Greetings holy sisters!
Isn't that glorious that we can even be called holy. Because we know we all have sinned much against such a holy God in the past and now we are born of Him we strive hard against sin and get to be called holy and because we are commanded to be also, and as we don't live in wilful sin.
For after this manner in the old time the holy women also, who trusted in God, adorned themselves, being in subjection unto their own husbands:
1 Peter 3:5
Wherefore, holy brethren, partakers of the heavenly calling, consider the Apostle and High Priest of our profession, Christ Jesus;
Hebrews 3:1
It's only because He is holy that we can be too isn't it. All good things come from Him! He is righteous and pure! Let us strive to be also by His power and by His ways.
Today I didn't go to a sibling's wedding. We know don't we sisters that we don't compromise for anyone. We love the Lord above all else which means we obey Him. And we can't let partiality to family in either. It is clear to see those who are the world even if they claim the name of Christ. And it could be a bit hard in our flesh but we are to walk in the Spirit and not in our flesh amen? But the longer you walk in the faith the more you realize how holy God and His standards He calls us to are and then the things the world does seem so vain and foolish and vile. And we have to remember that they are the ones sinning against God in many ways and we are the ones standing on God's side. Why should we feel bad for doing that? We shouldn't! We love the truth and want to stand boldly on it unto death! And yes most won't understand why we do things and especially things that may hurt people's feelings. But we cannot live by feelings can we sisters! We would perish if we did as that is the flesh. And we know we are to rejoice in being thought evil of for His name's sake! But we keep being salt in the world and not compromising and becoming useless salt going through life doing what we want and to please people. We are to be light also aren't we sisters! How can we be if we join in their false doctrines, associations, lasciviousness, and other sins against a holy God? We cannot! That would be darkness and not light!
Let no man deceive you with vain words: for because of these things cometh the wrath of God upon the children of disobedience.
Be not ye therefore partakers with them.
For ye were sometimes darkness, but now are ye light in the Lord: walk as children of light:
(For the fruit of the Spirit is in all goodness and righteousness and truth;)
Proving what is acceptable unto the Lord.
And have no fellowship with the unfruitful works of darkness, but rather reprove them.
Ephesians 5:6-11
I also share one of my most favorite scriptures though they're all good of course!
By faith Moses, when he was come to years, refused to be called the son of Pharaoh's daughter;
Choosing rather to suffer affliction with the people of God, than to enjoy the pleasures of sin for a season;
Esteeming the reproach of Christ greater riches than the treasures in Egypt: for he had respect unto the recompence of the reward.
Hebrews 11:24-26
So many blessings we have in Christ and we would rather bear His reproach with His people! Hold fast sisters!

We give thanks to the Lord for all He gives us being thankful and content in it all!
Keep striving on sisters doing what's right no matter what! Let's keep standing on His truth as when we compromise on even a little bit we might as well not live by any of it. His Word is the truth. We must live by it all. Hope all your Titus 2 good works go well too sisters! Let's keep remembering to do all things as unto the Lord and not unto men. Our labours in Him are not in vain!
