Greetings in the Lord...
...to my sisters who love Him! I appreciate the rare blessings those who truly love the Lord are! If He is God and Jesus is His Son who died to set us free...how can this all not be big and the greatest part of our life! But we see for most it isn't...so let's greatly treasure this precious gift we have to know the way...and be Christ's disciples. We could easily be one of the lost multitudes on the broad road to destruction...but by God's grace and mercy we have repented to Him and choose to serve Him daily.
It doesn't make sense those who say Christ died for them and did it all...and yet live their own selfish worldly lives...with some form of godliness sprinkled in.
Christ's sheep truly follow Him!
Wherefore by their fruits ye shall know them.
Matthew 7:20
I was pondering the phrase 'in the Lord'. He surely is our Lord and in Him we do all we do. I share some verses with that phrase in it to encourage us sisters and all we do is in Him and in obedience to Him.
Therefore, my beloved brethren, be ye stedfast, unmoveable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, forasmuch as ye know that your labour is not in vain in the Lord.
1 Corinthians 15:58
Nevertheless neither is the man without the woman, neither the woman without the man, in the Lord.
1 Corinthians 11:11
Children, obey your parents in the Lord: for this is right.

Wives, submit yourselves unto your own husbands, as it is fit in the Lord.

I appreciate my sisters who do all things in the Lord. All our decisions are made for what is right in Him and our whole life is in Him.
I'm so glad to be out of the man made church system mess. The light of God's truth shines bright and exposes the sin there proving it is not of Christ...and God says come out!
Let's remember that we are responsible for our own lives before God first. But our witness to others is important too. Souls are at stake and we can't take God's truth and gospel lightly...or teach falsely on it.
I think about what some call 'flood gate theology'. It's so true and I have seen it myself. It just starts with a bit of compromise and there's no stopping it unless there is repentance and a change of heart for the Lord and sins come flooding in.
But we sisters can cling to the solid truth found in the Word! And we shall not be moved off it! Let's not be ashamed to consider God's Word...everything it says...as far more authoritative than man's. Sounds strange to say that I guess but we see so many listening to the interpretations and opinions of men. And we don't want to be deceived just like Eve was by questioning if God had really said what He had.

Very fruitful tomato plants behind that! Are we sisters that way...bearing much good fruit? I don't think we can ever bear too much! I've never heard of that in the Word...so let's keep labouring to glorify the Lord who owns us!
