Today's Encouragement (12 March 2022)

Greetings sisters!

I'm back with some simple things to share here. Hope each of you are standing strong in the Lord moving forward in growth. But sometimes we may not see the growth in us (or it isn't as fast as we would like) but as long as we are not falling back that's a good thing...we press on and hold fast to what we have!

Brethren, I count not myself to have apprehended: but this one thing I do, forgetting those things which are behind, and reaching forth unto those things which are before, I press toward the mark for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus.

Philippians 3:13-14

I love that thought! What riches of truth we have in His Word to encourage us on and teach us the truth!

I love this one too...

Epaphras, who is one of you, a servant of Christ, saluteth you, always labouring fervently for you in prayers, that ye may stand perfect and complete in all the will of God. For I bear him record, that he hath a great zeal for you, and them that are in Laodicea, and them in Hierapolis.

Colossians 4:12-13

We see much in there...stand perfect and complete in all the will of God (not some of it) and we see love of the brethren too.

Aren't you thankful for that? What hope we have! We know it doesn't mention sin and unbelief because we're told to fear God and that sin leads to death but sisters we know the Lord is with us wherever we go on this earth and if we have to walk alone in Him. We ought not fear anything else.

I share the bees in the corn flowers today. It was nice to see.

And a pretty butterfly too...

In fact we sisters often liken ourselves to bees and butterflies just going about our business in this world...doing what we were created to do and not rebelling. Glory to God for all His wonderful creations! And yes even you sisters are and we know we are made higher than all the other creatures on this earth. I praise you holy women who fear the Lord and fulfil your role as created!

I share some chocolate zucchini bread too...

We have been blessed with great variety in the foods we can choose to eat. And even if it's less we will be thankful because we know to be content and we have so much more important things to focus on.

Thank you sister for this scripture picture...

That's what we want to have...a focus on God and His righteousness and praising Him. This life is all about Him and while we have many things to do underneath that and as part of living for Him, we know to be seeking Him and His righteousness above all else.

Well I must go sisters. Today I got to send some encouragement to you and let you know I am striving on in the Lord. Be thou faithful unto death sisters! We will meet around the throne of God one day if we are!

Love in Christ,

Sister Michaela
