Quinoa with Vegetables


Hello Titus 2 sisters! 


Today I am sharing this recipe with you. 


1.5 cups quinoa, (cooked according to directions and salted) 

3 large onions, chopped

1 zucchini, sliced

2 cups cabbage, shredded

6 Roma (or handful of cherry) tomatoes, chopped

Basil leaves, chopped

(garlic powder, optional) 

Fry onions until golden. Add cabbage and zucchini and cook until soft. Add cooked quinioa, tomatoes, and basil and cook for a few minutes. 

Serve and thank the Lord for good healthy foods He provides!
