Today's Edification (12 July 2025)

Greetings sisters!

It is another day to press on in our Lord, walking in His holy ways of truth and light!

This then is the message which we have heard of him, and declare unto you, that God is light, and in him is no darkness at all.
1 John 1:5
For ye were sometimes darkness, but now are ye light in the Lord: walk as children of light:
Ephesians 5:8

But ye are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, an holy nation, a peculiar people; that ye should shew forth the praises of him who hath called you out of darkness into his marvellous light:

Which in time past were not a people, but are now the people of God: which had not obtained mercy, but now have obtained mercy.

1 Peter 2:9-10

Ye are all the children of light, and the children of the day: we are not of the night, nor of darkness.
1 Thessalonians 5:5

The night is far spent, the day is at hand: let us therefore cast off the works of darkness, and let us put on the armour of light.
Romans 13:12

To open their eyes, and to turn them from darkness to light, and from the power of Satan unto God, that they may receive forgiveness of sins, and inheritance among them which are sanctified by faith that is in me.
Acts 26:18

Be ye not unequally yoked together with unbelievers: for what fellowship hath righteousness with unrighteousness? and what communion hath light with darkness?
2 Corinthians 6:14

Good to ponder on and test all things and we know a tree by its fruit. We are to have no fellowship with the unfruitful works of darkness but rather reprove them. So let us focus on His marvellous light! So glad there is light in the darkness of this world. Christ is light and our only hope! Let us walk in His light and cast off any work of darkness. Hold fast sisters! Wait on the Lord and watch.

Greetings again sisters!

Peace, mercy, and love to you in our Saviour's name! Our life is all about Him so let us focus on Him in all things! Indeed He is also our Creator! He owns us too and bought us with a price.

Wherefore God also hath highly exalted him, and given him a name which is above every name:

That at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of things in heaven, and things in earth, and things under the earth;

And that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.

Wherefore, my beloved, as ye have always obeyed, not as in my presence only, but now much more in my absence, work out your own salvation with fear and trembling.

For it is God which worketh in you both to will and to do of his good pleasure.

Philippians 2:9-13

I am thankful He gave His own flesh for the life of the world. What a precious gift.

I am the living bread which came down from heaven: if any man eat of this bread, he shall live for ever: and the bread that I will give is my flesh, which I will give for the life of the world.
John 6:51

The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly.
John 10:10

He wants us to have life more abundantly and is not willing that any should perish.

The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance.
2 Peter 3:9

Let us abide in Him, finding shelter and refuge in Him.

Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved.
Acts 4:12

Let us follow our good Shepherd in all His ways and not go astray. If we do, we too must repent to be saved.

Keep pressing on diligently in all your duties sisters! We may have a lot of simple repetitive duties to do but they are important too and pleasing to the Lord according to His Word. So strive on! Love to you in His name.

Today's Edification (10 July 2025)

Hello my sisters!

Sure enough the Lord gave me another day to be back here sharing with you! I hope things are well in your life. So long as we stay close to the Lord we always have hope and peace and joy in Him through all things. We are most blessed and truly rich. All the temporary things of this earth mean nothing in eternity. Let us labour for that which is eternal!

Jesus answered them and said, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Ye seek me, not because ye saw the miracles, but because ye did eat of the loaves, and were filled.

Labour not for the meat which perisheth, but for that meat which endureth unto everlasting life, which the Son of man shall give unto you: for him hath God the Father sealed.

John 6:26-27

For which cause we faint not; but though our outward man perish, yet the inward man is renewed day by day.

For our light affliction, which is but for a moment, worketh for us a far more exceeding and eternal weight of glory;

While we look not at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen: for the things which are seen are temporal; but the things which are not seen are eternal.

2 Corinthians 4:16-18

If ye then be risen with Christ, seek those things which are above, where Christ sitteth on the right hand of God.

Set your affection on things above, not on things on the earth.

For ye are dead, and your life is hid with Christ in God.

Colossians 3:1-3

Yes only when we labour for eternity and for the Lord is it not in vain! And even how we do our work here on earth, if we do it with the right attitude and motive then it too is pleasing to the Lord as He is not pleased with laziness. It is a good thing to work hard on earth in good things while keeping the right perspectives of course and not setting our heart on things on this earth.

Keep soldiering on for the Lord my sisters! We will reap, in due time, if we don't faint! Hold fast to the truth and keep walking in the light! The Lord be with you and bless, strengthen, and comfort you! My love to you in His name.

Today's Edification (9 July 2025)

Greetings sisters!

I hope you're pressing on steadfastly! I am dropping in again to share some edifying from the Word which we live by. We do not just live on the physical food we cook and eat. Yes that helps us live physically but spiritually we would still die unless we feed on the living bread! God is good to provide this for us! He told us how we can find eternal life through His Son.

Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believeth on me hath everlasting life.

I am that bread of life.

Your fathers did eat manna in the wilderness, and are dead.

This is the bread which cometh down from heaven, that a man may eat thereof, and not die.

I am the living bread which came down from heaven: if any man eat of this bread, he shall live for ever: and the bread that I will give is my flesh, which I will give for the life of the world.

John 6:47-51

Let us keep His Words and live.

I was pondering on the subject of honesty when I was at a cleaning job yesterday. People are letting you into their homes and they don't know who you are and I am sure they sometimes are a little uncertain going on how the world is today sadly. But they don't need to worry with us His children as His ways teach us to love others, not to covet, mind our own business, and certainly not to steal!

I'm sharing some scriptures which use the word and though it seems to often be simply translated as 'good' it clearly is something we are to be.

But that on the good ground are they, which in an honest and good heart, having heard the word, keep it, and bring forth fruit with patience.
Luke 8:15

Recompense to no man evil for evil. Provide things honest in the sight of all men.
Romans 12:17

Providing for honest things, not only in the sight of the Lord, but also in the sight of men.
2 Corinthians 8:21

And that ye study to be quiet, and to do your own business, and to work with your own hands, as we commanded you; That ye may walk honestly toward them that are without, and that ye may have lack of nothing.
1 Thessalonians 4:11-12

I exhort therefore, that, first of all, supplications, prayers, intercessions, and giving of thanks, be made for all men; For kings, and for all that are in authority; that we may lead a quiet and peaceable life in all godliness and honesty.
1 Timothy 2:1-2

Dearly beloved, I beseech you as strangers and pilgrims, abstain from fleshly lusts, which war against the soul; Having your conversation honest among the Gentiles: that, whereas they speak against you as evildoers, they may by your good works, which they shall behold, glorify God in the day of visitation.
1 Peter 2:11-12

It is just another area we get to be His witnesses in and be trustworthy 'among the Gentiles'. His ways affect every area of our lives and His ways are good and stand out especially in this corrupt world.

I was pondering this scripture lately and how it's better for people if they never knew the true way than to have known it and walked it and then turn back. But it happens and it is a good warning for us all to take heed lest we fall.

For if after they have escaped the pollutions of the world through the knowledge of the Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ, they are again entangled therein, and overcome, the latter end is worse with them than the beginning.

For it had been better for them not to have known the way of righteousness, than, after they have known it, to turn from the holy commandment delivered unto them.

But it is happened unto them according to the true proverb, The dog is turned to his own vomit again; and the sow that was washed to her wallowing in the mire.

2 Peter 2:20-22

The punishment will surely be more severe. Let us abide in the way of righteousness after Christ and lay aside every sin and weight that may beset us. We must be vigilant and on guard always, proving all things and abhoring evil and cleaving to the good. The Lord help us hold fast to the truth. Love to you in the faith. Strive on sisters!

Hello again sister saints!

Hopefully you're doing well wherever you are! And if not then I know you have the Lord to take your burdens too! And I encourage you to hold fast and keep enduring whatever trial you may have. There's always going to be hard things in this life but we have so many blessings in the truth and so many promises, that we can have joy through all things even in sorrow. Praise God there is always hope in Him if we remain faithful to Him. We know we lose hope if we leave Him and walk in our own ways, refusing to repent. May that not be any of us.

Therefore, brethren, stand fast, and hold the traditions which ye have been taught, whether by word, or our epistle.
2 Thessalonians 2:15
Now we command you, brethren, in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, that ye withdraw yourselves from every brother that walketh disorderly, and not after the tradition which he received of us.
2 Thessalonians 3:6

Yes we must hold fast to the truth taught to us by the Lord and His chosen holy men.

Hold fast the form of sound words, which thou hast heard of me, in faith and love which is in Christ Jesus.
2 Timothy 1:13

Prove all things; hold fast that which is good.
1 Thessalonians 5:21

Let us hold fast the profession of our faith without wavering; (for he is faithful that promised;) And let us consider one another to provoke unto love and to good works:
Hebrews 10:23-24

We must love God above all people and obey Him even if it means man may hate or despise or shun or avoid or think us strange. It doesn't matter. We must stand for truth. And we will with His help won't we sisters!
Jesus said unto him, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind. This is the first and great commandment.
Matthew 22:37-38
If ye love me, keep my commandments.
John 14:15
If ye keep my commandments, ye shall abide in my love; even as I have kept my Father's commandments, and abide in his love.
John 15:10

So let us ponder our ways and make sure we stay close to Him and don't wander into the ways of the world or false tradition or religion or the flesh.

Keep pressing on in the truth and in all your labours as godly women! Be strong in the Lord and in the power of His might! Love to you in His name.

Hello sisters!

I hope you're pressing on in the Lord today! The days keep coming and going and they can seem a lot the same but always each one is very unique as well. But consistently doing necessary useful works in patience is a good thing!

But that on the good ground are they, which in an honest and good heart, having heard the word, keep it, and bring forth fruit with patience.
Luke 8:15

We don't want to grow weary in any well doing!

How thankful we are for Christ's cleansing...

And such were some of you: but ye are washed, but ye are sanctified, but ye are justified in the name of the Lord Jesus, and by the Spirit of our God.
1 Corinthians 6:11

Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ also loved the church, and gave himself for it;

That he might sanctify and cleanse it with the washing of water by the word,

That he might present it to himself a glorious church, not having spot, or wrinkle, or any such thing; but that it should be holy and without blemish.

Ephesians 5:25-27

If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.
1 John 1:9

Wherefore Jesus also, that he might sanctify the people with his own blood, suffered without the gate. Let us go forth therefore unto him without the camp, bearing his reproach.
Hebrews 13:12-13

But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship one with another, and the blood of Jesus Christ his Son cleanseth us from all sin.
1 John 1:7

Much more then, being now justified by his blood, we shall be saved from wrath through him.
Romans 5:9

How we need His precious work for our salvation. Let us now walk in newness of life and continue to crucify the flesh and that which is contrary to truth. His ways are good and we are so blessed to know the truth. Let us treasure it and take it seriously.

Strive on my sisters! Love to you in His name.

Hello again sisters!

Praise the Lord for another day of His mercies and in His purpose we are here again to live unto Him! I am dropping in for a little edifying in the Word. Just simple encouragement from a saint striving on here and I hope you are too! There is nothing worth gaining here on earth and losing our soul over. So few are the ones who love and serve Him first and I know He deserves so much more than we finite beings can give Him. But He knows our limitations and let us love Him with all that we are. We know how we love Him is not in word but in deed and in truth. Jesus told us that if we love Him we obey Him. Let us keep seeking to be His obedient children. God is our Father and He has begotten us with the Word of truth and we are His children through faith in His Son also.

Of his own will begat he us with the word of truth, that we should be a kind of firstfruits of his creatures.
James 1:18
For ye are all the children of God by faith in Christ Jesus.
Galatians 3:26

We are also His servants and He is our Master. We want to be faithful ones!

Not with eyeservice, as menpleasers; but as the servants of Christ, doing the will of God from the heart;
Ephesians 6:6

And the servant of the Lord must not strive; but be gentle unto all men, apt to teach, patient,
2 Timothy 2:24

As free, and not using your liberty for a cloke of maliciousness, but as the servants of God.
1 Peter 2:16

Let us honour and obey our Master and be good examples of His servants. We do not want to bring reproach upon our Lord. We have a high calling and indeed we are to strive to be beyond reproach. We may fail but we keep striving to do better and walk worthy of the calling we have.

I give thee charge in the sight of God, who quickeneth all things, and before Christ Jesus, who before Pontius Pilate witnessed a good confession; That thou keep this commandment without spot, unrebukeable, until the appearing of our Lord Jesus Christ:
 1 Timothy 6:13-14

And this I pray, that your love may abound yet more and more in knowledge and in all judgment;

That ye may approve things that are excellent; that ye may be sincere and without offence till the day of Christ;

Being filled with the fruits of righteousness, which are by Jesus Christ, unto the glory and praise of God.

Philippians 1:9-11

Wherefore, beloved, seeing that ye look for such things, be diligent that ye may be found of him in peace, without spot, and blameless.
2 Peter 3:14

So strive on sisters including in how you do your housework, how you relate to your husband and children, how you relate to other saints, how you relate to the world, and there's so many areas our faith touches, every area in fact of course! And each according to the different lives the Lord has called us to and the opportunities He has given us...let us be faithful.

Hold fast sisters and let's not grow weary in any well doing. Love to you in His name. May He be magnified!

Hello sister saints!

I hope this finds you doing well in the life the Lord has given you! In Him we have so much hope and peace and precious promises. Let us cleave to Him with purpose of heart and keep growing in Him and His holy ways.

This scripture came to mind and it's a good one of the truth of the matter...

He that covereth his sins shall not prosper: but whoso confesseth and forsaketh them shall have mercy.
Proverbs 28:13

We want God to cover our sins!

Even as David also describeth the blessedness of the man, unto whom God imputeth righteousness without works,

Saying, Blessed are they whose iniquities are forgiven, and whose sins are covered.

Blessed is the man to whom the Lord will not impute sin.

Romans 4:6-8

And we too are to cover saints' sins...

And above all things have fervent charity among yourselves: for charity shall cover the multitude of sins.
1 Peter 4:8

God's word says what it says. We know sin must be repented of to be forgiven by God as we take in all of His Word and with His help try to put it all together in its context to the best of our ability.

This then is the message which we have heard of him, and declare unto you, that God is light, and in him is no darkness at all.

If we say that we have fellowship with him, and walk in darkness, we lie, and do not the truth:

But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship one with another, and the blood of Jesus Christ his Son cleanseth us from all sin.

If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us.

If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.

If we say that we have not sinned, we make him a liar, and his word is not in us.

1 John 1:5-10

Yes let us walk in the light as He is in the light. God is light! We have been told what the dark works of the flesh are and what the fruits of the Spirit are which are light! We have so much guidance! So let us sisters as women walk in the ways He has given us.

Lord willing I will be back again tomorrow. I have travel to the children's planned and then I am sure I will be extra busy but hope to still keep posting here even if they're shorter! See what the Lord allows though. I know things can change but He knows best and is in ultimate control. Keep pressing on in the duties God gave you and be faithful and diligent in them! I will strive to here as well. The Lord help us and give us strength and joy and peace. My love to you in His name. He first loved us! The glory be to Him!

Today's Edification (4 July 2025)

Hello sisters!

God granted us life today as I am here writing and you are here reading! I hope you are holding fast in the true faith in such a compromised age. Yes we were told of apostasy and perilous times. It is no surprise but we need to keep vigilant through it all and take heed that we aren't affected by it. There's so much we can't change in this world...but with His help we can change ourselves; our attitudes and actions. No we can't save ourselves as we need Christ, but we are responsible for our actions as well. It is clear according to God's written word that all people will be judged according to their works.

It is encouraging knowing we do our works unto the Lord. It is good to keep this in mind when we are going about the duties the Lord has given us as women too! We know our labours in the Lord are not in vain too.

And whatsoever ye do, do it heartily, as to the Lord, and not unto men;
Colossians 3:23
With good will doing service, as to the Lord, and not to men:
Ephesians 6:7

Wives, submit yourselves unto your own husbands, as unto the Lord.
Ephesians 5:22

So may we do our works willingly knowing He sees and is the one we do them unto! Reminds me also of what we do unto the least of His brethren we do to Him so that's good to ponder too. There is so much to think about and so much encouragement to keep going in good things. A few times we have been called to not grow weary in well doing! We know we also must endure to the end to be saved. And there are a lot of physical things to press through here but then we can think how we need to press through spiritually as well. We also want to be faithful in all we have been given and faithful in 'little'.

And we also have the Lord to be joyful in. There could be many trials and tribulations around us sometimes but the Lord and His goodness is joy and so we should focus on Him through all this life!

Rejoice in the Lord alway: and again I say, Rejoice.
Philippians 4:4

Finally, my brethren, rejoice in the Lord. To write the same things to you, to me indeed is not grievous, but for you it is safe.
Philippians 3:1

Rejoice evermore.
1 Thessalonians 5:16

His grace through Christ is so precious and it is sufficient for us! Let us remember it often and be thankful.

I hope your days are going well sisters as you work hard in the life the Lord has for you or if you're sick you get to practice a lot of patience and trusting in Him and being His daughter! Of course God knows our limitations and what we would do if we could as well. I sometimes think of that scripture where it says to do good to all as you have opportunity. Some of us may get more opportunities than others but it matters if we take those opportunities too! The Lord help us do our best. So strive on sisters. Love to you in the Lord our Saviour.

Salutations to my godly sisters!

I am dropping in again to share some edifying in the Word with you. Our God is worthy to be shared about for eternity, so it's a blessing to spend some time sharing here! I hope it can bless and encourage you as it does me in just pondering it and writing to you as well. His Word is always profitable!

All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness: That the man of God may be perfect, throughly furnished unto all good works.
2 Timothy 3:16-17

But he answered and said, It is written, Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God.
Matthew 4:4

For whatsoever things were written aforetime were written for our learning, that we through patience and comfort of the scriptures might have hope.
Romans 15:4

Thy word have I hid in mine heart, that I might not sin against thee...

Thy word is a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path...

Thy word is very pure: therefore thy servant loveth it.

Psalm 119:11, 105, 140

I'm so thankful to have the written word of God with all it's guidance so we can know how to please God and find eternal life!

What shall we say then? Shall we continue in sin, that grace may abound?

God forbid. How shall we, that are dead to sin, live any longer therein?

Know ye not, that so many of us as were baptized into Jesus Christ were baptized into his death?

Therefore we are buried with him by baptism into death: that like as Christ was raised up from the dead by the glory of the Father, even so we also should walk in newness of life.

For if we have been planted together in the likeness of his death, we shall be also in the likeness of his resurrection:

Knowing this, that our old man is crucified with him, that the body of sin might be destroyed, that henceforth we should not serve sin.

Romans 6:1-6

But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.
Romans 5:8

God's love is of course greater than man's as He died for us while we were His enemies, still in our sins. Indeed He is perfect and let us follow His examples.

And there was also a strife among them, which of them should be accounted the greatest.

And he said unto them, The kings of the Gentiles exercise lordship over them; and they that exercise authority upon them are called benefactors.

But ye shall not be so: but he that is greatest among you, let him be as the younger; and he that is chief, as he that doth serve.

For whether is greater, he that sitteth at meat, or he that serveth? is not he that sitteth at meat? but I am among you as he that serveth.

Luke 22:24-27

Even as the Son of man came not to be ministered unto, but to minister, and to give his life a ransom for many.
Matthew 20:28

Look not every man on his own things, but every man also on the things of others.

Let this mind be in you, which was also in Christ Jesus:

Who, being in the form of God, thought it not robbery to be equal with God:

But made himself of no reputation, and took upon him the form of a servant, and was made in the likeness of men:

And being found in fashion as a man, he humbled himself, and became obedient unto death, even the death of the cross.

Philippians 2:4-8

A high standard for us to aim for but He is worthy and we do not take His name in vain. And we too have been commanded to love our own enemies, those who do bad to us, and do good unto them and pray for them. We cannot just obey the easy parts of our faith but we must obey them all!

But I say unto you, Love your enemies, bless them that curse you, do good to them that hate you, and pray for them which despitefully use you, and persecute you;

That ye may be the children of your Father which is in heaven: for he maketh his sun to rise on the evil and on the good, and sendeth rain on the just and on the unjust.

For if ye love them which love you, what reward have ye? do not even the publicans the same?

And if ye salute your brethren only, what do ye more than others? do not even the publicans so?

Be ye therefore perfect, even as your Father which is in heaven is perfect.

Matthew 5:44-48

Let us do so sisters. We cannot be hearers only but must be doers as well!

So keep seeking after the truth sisters and walking in it! The Lord give you all you need too. Much love to my sister saints around the world. His people are few in number but God knows His own people and let us who name His name depart from iniquity. Hold fast sisters!

Today's Edification (2 July 2025)

Hello again sisters!

Another day is here to worship the Lord in the beauty of holiness! His holy ways are indeed good and He has given us of His holy Spirit to help us! We are so blessed. May we be set apart and sanctified unto our God. We know Christ's blood cleanses us from all sin when we confess them and repent. Praise God for this!

And from Jesus Christ, who is the faithful witness, and the first begotten of the dead, and the prince of the kings of the earth. Unto him that loved us, and washed us from our sins in his own blood,

And hath made us kings and priests unto God and his Father; to him be glory and dominion for ever and ever. Amen.

Behold, he cometh with clouds; and every eye shall see him, and they also which pierced him: and all kindreds of the earth shall wail because of him. Even so, Amen.

Revelation 1:5-7

I saw this scripture and indeed the Lord has done so much to try to call His chosen people back to Him and His paths of truth. Let us take heed to learn from all that is written.

And the LORD God of their fathers sent to them by his messengers, rising up betimes, and sending; because he had compassion on his people, and on his dwelling place: But they mocked the messengers of God, and despised his words, and misused his prophets, until the wrath of the LORD arose against his people, till there was no remedy.
2 Chronicles 36:15-16

Yes He has been and is long suffering but we fear Him too as His wrath is just. Ananias and Sapphira should also cause us to never tempt the Lord and sin wilfully.

Because I will publish the name of the LORD: ascribe ye greatness unto our God. He is the Rock, his work is perfect: for all his ways are judgment: a God of truth and without iniquity, just and right is he.
Deuteronomy 32:3-4

Let us sisters keep going in each day the Lord has given us, focusing in the day we have. Yesterday is gone and the future is in God's hands but we have right now so let us work willingly with our hands to do that which is good and useful. Let us redeem the time!

The Proverbs 31 woman is encouraging and inspiring for us!

She seeketh wool, and flax, and worketh willingly with her hands...

Strength and honour are her clothing; and she shall rejoice in time to come.

She openeth her mouth with wisdom; and in her tongue is the law of kindness.

She looketh well to the ways of her household, and eateth not the bread of idleness.

Proverbs 31:13,25-27

Yes, may we press on sisters! It is glorifying and pleasing to our Lord to be hard working and diligent in all He has given us to do.

Hold fast to the truth in such a deceived and evil generation wherever you are sisters. The Lord help us. Love and peace to you in the faith.

Today's Edification (1 July 2025)

Greetings sisters!

A new month is here as the time keeps slipping by! Eternity is coming closer for each of us and the end of this earth too which means our Lord's return draws closer every day! We definitely want to be found as His faithful servants doing what He, our Master, commanded of us, while He is gone. We are so blessed to have all those wonderful parables that Jesus told.

And the Lord said, Who then is that faithful and wise steward, whom his lord shall make ruler over his household, to give them their portion of meat in due season?

Blessed is that servant, whom his lord when he cometh shall find so doing.

Of a truth I say unto you, that he will make him ruler over all that he hath.

But and if that servant say in his heart, My lord delayeth his coming; and shall begin to beat the menservants and maidens, and to eat and drink, and to be drunken;

The lord of that servant will come in a day when he looketh not for him, and at an hour when he is not aware, and will cut him in sunder, and will appoint him his portion with the unbelievers.

And that servant, which knew his lord's will, and prepared not himself, neither did according to his will, shall be beaten with many stripes.

But he that knew not, and did commit things worthy of stripes, shall be beaten with few stripes. For unto whomsoever much is given, of him shall be much required: and to whom men have committed much, of him they will ask the more.

Luke 12:42-48

After a long time the lord of those servants cometh, and reckoneth with them.

And so he that had received five talents came and brought other five talents, saying, Lord, thou deliveredst unto me five talents: behold, I have gained beside them five talents more.

His lord said unto him, Well done, thou good and faithful servant: thou hast been faithful over a few things, I will make thee ruler over many things: enter thou into the joy of thy lord.

 Matthew 25:19-21

The Lord has told us so much of His will in His Word and so we want to diligently seek it to see how He wants us to serve Him!

Time for a picture catch up post. Just simple things from my days. Perhaps not so many this time but still has been a really busy time except for the last few days I rested some because of having a cold.

Something beautiful about a crisp cold golden morning of His mercies with the birds singing!

Our God is good to allow us such good things though we have sinned against Him. Indeed it is a troubled world we live in but there are still so many of His mercies which no one deserves.

After a slow start to winter it's here and with it the green grass and flowers which are refreshed after the harsh summer.

So much variety in His creations! It's surely a strong delusion when people think it all made itself. We see so much decay and things tending to disorder. It is only a very intelligent powerful Creator who put it all together with all the intricacies and details! And He upholds it all now! Glory to Him!

Just over two months difference in these pictures and it's really just water that makes the difference!

His creation is ever changing as well and it's beautiful to see and yes it's harsh at times but we know it isn't how He originally made it before sin entered. But His mercies are in it as He sends rain and sunshine on the wicked and the good.

Cow looking in my little home door! She knew I had some garden produce so wanted to eat it! They must have a good sense of smell!

A rooster having a look too...

Still some things to harvest from the garden...

The carrots are still a bit small but still good!

And always something wanting to eat the plants too but sometimes there is something you can do to stop them but not always. We use derris dust which seems to work...for the caterpillars on the cauliflower leaves which were having a feast.

Just lots of patience needed when waiting for a harvest!

A huge aphid colony had set up home in this broccoli head, so knowing how much effort it is to clean up them and their mess I gave it to the cow. Sometimes things are too bad to make good.

But thankfully some were clean with no aphids on! Good healthy blessings!

And pretty flowers for you sisters!

Yes I cooked them too as you can eat the flowers as well. I just raost them in some olive oil, salt, garlic, and lemon rind.

Frosts are rare here so the tomatoes in front of the house look good actually! They get extra heat reflected off the white house.

So I am still cooking with the blessings the Lord provides. I would share!

Still doing cleaning once or twice a week or so...

But not much sewing lately as I have been busy in other things but there are times and seasons for all things but hopefully I can do some of that sometime! We humans are very limited but for God nothing is impossible. What a wonderful Lord we serve!

So I think that is all until next time! And Lord willing I can keep sharing simple scripture encouragement with you daily here. Keep pressing on in all your duties sisters! The Lord sees and He is whom we please and do our labours unto. Yes we walk by faith as we do not see or seek for signs and wonders. Let us pass all the tests to our faith and remain steadfast for the Lord and the truth in such a corrupt age. May His kingdom come and His will be done.

Grace, peace, mercy, and love to you my sisters who love the Lord and serve others! Don't grow weary in any good thing sisters! Our labours are not in vain in the Lord! Be of good courage and be strong! The Lord be with you and may He alone be magnified!
