Today's Encouragement (18 October 2023)

Hello sister saints!

God granted us this day...so let us live for Him! His mercies are new and we are not consumed as we deserve for sin. So let us humbly serve Him in meekness.

For the Lord taketh pleasure in his people: he will beautify the meek with salvation.

Psalm 149:4

Here are some scriptures on God's lovingkindness which are awesome to ponder! And I share some more creation pictures from my day too.

Remember, O Lord, thy tender mercies and thy lovingkindnesses; for they have been ever of old.

Psalm 25:6

Shew thy marvellous lovingkindness, O thou that savest by thy right hand them which put their trust in thee from those that rise up against them.

Psalm 17:7

O continue thy lovingkindness unto them that know thee; and thy righteousness to the upright in heart.

Psalm 36:10

Have mercy upon me, O God, according to thy lovingkindness: according unto the multitude of thy tender mercies blot out my transgressions.

Psalm 51:1

Cause me to hear thy lovingkindness in the morning; for in thee do I trust: cause me to know the way wherein I should walk; for I lift up my soul unto thee.

Psalm 143:8

(Thank you sister for the scripture picture:-) What God does is good!

It's a blessing gathering around the Word with the saints each night.

Now I beseech you, brethren, by the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, that ye all speak the same thing, and that there be no divisions among you; but that ye be perfectly joined together in the same mind and in the same judgment.

1 Corinthians 1:10

It's also great to be walking in unity as the Lord commands us to be.

For they have refreshed my spirit and yours: therefore acknowledge ye them that are such. The churches of Asia salute you. Aquila and Priscilla salute you much in the Lord, with the church that is in their house.

1 Corinthians 16:18-19

Amen...the saints are refreshing indeed and it's a blessing to be able to be a 'church (ekklesia) in their house'. So few are the true believers in these last days...so thanks be to God for letting us have some fellowship in these dark days. And then we go out into the world shining our lights from Him!

Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven.

Matthew 5:16

Hold fast sisters and keep pressing on no matter what! Our Saviour is worthy!

Love in Christ,

Sister Chayil
