Hello sisters!
I'm just dropping in briefly to encourage you on one more day! I hope all is well in your lives and you are living pleasing to our great God who is so worthy!
It was such a hot day here. It can be so uncomfortable but it can help to remind us of God's wrath and what we have been spared from if we remain faithful to the end. It's such a serious thing this life. Some things just makes it hit you and you realize how real God's coming judgement is and how fervent we must be to flee to Him from sin to be saved. Oh let us not lose our first love and may we keep pressing on by faith.
But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.Matthew 6:33
No man can serve two masters: for either he will hate the one, and love the other; or else he will hold to the one, and despise the other. Ye cannot serve God and mammon.Matthew 6:24
Jesus said unto him, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind. This is the first and great commandment.Matthew 22:37-38
And Jesus answered and said unto him, Get thee behind me, Satan: for it is written, Thou shalt worship the Lord thy God, and him only shalt thou serve.Luke 4:8
Nevertheless I have somewhat against thee, because thou hast left thy first love. Remember therefore from whence thou art fallen, and repent, and do the first works; or else I will come unto thee quickly, and will remove thy candlestick out of his place, except thou repent.Revelation 2:4-5
May we actively seek after Him and continue in the faith! There are many things to tempt us away in this life so let us strive to enter the kingdom.
Hold fast in the Lord one more day sisters! And may the Lord prosper your labours. Mercy and love to you in His name.
