Hello sisters!
I get to share some more edifying with you as the Lord has allowed! Our days keep coming but we know they are numbered and we are moving towards the end of our days. Let us live in a way that reflects that. Our faith in Christ and our love for Him through obedience must always be first. We have a wonderful opportunity through His mercy to seek Him in our days! We didn't deserve any days but He is good! And He will gather us together with Him one day if we remain faithful! That is amazing how great His plan and love is!
There's always something to ponder from His Word. I'm sharing a few scriptures here to edify us today.
There is one lawgiver, who is able to save and to destroy: who art thou that judgest another?James 4:12
We don't make up our own laws and judge people to it. Sadly that is happening a lot in 'religion'. We conform our lives to His written Word and yes we can hold other believers to the truth. The lost world does what it does but His children should know and desire better.
Every word of God is pure: he is a shield unto them that put their trust in him. Add thou not unto his words, lest he reprove thee, and thou be found a liar.Proverbs 30:5-6
For I testify unto every man that heareth the words of the prophecy of this book, If any man shall add unto these things, God shall add unto him the plagues that are written in this book: And if any man shall take away from the words of the book of this prophecy, God shall take away his part out of the book of life, and out of the holy city, and from the things which are written in this book.Revelation 22:18-19
Yea, and all that will live godly in Christ Jesus shall suffer persecution.
But evil men and seducers shall wax worse and worse, deceiving, and being deceived.
But continue thou in the things which thou hast learned and hast been assured of, knowing of whom thou hast learned them;
And that from a child thou hast known the holy scriptures, which are able to make thee wise unto salvation through faith which is in Christ Jesus.
All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness:
That the man of God may be perfect, throughly furnished unto all good works.
2 Timothy 3:12-17
Let us live by His Word and keep refreshing in it and seeking His will.
