I hope you are pressing forwards in the faith! Truly our faith is manifest in our actions, everything about us really. We are His and not our own. We cannot just live however we like and feel. What great things our Lord has done for us out of His love! Let us love Him much!
For the love of Christ constraineth us; because we thus judge, that if one died for all, then were all dead: And that he died for all, that they which live should not henceforth live unto themselves, but unto him which died for them, and rose again.2 Corinthians 5:14-15
That Christ may dwell in your hearts by faith; that ye, being rooted and grounded in love,
May be able to comprehend with all saints what is the breadth, and length, and depth, and height;
And to know the love of Christ, which passeth knowledge, that ye might be filled with all the fulness of God.
Ephesians 3:17-19
Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword?Romans 8:35
I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself for me.Galatians 2:20
Precious is His love. It's sad how so many are trampling His love and not appreciating it at all by how they live. And His wrath being stored up is great. It is a fearful thing to fall into the hands of the living God. So let us labour to abide in His love and let us rest in it.
We love Him because He first loved us and He has taught us to love one another!
But as touching brotherly love ye need not that I write unto you: for ye yourselves are taught of God to love one another.1 Thessalonians 4:9
Beloved, let us love one another: for love is of God; and every one that loveth is born of God, and knoweth God.
He that loveth not knoweth not God; for God is love.
In this was manifested the love of God toward us, because that God sent his only begotten Son into the world, that we might live through him.
Herein is love, not that we loved God, but that he loved us, and sent his Son to be the propitiation for our sins.
Beloved, if God so loved us, we ought also to love one another.
No man hath seen God at any time. If we love one another, God dwelleth in us, and his love is perfected in us.
Hereby know we that we dwell in him, and he in us, because he hath given us of his Spirit.
1 John 4:7-13
True love is so important.
Some may do many wonderful works in vain without love.
Though I speak with the tongues of men and of angels, and have not charity, I am become as sounding brass, or a tinkling cymbal.
And though I have the gift of prophecy, and understand all mysteries, and all knowledge; and though I have all faith, so that I could remove mountains, and have not charity, I am nothing.
And though I bestow all my goods to feed the poor, and though I give my body to be burned, and have not charity, it profiteth me nothing.
1 Corinthians 13:1-3
That is a great chapter on love and it is good to study what it looks like! How blessed we are to have this eternal truth!
Strive on my sisters and let us keep loving our Lord first and others too. Much love to you in Christ and sister hugs too. Be strong sisters and keep walking in truth and light!
