Berry Chia Pudding

Hello sisters!

Today I wanted to share a simple and healthy recipe with you. I find it fitting to the life we live in Christ, quick to make and nourishing.

These are the ingredients I used to make this today (not the bread in the background though!)...

There is so much variety in puddings you can make with chia seeds though. Praise God for providing such a thing for our use!

Here is a recipe as a guide. I was making a large batch so it is bigger in the picture/video.

1 cup chia seeds

4 cups of some kind of milk. (I used one can/2 cups of coconut cream diluted with a lot of water. If you use coconut cream you will have to warm/melt it first.).

(That looks so delicious!)

1/4 cup of maple syrup (you can use any kind of sweetener and more or less)

1 tsp vanilla (optional)

2 cups of frozen blueberries (you can also use fresh or any kind of berries, or more or less too)

Stir it all together. Just make sure to stir straight away so the chia seeds don't form clumps. Let this sit for about 15 minutes and then stir again and then refrigerate for about a couple hours preferably or overnight.

Love in Christ,

Sister Michaela
