Hello sisters!
I get to come back today with a bit more edification for you, my sisters. I remember what Christ said about who His family was. It was those who did the Father's will. So too my sisters are those who do His will as I strive to as well. My sisters love the Lord, and show that by obeying Him in all ways. They are rare treasures and it matters not what age they are or where they live. God has His remnant scattered all over. The body of Christ, those bought with His blood, are striving along the narrow road, seeking first the kingdom. We are strangers and pilgrims walking through this world of sin. And we strive to be unspotted by it even though it is all around us. Christ came into the world didn't He and walked through it without sin. And we are aiming for perfection in God's perfect ways of love, joy, peace, goodness, long suffering, kindness, purity, soberness, patience, blamelessness etc; like fruit trees producing good fruits...and plenty of them! We can bear the precious truth to the lost around us. And we can love them by telling them they need to repent. So many things for those seeking first God's kingdom to do. Of course we have our Titus 2 duties and whatever specific things there may be in each of our lives which are all different.
In our flesh we may want to think about all the people who may seem sincere and even be good people morally but there is only one way to the Father. Yes it's sad if we think of people we love on the way to destruction...but they have the hope too, and the choice is theirs, and we know that 'being good' can never earn anyone eternal life. We must come via Christ and His gospel and obey Him to eternal life because of our faith in Him.
A sister was sharing on how she asks herself how she can serve the saints the best. Serving others is just what we are supposed to do...nothing more and nothing less isn't it. We know we could always strive to be doing it more and better but we can only do our best as long as we are and God knows our hearts. All our motives will be revealed in the end. I'm blessed by those who serve others and give of themselves. We know that is truly love as Jesus Himself served and then laid down His very life.
But Jesus called them unto him, and said, Ye know that the princes of the Gentiles exercise dominion over them, and they that are great exercise authority upon them.
But it shall not be so among you: but whosoever will be great among you, let him be your minister;
And whosoever will be chief among you, let him be your servant:
Even as the Son of man came not to be ministered unto, but to minister, and to give his life a ransom for many.
Matthew 20:25-28
Let this mind be in you, which was also in Christ Jesus:
Who, being in the form of God, thought it not robbery to be equal with God:
But made himself of no reputation, and took upon him the form of a servant, and was made in the likeness of men:
And being found in fashion as a man, he humbled himself, and became obedient unto death, even the death of the cross.
Philippians 2:5-8
What a great and high example for us to aim for. I want to grow more and more in the depths of serving. We learn so much depth the more we grow and mature. We may think we have understood something and we may be doing our best at something but then the longer you go the more depth you see to it. And that can be in many different areas...love...for example, or the depths of trusting God and allowing His will to be done in our lives. We are always growing aren't we sisters and you sisters I know often talk about that.

Thank you sister for this picture...
For if the word spoken by angels was stedfast, and every transgression and disobedience received a just recompence of reward; How shall we escape, if we neglect so great salvation; which at the first began to be spoken by the Lord, and was confirmed unto us by them that heard him;Hebrews 2:2-3
May the Lord bless you sisters! If the Lord wills I shall be back here tomorrow. Hold fast to the faith!
Love in Him,
Sister Michaela
