Greetings godly sisters!
I'm back here sharing a little encouragement for my sisters! It may be so simple but there's much behind what any godly woman may share. That's something we sisters may talk about, the blessings in a simple picture for example. Obviously God is the reason behind all things as He created this world but one main thing to rejoice in is that we are set free in Christ and not running around in the world doing wicked things or being hypocrites filling church pews in fake Christianity and other such things.
This life in Christ is precious isn't it sisters?!
And if ye call on the Father, who without respect of persons judgeth according to every man's work, pass the time of your sojourning here in fear:
Forasmuch as ye know that ye were not redeemed with corruptible things, as silver and gold, from your vain conversation received by tradition from your fathers;
But with the precious blood of Christ, as of a lamb without blemish and without spot:
1 Peter 1:17-19
And we see how few truly take it seriously and actually believe in Him. This only helps make us hold fast to it more doesn't it because we know what it really means and that it is a battle and we are to strive and few make it. Many are on the easy broad road to destruction. I know people outside of the truth in Christ are blind and don't understand what we have and think we are crazy or something but we know the truth! God's Word tells us the truth! And there's no safety in numbers is there!
What shall we then say to these things? If God be for us, who can be against us?
Romans 8:31
All that really matters is if we are on the Lord's side! If not...well not one single thing in the world can protect anyone from His wrath...except being in Christ!
For what is a man profited, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own soul? or what shall a man give in exchange for his soul?
Matthew 16:26
I got some headcovering sewing done today for my sewing shop.
And it was gardening and cooking too...what a blessing to do such things. And all of you sisters are also working in whatever you have set before you in your callings. Keep pressing on sisters, even if sometimes it gets to be wearying day after day. Just hold fast sisters one day at a time and one day we will be in eternity!
Hope each of you are pressing on after our Saviour who made the way for us as we obey Him! We can have peace and joy in Him through all things.
Looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of our faith; who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is set down at the right hand of the throne of God.
