Today's Edification (4 April 2025)

Greetings sisters!

I hope you are doing well especially in the faith but let us all keep pressing through all things!

How blessed we are in Christ! I was listening in Exodus and all the laws God was giving to Israel and for the making of the tabernacle etc. But we know now the Lord requires spirit and truth worship and of course obedience to His ways which are based on love. Indeed Christ has redeemed us from the curse of the law.

Christ hath redeemed us from the curse of the law, being made a curse for us: for it is written, Cursed is every one that hangeth on a tree: That the blessing of Abraham might come on the Gentiles through Jesus Christ; that we might receive the promise of the Spirit through faith.
Galatians 3:13-14
For Christ is the end of the law for righteousness to every one that believeth.
Romans 10:4

Sadly though there are still people today who try to keep it and they can't.

Now therefore why tempt ye God, to put a yoke upon the neck of the disciples, which neither our fathers nor we were able to bear? But we believe that through the grace of the Lord Jesus Christ we shall be saved, even as they.
Acts 15:10-11

Indeed our Saviour and the way He taught us is far superior and we are so blessed to be living in this time today! Glory to God and let us walk worthy of Him and His high calling!

And by him all that believe are justified from all things, from which ye could not be justified by the law of Moses.
Acts 13:39

It is not something to take lightly and indeed as Hebrews 10 says, people will be deserving sorer punishment now if they despise and disobey the Saviour who is the only way to find peace with God. Let us take heed and fear our God and follow after Him in faith and love.

I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself for me. I do not frustrate the grace of God: for if righteousness come by the law, then Christ is dead in vain.
Galatians 2:20-21

Keep going in all your women's duties sisters! The Lord is whom we please and we know what He gave us in the Word. And we want to keep being faithful and testing how we're going in them too! Hold fast and be at peace to be godly women with meek and quiet spirits, sisters!

Favour is deceitful, and beauty is vain: but a woman that feareth the LORD, she shall be praised.
Proverbs 31:30

Love to you in the Lord. Rejoice in hope!
