the Lord gave me! It's been a busy one again for me as I had travel back again and so I will have some different duties again for awhile. But we must just take each day at a time as we really can't handle more than that!
We need a lot of patience and waiting on the Lord in this life so I share a few scriptures to encourage us in this!
Be patient therefore, brethren, unto the coming of the Lord. Behold, the husbandman waiteth for the precious fruit of the earth, and hath long patience for it, until he receive the early and latter rain.
Be ye also patient; stablish your hearts: for the coming of the Lord draweth nigh.
Grudge not one against another, brethren, lest ye be condemned: behold, the judge standeth before the door.
Take, my brethren, the prophets, who have spoken in the name of the Lord, for an example of suffering affliction, and of patience.
Behold, we count them happy which endure. Ye have heard of the patience of Job, and have seen the end of the Lord; that the Lord is very pitiful, and of tender mercy.
James 5:7-11
I waited patiently for the LORD; and he inclined unto me, and heard my cry.
He brought me up also out of an horrible pit, out of the miry clay, and set my feet upon a rock, and established my goings.
And he hath put a new song in my mouth, even praise unto our God: many shall see it, and fear, and shall trust in the LORD.
Psalm 40:1-3
But they that wait upon the LORD shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint.Isaiah 40:31
It is good that a man should both hope and quietly wait for the salvation of the LORD.Lamentations 3:26
Yes let us wait upon the Lord and be patient and long suffering through our days and whatever greater challenges may come and go. Such is life on this earth and we look to our Saviour who became as one of us for the suffering of death so that we may have life more abundant! Glory to God! What a merciful and good God He is!
For verily he took not on him the nature of angels; but he took on him the seed of Abraham.
Wherefore in all things it behoved him to be made like unto his brethren, that he might be a merciful and faithful high priest in things pertaining to God, to make reconciliation for the sins of the people.
For in that he himself hath suffered being tempted, he is able to succour them that are tempted.
Hebrews 2:16-18
Hold fast sisters and strive on looking to our wonderful Saviour! His grace is indeed sufficient for us! Love to you in His name.
