Today's Edification (16 September 2025)

Greetings sisters!

Grace be with you, mercy, and peace, from God the Father, and from the Lord Jesus Christ, the Son of the Father, in truth and love.

I rejoiced greatly that I found of thy children walking in truth, as we have received a commandment from the Father.

And now I beseech thee, lady, not as though I wrote a new commandment unto thee, but that which we had from the beginning, that we love one another.

And this is love, that we walk after his commandments. This is the commandment, That, as ye have heard from the beginning, ye should walk in it.

2 John 1:3-6

God's ways are so good to know and to walk in.

Charity suffereth long, and is kind; charity envieth not; charity vaunteth not itself, is not puffed up,

Doth not behave itself unseemly, seeketh not her own, is not easily provoked, thinketh no evil;

Rejoiceth not in iniquity, but rejoiceth in the truth;

Beareth all things, believeth all things, hopeth all things, endureth all things.

1 Corinthians 13:4-7

Let us continue to seek to grow in His ways more and more. Our Lord is worthy.

But the wisdom that is from above is first pure, then peaceable, gentle, and easy to be intreated, full of mercy and good fruits, without partiality, and without hypocrisy. And the fruit of righteousness is sown in peace of them that make peace.
James 3:17-18

Strive on my sisters! The Lord help us all to stay strong in a faithless generation.

Hello again my sisters in Christ!

God granted another day of His mercies to live and to come back here to share in Him. I hope you are striving on for all truth.

I just read this scripture and it's a good one about how God is in control and He does change based on man's actions...

The word which came to Jeremiah from the LORD, saying,

Arise, and go down to the potter's house, and there I will cause thee to hear my words.

Then I went down to the potter's house, and, behold, he wrought a work on the wheels.

And the vessel that he made of clay was marred in the hand of the potter: so he made it again another vessel, as seemed good to the potter to make it.

Then the word of the LORD came to me, saying,

O house of Israel, cannot I do with you as this potter? saith the LORD. Behold, as the clay is in the potter's hand, so are ye in mine hand, O house of Israel.

At what instant I shall speak concerning a nation, and concerning a kingdom, to pluck up, and to pull down, and to destroy it;

If that nation, against whom I have pronounced, turn from their evil, I will repent of the evil that I thought to do unto them.

And at what instant I shall speak concerning a nation, and concerning a kingdom, to build and to plant it;

If it do evil in my sight, that it obey not my voice, then I will repent of the good, wherewith I said I would benefit them.

Now therefore go to, speak to the men of Judah, and to the inhabitants of Jerusalem, saying, Thus saith the LORD; Behold, I frame evil against you, and devise a device against you: return ye now every one from his evil way, and make your ways and your doings good.

And they said, There is no hope: but we will walk after our own devices, and we will every one do the imagination of his evil heart.

Jeremiah 18:1-12

May we keep seeking to please Him always. He rewards those who diligently seek Him. We will reap those rewards if we don't faint!

And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not.
Galatians 6:9

And ye have forgotten the exhortation which speaketh unto you as unto children, My son, despise not thou the chastening of the Lord, nor faint when thou art rebuked of him: For whom the Lord loveth he chasteneth, and scourgeth every son whom he receiveth.
Hebrews 12:5-6

And he spake a parable unto them to this end, that men ought always to pray, and not to faint;
Luke 18:1

For consider him that endured such contradiction of sinners against himself, lest ye be wearied and faint in your minds.
Hebrews 12:3

Let us look to our Saviour and receive strength!

Press on my sisters! Love to you in His name.

Today's Edification (14 September 2025)

Greetings sister saints!

I'm dropping in on a busy day to share some edifying in the truth!

May the Lord help us remain in His ways and not wander from them...

With my whole heart have I sought thee: O let me not wander from thy commandments. Thy word have I hid in mine heart, that I might not sin against thee. Blessed art thou, O LORD: teach me thy statutes.
Psalm 119:10-12

Keep back thy servant also from presumptuous sins; let them not have dominion over me: then shall I be upright, and I shall be innocent from the great transgression. Let the words of my mouth, and the meditation of my heart, be acceptable in thy sight, O LORD, my strength, and my redeemer.
Psalm 19:13-14

There are a lot of such beautiful prayers in the psalms. I hope and pray all His saints stay faithful to Him through such a time as this we find ourselves in, though we know it can always get worse and man has always been evil since the first sin. We do not have others around us for the most part who are set on fully following the Lord and putting Him first so we need to keep our first love for Him and press on in His strength. We have His Word and Spirit that He has given to help us!

Keep going in all your godly women's duties sisters! We are living unto the Lord not unto men and so let us go about our business knowing He sees and will reward us if we are faithful!

Love, mercy, and peace unto you.

Today's Edification (13 September 2025)

Hello again sisters in the Lord!

Just me dropping in again in His name and for His glory! All we do is to be unto Him and of course that means it is important that it be pure and sincere for Him. We know what He thinks of just doing things without a pure heart and motive and just of the lips.

And yet for all this her treacherous sister Judah hath not turned unto me with her whole heart, but feignedly, saith the LORD.
Jeremiah 3:10

Wherefore the Lord said, Forasmuch as this people draw near me with their mouth, and with their lips do honour me, but have removed their heart far from me, and their fear toward me is taught by the precept of men:
Isaiah 29:13

May we be pure and sincere for Him...

Hear the right, O LORD, attend unto my cry, give ear unto my prayer, that goeth not out of feigned lips.
Psalm 17:1

Seeing ye have purified your souls in obeying the truth through the Spirit unto unfeigned love of the brethren, see that ye love one another with a pure heart fervently:
1 Peter 1:22

That ye may approve things that are excellent; that ye may be sincere and without offence till the day of Christ;
Philippians 1:10

Flee also youthful lusts: but follow righteousness, faith, charity, peace, with them that call on the Lord out of a pure heart.
2 Timothy 2:22

Grace be with all them that love our Lord Jesus Christ in sincerity. Amen.
Ephesians 6:24

And I am thankful that the Lord knows and sees our heart and let us just be concerned about what He thinks of us. We will give account to Him and yes we do need to fear Him but can also have assurance and confidence in the truth.

Keep pressing on with diligence and courage my dear sisters in the Lord. I know there's so few of you out there but it is comforting to know God has His people where He has called them and knows them all. He is watching over us all and will come again to receive us one day! Let us never lose hope but rejoice in His goodness for all He has done! He has given us all we need and so many extra blessings for our pilgrimage here. The glory be unto His name alone! So strive on in all good things in His name sisters. Love and mercy unto you.

Today's Edification (12 September 2025)

Greetings sister saints!

I am back to edify and encourage you to keep going strong in the faith of Christ! It's really all that matters in this life isn't it. He made us and so He is in charge of what we are to be doing that pleases Him! And it is for our own good and the good of others too isn't it. It would be wonderful if everyone lived after His ways! There would be love and peace and we wouldn't need things like police or prisons and so many things! But that will not happen on this earth but we do look for a new one!

Nevertheless we, according to his promise, look for new heavens and a new earth, wherein dwelleth righteousness.
2 Peter 3:13

But we must be eligible for this perfect place though. And so that is why we seek after the truth and abhor evil and do not live for this short life here.

Will we have a right to be here, sisters?

And there shall in no wise enter into it any thing that defileth, neither whatsoever worketh abomination, or maketh a lie: but they which are written in the Lamb's book of life.
Revelation 21:27
Blessed are they that do his commandments, that they may have right to the tree of life, and may enter in through the gates into the city. For without are dogs, and sorcerers, and whoremongers, and murderers, and idolaters, and whosoever loveth and maketh a lie.
Revelation 22:14-15

So let us be diligent to continue to press on to the end. Here's some good encouragement for us to do just that...

Wherefore seeing we also are compassed about with so great a cloud of witnesses, let us lay aside every weight, and the sin which doth so easily beset us, and let us run with patience the race that is set before us,

Looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of our faith; who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is set down at the right hand of the throne of God.

For consider him that endured such contradiction of sinners against himself, lest ye be wearied and faint in your minds.

Hebrews 12:1-3

Yes let us lay aside weights and sins that may beset us. Our Saviour is our encouragement and example! Let us look to Him and follow!

Keep going in your physical duties as women too sisters! It's all part of our faith right?! Strive on! Love and peace to you in Jesus' name.

Greetings sisters!

I am back again as the Lord has allowed. I hope you're doing well in the Lord!

Praise God for the good news that has come unto us...

Which in other ages was not made known unto the sons of men, as it is now revealed unto his holy apostles and prophets by the Spirit; That the Gentiles should be fellowheirs, and of the same body, and partakers of his promise in Christ by the gospel:
Ephesians 3:5-6

And I am thankful we have this glorious gospel written down in His Word! And His Word has gone out into so much of the world! So many can seek the truth and come to the faith of Christ through His Word. And we get to live it out in action in an age when so many are not. But it is our duty and reasonable service as His humble servants. We need to be careful that our actions and indeed all of our life is fitting to the faith we profess. We do not want to bring reproach upon His holy name. Sadly that is being done all over too and those who don't understand the truth associate these evil actions with the true God. But we know our God and His ways are holy and good and without reproach. Let us, with His mighty help, seek to do what is right no matter what in this faithless generation. May we adorn the doctrine of Christ and bring Him glory!

Here we have some sound doctrine to walk in as women so as not to blaspheme His Word...

The aged women likewise, that they be in behaviour as becometh holiness, not false accusers, not given to much wine, teachers of good things;

That they may teach the young women to be sober, to love their husbands, to love their children,

To be discreet, chaste, keepers at home, good, obedient to their own husbands, that the word of God be not blasphemed.

Titus 2:3-5

So we need to take it all seriously don't we sisters. And keep testing how we are going in it all and make any needed corrections when necessary. The Lord keep helping us as we stay faithful to Him!

Keep pressing on in all good things sisters! Love to you in His name.

Hello women of God!

I hope you are doing well and holding fast in the faith today! I am sure you're each keeping busy in those areas that God has given us! We each have to strive to be faithful in the lives we have.

We do have a high calling to strive for with His help! It's just good to remember and refresh in the scriptures that call us to this.

Do all things without murmurings and disputings: That ye may be blameless and harmless, the sons of God, without rebuke, in the midst of a crooked and perverse nation, among whom ye shine as lights in the world;
Philippians 2:14-15

That thou keep this commandment without spot, unrebukeable, until the appearing of our Lord Jesus Christ:
1 Timothy 6:14

That ye would walk worthy of God, who hath called you unto his kingdom and glory.
1 Thessalonians 2:12

And the Lord make you to increase and abound in love one toward another, and toward all men, even as we do toward you: To the end he may stablish your hearts unblameable in holiness before God, even our Father, at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ with all his saints.
1 Thessalonians 3:12-13

Nevertheless we, according to his promise, look for new heavens and a new earth, wherein dwelleth righteousness. Wherefore, beloved, seeing that ye look for such things, be diligent that ye may be found of him in peace, without spot, and blameless.
2 Peter 3:13-14

Good encouragement for us to keep pressing on and not growing weary in well doing! It is our love and fear of God that will help us, right sisters. And we have His written word to live by so we are blessed and without excuse also. Mercy, peace and love to you in His name. Our redemption draws nearer! Let us rejoice in hope and keep going!

Greetings again sisters!

I hope you're doing well in your little patch of earth God placed you on! I am keeping busy here in mine in what the Lord has given me. And there's always work to do on keeping our focus and mind on things above and not on this earth. His Word keeps guiding us and we have hid it in our hearts and continue to do so that we may not sin against our holy God. May we continue to treasure the Lord and His truth and ways which are all so good!

Our salvation is always for His glory and because of all He has done! May we remember how lost we were and still would be had He not loved us and sent His Son to die. May that fact also help us in relating to our fellow man around us as we were lost in the past too so may we remain meek and humble. Pride and hypocrisy seem to be common ways of man but let us be on guard against them and all other sins which grieve our Lord and yes lead to destruction.

To speak evil of no man, to be no brawlers, but gentle, shewing all meekness unto all men.

For we ourselves also were sometimes foolish, disobedient, deceived, serving divers lusts and pleasures, living in malice and envy, hateful, and hating one another.

But after that the kindness and love of God our Saviour toward man appeared,

Not by works of righteousness which we have done, but according to his mercy he saved us, by the washing of regeneration, and renewing of the Holy Ghost;

Which he shed on us abundantly through Jesus Christ our Saviour;

That being justified by his grace, we should be made heirs according to the hope of eternal life.

This is a faithful saying, and these things I will that thou affirm constantly, that they which have believed in God might be careful to maintain good works. These things are good and profitable unto men.

Titus 3:2-8

His gifts of grace and love and mercy and forgiveness are precious. May we never take them lightly but may they lead us to follow and obey Him. Praise Him for a Saviour! Rejoice in hope sisters! Let's keep pressing on in all good things! Love and mercy unto you.

Today's Edification (8 September 2025)

Hello again sisters!

Glory to God for another day to live unto Him who loved us and died for us! There is no greater love than He showed us!

Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends. Ye are my friends, if ye do whatsoever I command you.
John 15:13-14

He laid down His own life for His friends in His own power! No man took it from Him.

Therefore doth my Father love me, because I lay down my life, that I might take it again. No man taketh it from me, but I lay it down of myself. I have power to lay it down, and I have power to take it again. This commandment have I received of my Father.
John 10:17-18

And no, we were not serving Him in holiness, but in our sins and unbelief and false ways.

For when we were yet without strength, in due time Christ died for the ungodly.

For scarcely for a righteous man will one die: yet peradventure for a good man some would even dare to die.

But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.

Romans 5:6-8

And this all does affect how we are to live and relate to others!

Hereby perceive we the love of God, because he laid down his life for us: and we ought to lay down our lives for the brethren.

But whoso hath this world's good, and seeth his brother have need, and shutteth up his bowels of compassion from him, how dwelleth the love of God in him?

My little children, let us not love in word, neither in tongue; but in deed and in truth.

1 John 3:16-18

This is the high calling we have to follow our Saviour. He left us so many perfect examples of what it means to serve and love others, putting them first before ourselves.

And be ye kind one to another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even as God for Christ's sake hath forgiven you.
Ephesians 4:32

And this is part of a larger parable which teaches us to forgive as we have been forgiven...

Shouldest not thou also have had compassion on thy fellowservant, even as I had pity on thee?

And his lord was wroth, and delivered him to the tormentors, till he should pay all that was due unto him.

So likewise shall my heavenly Father do also unto you, if ye from your hearts forgive not every one his brother their trespasses.

Matthew 18:33-35

Freely we have received...freely we are to give. And we love Him because He first loved us. And He teaches us to love one another. Surely it is all to His glory!

But as touching brotherly love ye need not that I write unto you: for ye yourselves are taught of God to love one another.
1 Thessalonians 4:9

So let us keep learning and growing by the pure milk and bread of the Word of God!

But grow in grace, and in the knowledge of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. To him be glory both now and for ever. Amen.
2 Peter 3:18

Greetings sisters!

Here is another day of His mercies to serve Him! I hope you're striving on doing just that! Our Lord is so worthy! We surely do not want to be ungrateful in anyway!

Thanks be unto God for his unspeakable gift.
2 Corinthians 9:15

This is such precious news and hope...

But God, who is rich in mercy, for his great love wherewith he loved us,

Even when we were dead in sins, hath quickened us together with Christ, (by grace ye are saved;)

And hath raised us up together, and made us sit together in heavenly places in Christ Jesus:

That in the ages to come he might shew the exceeding riches of his grace in his kindness toward us through Christ Jesus.

For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God:

Not of works, lest any man should boast.

For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them.

Wherefore remember, that ye being in time past Gentiles in the flesh, who are called Uncircumcision by that which is called the Circumcision in the flesh made by hands;

That at that time ye were without Christ, being aliens from the commonwealth of Israel, and strangers from the covenants of promise, having no hope, and without God in the world:

But now in Christ Jesus ye who sometimes were far off are made nigh by the blood of Christ.

For he is our peace, who hath made both one, and hath broken down the middle wall of partition between us;

Ephesians 2:4-14

Glory to God alone!

Yes we are HIS workmanship and we walk in HIS ways! No glory to man. But we do seek to please Him by living acceptably in righteousness and holiness according to HIS commands. The Lord keep helping us do that! So keep reaching forth to those things ahead sisters as good soldiers of His! And may we do our daily duties as faithfully as possible as well! Hold fast. Love to you in Jesus' name.

Today's Edification (6 September 2025)

Greetings sister saints!

I hope you're still there pressing for the kingdom of God. What we have found is indeed as the pearl of great price...

Again, the kingdom of heaven is like unto treasure hid in a field; the which when a man hath found, he hideth, and for joy thereof goeth and selleth all that he hath, and buyeth that field.

Again, the kingdom of heaven is like unto a merchant man, seeking goodly pearls:

Who, when he had found one pearl of great price, went and sold all that he had, and bought it.

Matthew 13:44-46

Yes the truth of Christ and His good news is so precious! And we be willing to or lose all for it. We certainly lose sin and such things but we live for our eternal home too and not down here.

But what things were gain to me, those I counted loss for Christ.

Yea doubtless, and I count all things but loss for the excellency of the knowledge of Christ Jesus my Lord: for whom I have suffered the loss of all things, and do count them but dung, that I may win Christ,

And be found in him, not having mine own righteousness, which is of the law, but that which is through the faith of Christ, the righteousness which is of God by faith:

That I may know him, and the power of his resurrection, and the fellowship of his sufferings, being made conformable unto his death;

If by any means I might attain unto the resurrection of the dead.

Not as though I had already attained, either were already perfect: but I follow after, if that I may apprehend that for which also I am apprehended of Christ Jesus.

Brethren, I count not myself to have apprehended: but this one thing I do, forgetting those things which are behind, and reaching forth unto those things which are before,

I press toward the mark for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus.

Let us therefore, as many as be perfect, be thus minded: and if in any thing ye be otherwise minded, God shall reveal even this unto you.

Philippians 3:7-15

So let us press on as we have not received our reward yet. We will reap it if we faint not!

We know we are to fear God always. And that keeps us from evil as surely sin leads to His wrath. May it keep us in all truth and sound doctrine as well. We do not go along with things that we know are false and displeasing to Him. We each must give account of ourselves and we can't compare ourselves to other people around us.

And unto man he said, Behold, the fear of the Lord, that is wisdom; and to depart from evil is understanding.
Job 28:28

By mercy and truth iniquity is purged: and by the fear of the LORD men depart from evil.
Proverbs 16:6

Let us be truly wise in such a foolish world which claims to have much wisdom and knowledge. But the wisdom of this world is foolishness with God. Let us become 'fools' in the eyes of the world to be wise with God. We are saved by faith and the natural man cannot understand the things of the Spirit. Press on for the kingdom my sisters! Love and mercy unto you in the name of our Lord and Saviour who first loved us. All the glory be unto Him!

Hello sisters!

I'm dropping in again to share of the goodness of our God with you! That is always necessary to focus on in this dark world! The glory be to our great God!

For we ourselves also were sometimes foolish, disobedient, deceived, serving divers lusts and pleasures, living in malice and envy, hateful, and hating one another.

But after that the kindness and love of God our Saviour toward man appeared,

Not by works of righteousness which we have done, but according to his mercy he saved us, by the washing of regeneration, and renewing of the Holy Ghost;

Titus 3:3-8

Yes we were hopeless in our sins when Christ died for us. None of us have never sinned. How could we ever save ourselves then? No it is not by our works we are saved but by our wonderful mighty Saviour! And now we know the truth of the goodness of God it has led to our repentance! And we follow after His holy and pure ways. Of a truth we know that those who practice sin do not enter the kingdom of God. Oh let us fight on for that prize. May we not grow weary in any good thing. May our Lord be glorified through the good fruits we bear! Love and mercy unto you.

Greetings sisters!

God granted us another day of life on this earth. And it is good to ponder why we are even here! Well He made us and granted us the breath of life one more day. And He originally made man to have dominion over the earth right. And we know He is our Master and Lord. He alone is the one true and living God. He alone must be glorified and obeyed.

So let us as His daughters who have believed in Christ Jesus as our Saviour and turned from our ways to His, humbly serve Him in Spirit and in truth. We hope for our eternal reward after we have patiently endured and have been found faithful on that last day.

Let no man deceive you with vain words: for because of these things cometh the wrath of God upon the children of disobedience.

Be not ye therefore partakers with them.

For ye were sometimes darkness, but now are ye light in the Lord: walk as children of light:

(For the fruit of the Spirit is in all goodness and righteousness and truth;)

Proving what is acceptable unto the Lord.

And have no fellowship with the unfruitful works of darkness, but rather reprove them.

Ephesians 5:6-11

But ye, brethren, are not in darkness, that that day should overtake you as a thief.

Ye are all the children of light, and the children of the day: we are not of the night, nor of darkness.

1 Thessalonians 5:4-5

It is good to ponder light versus darkness and walk in the light ourselves! God is light! Let us keep going towards the light!

So I will go and keep finishing up my busy day here. The Lord be glorified in us and may we keep walking in the fear of God in humility and meekness. Love and mercy to you in His name. He first loved us and it should only follow that we love and are merciful to others. Strive on sisters with your eyes on the prize!

Hello sisters!

I'm dropping in with some encouragement for you to keep striving on in your daily duties that you have to do! And to keep faithful to the Lord through this deceived age. We must hold fast to the faith once delivered and to all sound doctrine. The churches today are not doing that, so we must stand where we are for the Lord as we love Him first over all things. We must live by all of His Word and not parts of it. And we are most surely living in the new testament so it isn't the old law which was added because of sin until Christ came. May we have faith in Christ and walk in His Spirit showing forth His ways in our lives which are the fruits of the Spirit and not the flesh which has been crucified with Him.

So keep being diligent in being keepers at home, and faithful wives and loving mothers or any other thing that applies to you! Some things apply to all of us but we each have the life God has for us which are all different. No matter what life we have, we are to be serving others as Christ showed us.

For, brethren, ye have been called unto liberty; only use not liberty for an occasion to the flesh, but by love serve one another.
Galatians 5:13

Let nothing be done through strife or vainglory; but in lowliness of mind let each esteem other better than themselves.

Look not every man on his own things, but every man also on the things of others.

Let this mind be in you, which was also in Christ Jesus:

Who, being in the form of God, thought it not robbery to be equal with God:

But made himself of no reputation, and took upon him the form of a servant, and was made in the likeness of men:

Philippians 2:3-7

And as I shared yesterday we are not our own but bought with a price. Let this help press us on. Our God is watching and we do all things as unto Him!

And let us have our mind and heart on things above and not on this earth.

Lay not up for yourselves treasures upon earth, where moth and rust doth corrupt, and where thieves break through and steal:

But lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust doth corrupt, and where thieves do not break through nor steal:

For where your treasure is, there will your heart be also.

Matthew 6:19-21

His kingdom and righteousness must always be first in our lives. So strive on my sisters! The reward is so great if we abide faithful to Christ our precious Saviour! Glory to God for all He has done for us through His mercies and compassion which fail not. My love to you in the faith. Be strong and of good courage and rejoice in hope!

Today's Edification (2 September 2025)

Hello sisters!

I'm just dropping in briefly on a very busy day here to share some edifying! Always good to ponder on the Lord and remind ourselves or each other of a lot of different truths! He knows our limitations and we need to be aware of them so we can take action to be careful about them. Let us not forget the Lord's great acts and His truth and promises and the sound doctrine and good things He has called us to walk in. How wonderful it is to have His ways written down to read and hide in our hearts...and do!

I was just pondering on the fact that we are not our own. Let us do what is right and press on when it's hard and we don't feel like doing things!

What? know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost which is in you, which ye have of God, and ye are not your own? For ye are bought with a price: therefore glorify God in your body, and in your spirit, which are God's.
1 Corinthians 6:19-20

Ye are bought with a price; be not ye the servants of men. Brethren, let every man, wherein he is called, therein abide with God.
1 Corinthians 7:23-24

The Lord help us!

Keep striving on for that which is ahead sisters! Love to you in His name and Lord willing I will drop in again to share some edifying tomorrow.

Today's Edification (1 September 2025)

Hello again sister saints!

I hope you are doing well in the faith. Faith is so important and central in our lives isn't it!

But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.
Hebrews 11:6

For ye are all the children of God by faith in Christ Jesus.
Galatians 3:26

Let us draw near with a true heart in full assurance of faith, having our hearts sprinkled from an evil conscience, and our bodies washed with pure water. Let us hold fast the profession of our faith without wavering; (for he is faithful that promised;)
Hebrews 10:22-23

Above all, taking the shield of faith, wherewith ye shall be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked.
Ephesians 6:16

Let us keep fighting the good fight of faith sisters! We do not walk by sight but by faith. Press on sisters! May we not grow weary in any well doing. And this will be the result...

Receiving the end of your faith, even the salvation of your souls.
1 Peter 1:9

It will be worth it all.

That the trial of your faith, being much more precious than of gold that perisheth, though it be tried with fire, might be found unto praise and honour and glory at the appearing of Jesus Christ:
1 Peter 1 :7

May we keep prepared and watching, and occupying faithfully until He comes!

Love, peace, and mercy to you in the name of Jesus.

Today's Edification (31 August 2025)

Greetings sisters!

Here is another day the Lord gave me. And one thing I can do in my day is to come here to share in the Lord and all good and pure and true things.

Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things.
Philippians 4:8

Another month and season is over! And it's time for a picture catch up post. Time can go by so fast can't it. So let us redeem it in good things sisters. I'm sure you're occupying in many useful things too! Keep going in all good things sisters! The Lord sees us. Dark are the times but His saints are out there doing good things, few though they may be and many may be the evil works around us.

See then that ye walk circumspectly, not as fools, but as wise,

Redeeming the time, because the days are evil.

Wherefore be ye not unwise, but understanding what the will of the Lord is.

Ephesians 5:15-17

A lot of gardening going on lately. It's that time of year when you get excited to put in spring vegetables etc! Pretty much the end of the winter crops too. It's just amazing how such beautiful things can grow from the soil for our food! Glory to God!

This was such a huge head of cauliflower...

Having to think of many different ways to use it. It's always a blessing when things make it through to harvest through all the pests and predators or lack of moisture or nutrients etc.

This pumpkin curry is one of my favourites...

Maybe I can share the recipe one day!

Some potatoes survived through the whole winter!

Such good blessings from the soil.

And the tomatoes in front of the house have finally decided it's warming up enough to produce fruit...

Major onion planting has been going on...

I wrecked my back pretty good after many days of weeding but I'm thankful it seems to have recovered and I'll just have to be more careful. We humans are so limited and we can't always do the things we need to or want to. Just have to take things slow and patient sometimes.

I would share this treat if I could! It's peanut butter fudge.

All you need is 1 cup peanut butter, 1/4 cup melted coconut oil, and 2 Tbsp honey or maple syrup. It stores in the freezer. (Can add vanilla and a sprinkle of salt too.)

I'm still traveling most weeks to help at the children's.

Lots of helping went on here from little ones...

To make these sourdough caramelized onion scrolls. They're so good!

I did a lot of big batches of meals for the freezer too.

Chicks are quite big now and only three hens out of them all which is what was wanted. (But maybe some meat coming up or something from the roosters!)

Took some children on a walk on the farm so their mum could try to nap...

I got to rest outside under a tree a couple times. It was really nice and peaceful with the sun shining and lovely breeze.

Just something so simple and beautiful about it. Good pure and true blessings from the Lord. His mercies are clearly seen in sunshine and rain. He is good!

Youngest child was sad one day after he woke up from his nap. (They had a bad cold.) So I was tasked to take him outside to see the ride-on mower. That cheered him up as he sat on it for awhile. And then we found some soft grass to sit on in the sunshine. I thought he would be bored. But no he loved it and I did too as it was peaceful. "So soft" he would say and run his hand over the grass.

We studied grass and talked about it all and the different types. "Dat's cohver" he would keep saying as he picked clover leaves for me:) Precious and sweet. He wasn't grasping the concept of shadows though:)

I thought this little grass plant was cute.

So many tiny things make up a beautiful big carpet of grass! There's always something to see and marvel at in His creations! Lots in fact!

This is a puzzle my niece made for me:)

So precious are the little ones.

Still working on cleaning jobs too. Lots of windows in this one.

They definitely needed it as this before and after picture shows...

I was using a store-bought window cleaner spray as well as a home-made one and honestly I think I prefer the home made one better. Maybe I can share the recipe here sometime. But you can find some online. It's one which has cornflour in it! Windows are not easy to get streak free as I am sure you know! Well unless you're a professional window cleaner who knows how to wield a squeegee properly and I am not!

Had to clean this old train carriage house someone had out the back of their house too. Interesting.

Unique looking fungi or lichen creation...

And these on the underside of logs...

And just a peaceful river scene...

Glory to God for all good things in this world!

So I think that's all for this post until next time I post pictures. And Lord willing I will keep dropping in daily for some edifying and sharing in the Lord our great God.

So keep pressing on in whatever life the Lord has given each of you! Be encouraged that all of God's sons and daughters are labouring in the life they have. We can pray that all His children will stand strong in these perilous times which can only be getting worse according to the scriptures and what we see happening and could happen. But the Lord's return only draws nearer! May we be of good courage and continue to press on with zeal in the faith! Hold fast sisters! Love to you in His name.
