Daughters for His Glory

Today's Edification (25 September 2026)

Hello sisters!

I get to write here again as the Lord allowed! Each day has many mercies in it and we can look for them and know them and be so thankful and filled with hope! And no doubt they ought to help us to love Him and be living in a manner worthy of Him. His goodness leads us to repentance.

I'm sharing a few scriptures that speak about those things which are eternal. This world is perishing but we want to live for things that last forever!

Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, which according to his abundant mercy hath begotten us again unto a lively hope by the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead, To an inheritance incorruptible, and undefiled, and that fadeth not away, reserved in heaven for you,
1 Peter 1:3-4

And when the chief Shepherd shall appear, ye shall receive a crown of glory that fadeth not away.
1 Peter 5:4

For we know that if our earthly house of this tabernacle were dissolved, we have a building of God, an house not made with hands, eternal in the heavens.
2 Corinthians 5:1

Lay not up for yourselves treasures upon earth, where moth and rust doth corrupt, and where thieves break through and steal: But lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust doth corrupt, and where thieves do not break through nor steal: For where your treasure is, there will your heart be also.
Matthew 6:19-21

While we look not at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen: for the things which are seen are temporal; but the things which are not seen are eternal.
2 Corinthians 4:18

Whose voice then shook the earth: but now he hath promised, saying, Yet once more I shake not the earth only, but also heaven. And this word, Yet once more, signifieth the removing of those things that are shaken, as of things that are made, that those things which cannot be shaken may remain. Wherefore we receiving a kingdom which cannot be moved, let us have grace, whereby we may serve God acceptably with reverence and godly fear:
Hebrews 12:26-28

This world is set for the judgment and destruction of God. We have a high calling and have been told how we ought to live.

Seeing then that all these things shall be dissolved, what manner of persons ought ye to be in all holy conversation and godliness,
Looking for and hasting unto the coming of the day of God, wherein the heavens being on fire shall be dissolved, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat?
Nevertheless we, according to his promise, look for new heavens and a new earth, wherein dwelleth righteousness.
Wherefore, beloved, seeing that ye look for such things, be diligent that ye may be found of him in peace, without spot, and blameless.
2 Peter 3:11-14

Strive on, sisters! Our redemption draws nearer. May we not grow weary in well doing!

Today's Edification (24 September 2026)

Greetings sisters!

A new day of His mercies is here! Let us be glad in Him and press on in hope!

We are not our own as we have been bought with a price. Let us live for the glory of God!

And that he died for all, that they which live should not henceforth live unto themselves, but unto him which died for them, and rose again.
2 Corinthians 5:15

Herein is my Father glorified, that ye bear much fruit; so shall ye be my disciples.
John 15:8

And whatsoever ye do, do it heartily, as to the Lord, and not unto men;
Colossians 3:23

If any man speak, let him speak as the oracles of God; if any man minister, let him do it as of the ability which God giveth: that God in all things may be glorified through Jesus Christ, to whom be praise and dominion for ever and ever. Amen.

Hold fast till He comes, sisters! Let's be watching and ready and occupying in all good things for His glory. We have so much encouragement in the Lord and His Word!

Now the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, that ye may abound in hope, through the power of the Holy Ghost.
Romans 15:13

Today's Edification (23 September 2026)

Hello sisters!

I get to drop in again today! Hope you're going OK where you are! No matter what, we have the Lord through all things! Let us draw strength from Him and His goodness!

May we hold fast and stand strong in a dark world that we live in.

But Christ as a son over his own house; whose house are we, if we hold fast the confidence and the rejoicing of the hope firm unto the end.
Hebrews 3:6

Let us draw near with a true heart in full assurance of faith, having our hearts sprinkled from an evil conscience, and our bodies washed with pure water. Let us hold fast the profession of our faith without wavering; (for he is faithful that promised;) And let us consider one another to provoke unto love and to good works:
Hebrews 10:22-24

Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord, and in the power of his might.
Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.
For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.
Wherefore take unto you the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand.

Keep going where you are, sisters, in the faith and in all your physical duties as well which can be wearing.

Today's Edification (22 September 2026)

Greetings sisters!

I hope you're pressing on where you are! The Lord sees all His people and everyone else of course. He knows the thoughts and intents of the hearts as well.

I'm having an extra busy time here it seems. But life is like that, often changing, but sometimes staying much the same. But we are to be occupying in useful and good things. We are not our own, but here to serve others. Our Saviour, Lord of the whole earth, came and served us and laid down His life for us. Such love that is.

I'm sharing some older scripture pictures today to edify and encourage us! His Word and creations are good!

I'm encouraging you to keep seeking after the truth and living it! We do not want to hold onto anything here which causes us to lose our own souls. May we have nothing between us and God. He is the only God, and we do not want our flesh, or this world or any other thing to come between us and Him.

Fight the good fight of faith, sisters! Be strong and of good courage to keep doing what's right!

Today's Edification (21 September 2026)

Greetings sisters!

Let us reflect on the goodness of God and be filled with joy and hope in Him today and always!

Grace be to you, and peace, from God our Father, and from the Lord Jesus Christ.
Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who hath blessed us with all spiritual blessings in heavenly places in Christ:
According as he hath chosen us in him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and without blame before him in love:
Having predestinated us unto the adoption of children by Jesus Christ to himself, according to the good pleasure of his will,
To the praise of the glory of his grace, wherein he hath made us accepted in the beloved.
In whom we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of his grace;
Ephesians 1:2-7

But God, who is rich in mercy, for his great love wherewith he loved us,
Even when we were dead in sins, hath quickened us together with Christ, (by grace ye are saved;)
And hath raised us up together, and made us sit together in heavenly places in Christ Jesus:
That in the ages to come he might shew the exceeding riches of his grace in his kindness toward us through Christ Jesus.
For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God:

Ephesians 2:4-10

Praise God for all His goodness, mercy, love, forgiveness, longsuffering, grace, compassion, and so much more! Let us strive to walk worthy of Him and not take this lightly for we remember His wrath on sin. He had to send His beloved Son to suffer and die, and shed His blood for the washing away of our sins. We know we must repent of our sins and walk in holiness in newness of life through Christ! May He help us. We have His Word and He gives us His Spirit!

Keep walking by faith, sisters!

Today's Edification (20 September 2026)

Hello sisters!

God is good and worthy to be praised on another day He gave us! May we all be seeking first His kingdom and righteousness and loving Him above all.

There's a lot of wisdom and encouragement in the book of Proverbs. I'll share some verses that stood out to edify us today! There's so many though! Good to ponder on. His Word guides us in the way which we should go. I'm thankful for that!

There is that scattereth, and yet increaseth; and there is that withholdeth more than is meet, but it tendeth to poverty. The liberal soul shall be made fat: and he that watereth shall be watered also himself.
Proverbs 11:24-25

Better is a dry morsel, and quietness therewith, than an house full of sacrifices with strife.
Proverbs 17:1

The beginning of strife is as when one letteth out water: therefore leave off contention, before it be meddled with.
Proverbs 17:14

Go from the presence of a foolish man, when thou perceivest not in him the lips of knowledge.
Proverbs 14:7

How much better is it to get wisdom than gold! and to get understanding rather to be chosen than silver!
Proverbs 16:16

A merry heart doeth good like a medicine: but a broken spirit drieth the bones.
Proverbs 17:22

Better is a little with righteousness than great revenues without right.

In the fear of the LORD is strong confidence: and his children shall have a place of refuge. The fear of the LORD is a fountain of life, to depart from the snares of death.

Glad to have all this wisdom to live by!

Keep pressing on diligently in the faith and all good works, sisters! We will reap in due time if we do not faint!

Today's Edification (19 September 2026)

Greetings sisters!

I get to write here again as the Lord allowed and you're also there reading! God sees all things! I hope all is well with you in the faith. So much is at stake when we consider eternal reward or eternal punishment. We do not want to be left outside the gates of heaven. Jesus said many will be, including those who called Him Lord and did great things in His name. That is really sobering. Life is sobering. It is not something to take lightly. We have opportunity to reflect on our lives right now and make sure they are in the truth. So many false doctrines and practices abound which is why I stay away from all the churches as they are far from truth in many ways and in varying degrees. The world and its ways have crept right into it all and God calls us to leave false practices also. And if that means going on our own with God or with very few, so be it! It would be foolish to have people around us on this earth to make us feel better and to lose our souls. With God, we have all we need! His grace is sufficient for us!

What shall we then say to these things? If God be for us, who can be against us?
He that spared not his own Son, but delivered him up for us all, how shall he not with him also freely give us all things?
Who shall lay any thing to the charge of God's elect? It is God that justifieth.
Who is he that condemneth? It is Christ that died, yea rather, that is risen again, who is even at the right hand of God, who also maketh intercession for us.
Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword?
As it is written, For thy sake we are killed all the day long; we are accounted as sheep for the slaughter.
Nay, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him that loved us.
For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come,
Nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.
Romans 8:31-39

That gives us hope to keep pressing on! Our God is good!

Here's some encouragement for us to keep pressing on in our duties as women too and not being idle! We do have many physical things to do which also please the Lord.

She girdeth her loins with strength, and strengtheneth her arms.

Strength and honour are her clothing; and she shall rejoice in time to come.
She looketh well to the ways of her household, and eateth not the bread of idleness.
Proverbs 31:17,25,27

Keep going in whatever lives and duties the Lord has called you in, sisters! He is able to make us stand where He wants us!

Today's Edification (18 September 2026)

Greetings sisters!

To God be the glory on another day He has created and given to us life!

We have more hope of His salvation which brings us great joy! We need to be rescued from sin (and sometimes other situations).

Behold, God is my salvation; I will trust, and not be afraid: for the LORD JEHOVAH is my strength and my song; he also is become my salvation. Therefore with joy shall ye draw water out of the wells of salvation.
Isaiah 12:2-3

And my soul shall be joyful in the LORD: it shall rejoice in his salvation.
Psalm 35:9

Restore unto me the joy of thy salvation; and uphold me with thy free spirit.
Psalm 51:12

And Moses said unto the people, Fear ye not, stand still, and see the salvation of the LORD, which he will shew to you to day: for the Egyptians whom ye have seen to day, ye shall see them again no more for ever. The LORD shall fight for you, and ye shall hold your peace.
Exodus 14:13-14

Be it known unto you all, and to all the people of Israel, that by the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, whom ye crucified, whom God raised from the dead, even by him doth this man stand here before you whole. This is the stone which was set at nought of you builders, which is become the head of the corner. Good encouragement for our days! God is good! Let us continue in the faith and obedience, and look for our salvation to come! We want to be ready.

Today's Edification (17 September 2026)

Hello sisters!

Our great God is worthy to be praised! It's another day to go forth in and focus on Him and all His goodness!

Bless the LORD, O my soul: and all that is within me, bless his holy name. Bless the LORD, O my soul, and forget not all his benefits:
Psalm 103:1-2

The LORD is righteous in all his ways, and holy in all his works.
The LORD is nigh unto all them that call upon him, to all that call upon him in truth.
He will fulfil the desire of them that fear him: he also will hear their cry, and will save them.
The LORD preserveth all them that love him: but all the wicked will he destroy.
My mouth shall speak the praise of the LORD: and let all flesh bless his holy name for ever and ever.
Psalm 145:17-21

And they sung a new song, saying, Thou art worthy to take the book, and to open the seals thereof: for thou wast slain, and hast redeemed us to God by thy blood out of every kindred, and tongue, and people, and nation;
And hast made us unto our God kings and priests: and we shall reign on the earth.
And I beheld, and I heard the voice of many angels round about the throne and the beasts and the elders: and the number of them was ten thousand times ten thousand, and thousands of thousands;

Revelation 5:9-14

It is a huge blessing to be His people, His daughters and servants. May we strive to walk worthy of Him. It is a high calling but He has given us all we need to be able to do our best to please Him.

That ye might walk worthy of the Lord unto all pleasing, being fruitful in every good work, and increasing in the knowledge of God;
Colossians 1:10

Furthermore then we beseech you, brethren, and exhort you by the Lord Jesus, that as ye have received of us how ye ought to walk and to please God, so ye would abound more and more.
1 Thessalonians 4:1

And whatsoever we ask, we receive of him, because we keep his commandments, and do those things that are pleasing in his sight.
1 John 3:22

But to do good and to communicate forget not: for with such sacrifices God is well pleased.
Hebrews 13:16

Wherefore also we pray always for you, that our God would count you worthy of this calling, and fulfil all the good pleasure of his goodness, and the work of faith with power: That the name of our Lord Jesus Christ may be glorified in you, and ye in him, according to the grace of our God and the Lord Jesus Christ.
2 Thessalonians 1:11-12

I therefore, the prisoner of the Lord, beseech you that ye walk worthy of the vocation wherewith ye are called, With all lowliness and meekness, with longsuffering, forbearing one another in love; Endeavouring to keep the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace.

And we hope in His mercy on us His children. Keep striving on where you are, sisters! We read and may study His Word but we also need to go and be doers of it! And that is to be our whole life isn't it! We have plenty to occupy in...so let's do that, sisters!

Today's Edification (16 September 2026)

Greetings sisters!

God is good and merciful today and always. Good to focus on Him and that helps set our hearts and minds for the day. It fills our hearts with thankfulness and helps us keep things in perspective. He has given us so many gifts which are undeserved for sure.

The LORD hath done great things for us; whereof we are glad.
Psalm 126:3

Our Saviour is righteous and holy.

But unto the Son he saith, Thy throne, O God, is for ever and ever: a sceptre of righteousness is the sceptre of thy kingdom. Thou hast loved righteousness, and hated iniquity; therefore God, even thy God, hath anointed thee with the oil of gladness above thy fellows.
Hebrews 1:8-9

And so too are we to love what He loves and hate what He does. Sadly many are acting as if it doesn't matter if we sin or not, but the Word tells us the truth. Let us seek our truth there and not from man!

Let love be without dissimulation. Abhor that which is evil; cleave to that which is good.
Romans 12:9

Seek good, and not evil, that ye may live: and so the LORD, the God of hosts, shall be with you, as ye have spoken. Hate the evil, and love the good, and establish judgment in the gate: it may be that the LORD God of hosts will be gracious unto the remnant of Joseph.
Amos 5:14-15

For he that will love life, and see good days, let him refrain his tongue from evil, and his lips that they speak no guile: Let him eschew evil, and do good; let him seek peace, and ensue it. For the eyes of the Lord are over the righteous, and his ears are open unto their prayers: but the face of the Lord is against them that do evil.
1 Peter 3:10-12

Beloved, follow not that which is evil, but that which is good. He that doeth good is of God: but he that doeth evil hath not seen God.
3 John 1:11

May we keep seeking that which is good and avoiding and repenting of all evil. The Lord help us discern!

But strong meat belongeth to them that are of full age, even those who by reason of use have their senses exercised to discern both good and evil.
Hebrews 5:14

May we as God's daughters also continue to seek and live out what is for us as women. We clearly do have different roles than men, as God has ordained, so let us obey our Creator cheerfully!

Today's Edification (15 September 2026)

Hello sisters!

I'm back and hope you are pressing on for the kingdom also! Each day matters as to how we are using the time and living in general. We have hope today, so let us search our hearts and make sure we are ready for our Lord. We want to be faithful servants of His don't we!

Therefore be ye also ready: for in such an hour as ye think not the Son of man cometh. Who then is a faithful and wise servant, whom his lord hath made ruler over his household, to give them meat in due season? Blessed is that servant, whom his lord when he cometh shall find so doing.
Matthew 24:44-46

His lord said unto him, Well done, thou good and faithful servant: thou hast been faithful over a few things, I will make thee ruler over many things: enter thou into the joy of thy lord.
Matthew 25:21

Take ye heed, watch and pray: for ye know not when the time is.
For the Son of man is as a man taking a far journey, who left his house, and gave authority to his servants, and to every man his work, and commanded the porter to watch.
Watch ye therefore: for ye know not when the master of the house cometh, at even, or at midnight, or at the cockcrowing, or in the morning:
Lest coming suddenly he find you sleeping.
And what I say unto you I say unto all, Watch.
Mark 13:33-37

This is a beautiful section from a Psalm too...

The law of the LORD is perfect, converting the soul: the testimony of the LORD is sure, making wise the simple.
The statutes of the LORD are right, rejoicing the heart: the commandment of the LORD is pure, enlightening the eyes.
The fear of the LORD is clean, enduring for ever: the judgments of the LORD are true and righteous altogether.
More to be desired are they than gold, yea, than much fine gold: sweeter also than honey and the honeycomb.
Moreover by them is thy servant warned: and in keeping of them there is great reward.
Psalm 19:7-11

His Word is precious.

All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness: That the man of God may be perfect, throughly furnished unto all good works.
2 Timothy 3:16-17

Let us live by His Word and not man's doctrines or traditions. There are so many of those to beware of. Some are very well established, like Christmas which is a worldly holiday which we have nothing to do with. We must leave all false ways as we do not want to be partakers in things that are not truth and holy ways of God. Society as a whole has come so far from God's ways that there's a lot for us to reject when we turn to God. Our time is short and so much is at stake that we do not want to lose our souls over anything. Let us be sober and consider all we do and cleave to that which is good and abhor evil. The Lord help us! Let us keep seeking to also walk in the ways God gave us as women. We are blessed to have those specific instructions along with the rest of His ways. Strive on in hope, sisters!

Today's Edification (14 September 2026)

Greetings sisters!

The Lord allows me to be here sharing again today. There's so very much working together and not to take for granted in being able to do everything we do each day. God is always good.

May we rejoice that we have a Saviour! How thankful we are.

And Mary said, My soul doth magnify the Lord, And my spirit hath rejoiced in God my Saviour.
Luke 1:46-47

And the angel said unto them, Fear not: for, behold, I bring you good tidings of great joy, which shall be to all people. For unto you is born this day in the city of David a Saviour, which is Christ the Lord.
Luke 2:10-11

The God of our fathers raised up Jesus, whom ye slew and hanged on a tree. Him hath God exalted with his right hand to be a Prince and a Saviour, for to give repentance to Israel, and forgiveness of sins.
Acts 5:30-31

Who hath saved us, and called us with an holy calling, not according to our works, but according to his own purpose and grace, which was given us in Christ Jesus before the world began, But is now made manifest by the appearing of our Saviour Jesus Christ, who hath abolished death, and hath brought life and immortality to light through the gospel:
2 Timothy 1:9-10

But after that the kindness and love of God our Saviour toward man appeared,
Not by works of righteousness which we have done, but according to his mercy he saved us, by the washing of regeneration, and renewing of the Holy Ghost;
Which he shed on us abundantly through Jesus Christ our Saviour;
That being justified by his grace, we should be made heirs according to the hope of eternal life.
This is a faithful saying, and these things I will that thou affirm constantly, that they which have believed in God might be careful to maintain good works. These things are good and profitable unto men.
Titus 3:4-8

And we have seen and do testify that the Father sent the Son to be the Saviour of the world.
1 John 4:14

But grow in grace, and in the knowledge of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. To him be glory both now and for ever. Amen.
2 Peter 3:18

Indeed what a wonderful gift we have in Christ! He saves and makes us free! How grateful we always ought to be and not forget His great goodness and grace. This is sufficient for us. We don't need much on this earth. Our true life is to come with Him in His righteous kingdom. Keep pressing on in hope, sisters!

Today's Edification (13 September 2026)

Hello sisters!

I hope all is well with you wherever the Lord has you on this earth! He granted me life and all things that allow me to be back here!

I was reading in John, particularly chapters 13-17 and they are very precious accounts of the teachings of our Lord with His closest people on earth, His chosen disciples. We see Him teaching a lot about love in there so we know it has a very high place for us. There is so much hatred in this world which is not of God but is of the adversary and of the flesh. And most of all, we are to love God and if we truly love Him we keep His commands.

A new commandment I give unto you, That ye love one another; as I have loved you, that ye also love one another. By this shall all men know that ye are my disciples, if ye have love one to another.
John 13:34-35

And above all these things put on charity, which is the bond of perfectness.
Colossians 3:14

And love is not words but actions isn't it, sisters.

My little children, let us not love in word, neither in tongue; but in deed and in truth.
1 John 3:18

Jesus showed us that in humbly washing the disciples' feet. It's good to ponder what acts of service are needed around us and do them willing out of love first for God and then others. We are to deny ourselves and also be preferring others before ourselves. There's a lot of His good ways to guide us through this life!

Look not every man on his own things, but every man also on the things of others.
Let this mind be in you, which was also in Christ Jesus:
Who, being in the form of God, thought it not robbery to be equal with God:
But made himself of no reputation, and took upon him the form of a servant, and was made in the likeness of men:
And being found in fashion as a man, he humbled himself, and became obedient unto death, even the death of the cross.
Wherefore God also hath highly exalted him, and given him a name which is above every name:
Philippians 2:4-9

May we as God's daughters walk in the ways He created as they are truly best!

Be ye therefore followers of God, as dear children; And walk in love, as Christ also hath loved us, and hath given himself for us an offering and a sacrifice to God for a sweetsmelling savour.
Ephesians 5:1-2

Keep holding fast in the truth, sisters! Many have departed from the faith once delivered to us, but may we diligently seek truth and leave that which is false and not pleasing to Him.
