Greetings sisters!
I am back again to share some edifying in the Lord! I hope you are pressing on in the Lord as He is good! He is such a good example for us to learn from and especially as Jesus walked this earth in human form. He had such longsuffering and compassion. He has the power to destroy all sinners and we know that is coming but the time He came earlier it was to save the world. And today everyone has hope before it's too late.
I am come a light into the world, that whosoever believeth on me should not abide in darkness. And if any man hear my words, and believe not, I judge him not: for I came not to judge the world, but to save the world.John 12:46-47
He has and still is giving people a lot of space to repent. May we gratefully grasp this great opportunity of mercy and cling to Him to save us. We need a Saviour from our sins and the wrath to come on them if we continue in sin. May we not take this precious gift lightly.
I'm also sharing some encouragement for us sisters to be content and thankful!
If any man teach otherwise, and consent not to wholesome words, even the words of our Lord Jesus Christ, and to the doctrine which is according to godliness;
He is proud, knowing nothing, but doting about questions and strifes of words, whereof cometh envy, strife, railings, evil surmisings,
Perverse disputings of men of corrupt minds, and destitute of the truth, supposing that gain is godliness: from such withdraw thyself.
But godliness with contentment is great gain.
For we brought nothing into this world, and it is certain we can carry nothing out.
And having food and raiment let us be therewith content.
But they that will be rich fall into temptation and a snare, and into many foolish and hurtful lusts, which drown men in destruction and perdition.
For the love of money is the root of all evil: which while some coveted after, they have erred from the faith, and pierced themselves through with many sorrows.
But thou, O man of God, flee these things; and follow after righteousness, godliness, faith, love, patience, meekness.
1 Timothy 6:3-11
And let the peace of God rule in your hearts, to the which also ye are called in one body; and be ye thankful.Colossians 3:15
Let your conversation be without covetousness; and be content with such things as ye have: for he hath said, I will never leave thee, nor forsake thee. So that we may boldly say, The Lord is my helper, and I will not fear what man shall do unto me.Hebrews 13:5-6
We have nothing to complain about and even if we think we do sometimes, it doesn't please God at all to have such a heart. He has done so much for us whereof we are glad! And that is what truly matters. Let us keep all the things of this life in perspective and keep pressing on in faith for the kingdom to come.
Strive on sisters! Love in Christ.
