Greetings sister saints!
Here it is a new day of His mercies. And I am back again to share in the Lord too! We can do nothing without Him and "in him we live, and move, and have our being;". The day is another one of His patience and long suffering on the world, indeed of His mercies as He is sending rain and sunshine upon the earth. That is His goodness to mankind though man is being wicked against Him. It is a good example for us to follow of returning good for evil. And He even gave us His beloved Son when we were dead in our sins.
For when we were yet without strength, in due time Christ died for the ungodly. For scarcely for a righteous man will one die: yet peradventure for a good man some would even dare to die. But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us. Much more then, being now justified by his blood, we shall be saved from wrath through him.Romans 5:6-9
This is such a precious gift to treasure with humble thankful hearts.
Blessed are the undefiled in the way, who walk in the law of the LORD. Blessed are they that keep his testimonies, and that seek him with the whole heart. They also do no iniquity: they walk in his ways. Thou hast commanded us to keep thy precepts diligently. O that my ways were directed to keep thy statutes!Psalm 119:1-5
With my whole heart have I sought thee: O let me not wander from thy commandments. Thy word have I hid in mine heart, that I might not sin against thee.
Psalm 119:10-11
So may we keep seeking Him wholeheartedly and fighting against the enemies of our souls.
