Greetings sisters!
I am dropping in to share some edifying again as the Lord allowed. Even in our busy days may we remember why we do what we do and that is because of our Saviour and obedience unto Him. We have so much in Him! Let us serve Him with joy!
For what the law could not do, in that it was weak through the flesh, God sending his own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh, and for sin, condemned sin in the flesh:
That the righteousness of the law might be fulfilled in us, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit.
For they that are after the flesh do mind the things of the flesh; but they that are after the Spirit the things of the Spirit.
For to be carnally minded is death; but to be spiritually minded is life and peace.
Romans 8:3-6
Good to know the ways of the Spirit to walk in and not the flesh!
But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, Meekness, temperance: against such there is no law. And they that are Christ's have crucified the flesh with the affections and lusts. If we live in the Spirit, let us also walk in the Spirit.Galatians 5:22-25
(For the fruit of the Spirit is in all goodness and righteousness and truth;) Proving what is acceptable unto the Lord.Ephesians 5:9-10
God's ways are truly good! May we seek after them diligently. Strive on sisters! Love to you in His holy name.
