Greetings sisters!
I hope you are doing well and most importantly striving on in the Lord!
Let us set our affections on things above! I know we have many Titus 2 duties to do and they are important too but we don't want to get swept away in it all that we forget to focus on the Lord and eternal things.
Set your affection on things above, not on things on the earth.
Colossians 3:2
We keep training up to be useful in ministry.
For the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ:
Ephesians 4:12
There is much work to be done. Let us keep pressing on.
I've had another busy day helping sister. I love thinking of all my sisters going about various good works...whatever the Lord has for you at the time. We want to be diligent with all that we have.
Who then is a faithful and wise servant, whom his lord hath made ruler over his household, to give them meat in due season? Blessed is that servant, whom his lord when he cometh shall find so doing.
Matthew 24:45-46
Pretty but cold windy day in His creations...
Out of the south cometh the whirlwind: and cold out of the north.Job 37:9
We are blessed to be able to see many beautiful things in His creation. Our God is good and merciful to us. We want to remember His severity too...that is very wise.
The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom: a good understanding have all they that do his commandments: his praise endureth for ever.
Psalm 111:10
Hold fast sisters and let's not grow weary in well doing!
Therefore, brethren, stand fast, and hold the traditions which ye have been taught, whether by word, or our epistle.
