Greetings beloved sisters!
The Lord who reigns and is in control gave us one more day! I hope you're all choosing to serve Him!
The LORD reigneth, he is clothed with majesty; the LORD is clothed with strength, wherewith he hath girded himself: the world also is stablished, that it cannot be moved.
Psalms 93:1
We know serving Him is not a passive casual thing but one of actions and choices...obedience to His Word.

Thankful for what Christ went through for us. He is the centre of the gospel and our entire lives. Without Him we can do nothing. Let us keep our focus on Him. One practical way to do that is in the frequent partaking of the Lord's supper. And also in the sharing of Christ crucified to anyone you can! He is our only hope!
But God forbid that I should glory, save in the cross of our Lord Jesus Christ, by whom the world is crucified unto me, and I unto the world.
Galatians 6:14
For as often as ye eat this bread, and drink this cup, ye do shew the Lord's death till he come.
1 Corinthians 11:26
But we preach Christ crucified, unto the Jews a stumblingblock, and unto the Greeks foolishness;
But unto them which are called, both Jews and Greeks, Christ the power of God, and the wisdom of God.
1 Corinthians 1:23-24
Let us constantly remember our Saviour and the way to eternal life through Him!
Today I wanted to share some scriptures on 'peace and quietness'. Hope those edify you too!
I was pondering on the fact that the hardest 'mission field' so to speak could be your earthly family.
I thought of Jesus...
And they were offended in him. But Jesus said unto them, A prophet is not without honour, save in his own country, and in his own house.
And he did not many mighty works there because of their unbelief.
Matthew 13:57-58
And this...
And a man's foes shall be they of his own household.
Matthew 10:36
But sisters, if any of you have to be in a situation you cannot get out of...trust in the Lord to give you the grace and strength to stand right where you do not want to be in your flesh! You can praise God that wherever you are you may be the only saint people will see or hear the gospel through! Stand fast sisters!
Let every man abide in the same calling wherein he was called.
Art thou called being a servant? care not for it: but if thou mayest be made free, use it rather.
For he that is called in the Lord, being a servant, is the Lord's freeman: likewise also he that is called, being free, is Christ's servant.
Ye are bought with a price; be not ye the servants of men.
Brethren, let every man, wherein he is called, therein abide with God.
1 Corinthians 7:20-24
Abide with God...I love that. He is our help and all we need!
And it could be the fact too of seeing people who have been given a whole lot of truth and they do nothing with it. When you're out in the world you may bump into someone once and you don't know what they're doing with it. You hope they are repenting. Either way it's all the Lord's business and we just have to be faithful workers and labourers according to the ability and situation God gave us all!
Let's not forget what the Lord has done in our lives! We can look back to see it all sometimes! In doing this we can rejoice and give Him glory!
I have less than zero desire to go back to my old life! Sins and false ways and vain things detest us now don't they sisters! Praise God that He graciously allowed us to see the truth and repent to Him!
Sometimes we may think we aren't growing but over time we see that we are! God gives us many experiences to go through which we want to use to grow in Him and train up for ministry! We will have many trials to go through and we can be purified and strengthened through these! As Hebrews 6:1 says,..."let us go on unto perfection;"
And this...
For when for the time ye ought to be teachers, ye have need that one teach you again which be the first principles of the oracles of God; and are become such as have need of milk, and not of strong meat.
For every one that useth milk is unskilful in the word of righteousness: for he is a babe.
But strong meat belongeth to them that are of full age, even those who by reason of use have their senses exercised to discern both good and evil.
Hebrews 5:12-14
Yes we sisters can be teachers too. Not to men but in things pertaining to women as Titus 2 commands. As it says in that chapter..."teachers of good things" (to other women).
My bag ready to go whenever I go out into the world. Gospel cards and printouts (for those who don't go on the internet), a bible, and the gospel messages on the bag. Even if we don't get to be in the world much some of us, we want to be faithful with the little we get!
Peaceful hen and chick creations...
Honour the LORD with thy substance, and with the firstfruits of all thine increase:So shall thy barns be filled with plenty, and thy presses shall burst out with new wine.Proverbs 3:9-10
He that despised Moses' law died without mercy under two or three witnesses:
Of how much sorer punishment, suppose ye, shall he be thought worthy, who hath trodden under foot the Son of God, and hath counted the blood of the covenant, wherewith he was sanctified, an unholy thing, and hath done despite unto the Spirit of grace?
Hebrews 10:28-29
Let us be wise and heed God's Word and all His warnings to us.
Let us glorify the Lord in being fruitful in all good things!
But he that received seed into the good ground is he that heareth the word, and understandeth it; which also beareth fruit, and bringeth forth, some an hundredfold, some sixty, some thirty.
Matthew 13:23
Keep striving along in this faith race sister soldiers!
Love in Christ,
Sister Chayil
