Buckwheat Soup


Greetings godly sisters! 


Today I want to share a simple soup recipe. I got this idea from a sister when I was in Canada...thank you sister:-) Thankful to the Lord for good things to cook and eat to keep us going serving Him! 

5 eggs

1 cup buckwheat

About 3 litres of water or stock/broth 

Salt to taste 

You can also add other things like onion, potato, chicken, zucchini, parsley, garlic etc like I did today. You know how custamizable soups are for the most part:-) 


Soak buckwheat in beaten eggs for an hour or so before cooking it. 


Then add to the boiling water/broth. Buckwheat needs about 15 minutes cooking until soft. 

It's really that simple! 


Enjoy the good nourishing food the Lord provides!
