Today's Edification (15 November 2025)

Greetings sisters!

I hope this finds you holding fast to Christ wherever you are! We must do that with purpose of heart. The picture we get from the Word is that we are going to need to put a lot of effort into enduring and fighting the good fight of faith. No it is not working for our salvation apart from Christ but His Word speaks the truth that we must through much tribulation enter the kingdom. We must strive to enter the kingdom. God has given us spiritual armour so why would we need that if it was easy and there were no dangers of losing our soul? No, we have been told there is an adversary who is as a roaring lion seeking whom he may devour and also may manifest as an angel of light. We know the nature of man to do that which is easiest and more pleasing to those around us. We know it's affections and lusts of all sorts that we must crucify. But the Lord is our strength and we have a good deal of help in the Word to guide us through this life.

Dearly beloved, I beseech you as strangers and pilgrims, abstain from fleshly lusts, which war against the soul; Having your conversation honest among the Gentiles: that, whereas they speak against you as evildoers, they may by your good works, which they shall behold, glorify God in the day of visitation.
1 Peter 2:11-12

But thou, O man of God, flee these things; and follow after righteousness, godliness, faith, love, patience, meekness. Fight the good fight of faith, lay hold on eternal life, whereunto thou art also called, and hast professed a good profession before many witnesses.
1 Timothy 6:11-12

Owe no man any thing, but to love one another: for he that loveth another hath fulfilled the law.

For this, Thou shalt not commit adultery, Thou shalt not kill, Thou shalt not steal, Thou shalt not bear false witness, Thou shalt not covet; and if there be any other commandment, it is briefly comprehended in this saying, namely, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself.

Love worketh no ill to his neighbour: therefore love is the fulfilling of the law.

And that, knowing the time, that now it is high time to awake out of sleep: for now is our salvation nearer than when we believed.

The night is far spent, the day is at hand: let us therefore cast off the works of darkness, and let us put on the armour of light.

Let us walk honestly, as in the day; not in rioting and drunkenness, not in chambering and wantonness, not in strife and envying.

But put ye on the Lord Jesus Christ, and make not provision for the flesh, to fulfil the lusts thereof.

Romans 13:8-14

Praise God that we have the truth of life in His Word! Let us be truly wise and fear Him and know the dangers around us and within ourselves. There is nothing worth losing our soul over and more importantly despising the One who loved and died for us.

For the Father judgeth no man, but hath committed all judgment unto the Son:

That all men should honour the Son, even as they honour the Father. He that honoureth not the Son honoureth not the Father which hath sent him.

Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that heareth my word, and believeth on him that sent me, hath everlasting life, and shall not come into condemnation; but is passed from death unto life.

Verily, verily, I say unto you, The hour is coming, and now is, when the dead shall hear the voice of the Son of God: and they that hear shall live.

For as the Father hath life in himself; so hath he given to the Son to have life in himself;

And hath given him authority to execute judgment also, because he is the Son of man.

Marvel not at this: for the hour is coming, in the which all that are in the graves shall hear his voice,

And shall come forth; they that have done good, unto the resurrection of life; and they that have done evil, unto the resurrection of damnation.

John 5:22-29

Let us be sober minded about this all and see the seriousness of our actions and the cost of not walking worthy of such a wonderful Saviour. God have mercy on us and help us to keep honouring the Son in our life and actions.

In Him is hope and joy! Let us abide in Him and keep examining our ways to make sure they are becoming of the gospel of Christ. Hold fast sisters. Love and mercy unto you.

Today's Edification (14 November 2025)

Hello sisters!

Here I am back again! The sun came up here yet again and it is another day of His mercies! We have a lot of repetitive things in life to be consistent and diligent in don't we. And being thankful and content are what we are to be. We are not to grow weary in any well doing. Many people want something new and are dissatisfied with what they have and do. But in all good things we want to keep pressing on in don't we! And writing here on my blog is something I want to keep diligent in while I can. Anything that is sharing in the Lord and thinking about Him and His truth is good and hopefully edifies someone and if not I am being benefited no doubt and may God be glorified.

And God and His truth remains the same too don't they and we do not change it to make it more relevant to modern times. He has given us so much guidance that we can apply to this modern time but we do not change His Word to fit it. Everyone will be judged according to their works and those who have remained faithful will receive good rewards!

Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap.

For he that soweth to his flesh shall of the flesh reap corruption; but he that soweth to the Spirit shall of the Spirit reap life everlasting.

And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not.

As we have therefore opportunity, let us do good unto all men, especially unto them who are of the household of faith.

Galatians 6:7-10

May we be encouraged to keep doing that which is good!

Marvel not at this: for the hour is coming, in the which all that are in the graves shall hear his voice, And shall come forth; they that have done good, unto the resurrection of life; and they that have done evil, unto the resurrection of damnation.
John 5:28-29

Let us be careful to maintain good works. Indeed we have been created unto them.

For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: Not of works, lest any man should boast. For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them.
Ephesians 2:8-10

Praise God for all He has done for us! He is our hope and peace and joy. Strive on sisters!

Greetings sisters!

I'm dropping in on a busy day here. I am sure you are also keeping occupied in the labours around you. It is a blessing to have work to do and not have to fight the temptations that may come with idleness which in itself isn't pleasing to Him. God's ways are good.

The Proverbs 31 woman is an encouragement to us.

Strength and honour are her clothing; and she shall rejoice in time to come.

She openeth her mouth with wisdom; and in her tongue is the law of kindness.

She looketh well to the ways of her household, and eateth not the bread of idleness.

Her children arise up, and call her blessed; her husband also, and he praiseth her.

Many daughters have done virtuously, but thou excellest them all.

Favour is deceitful, and beauty is vain: but a woman that feareth the LORD, she shall be praised.

Give her of the fruit of her hands; and let her own works praise her in the gates.

Proverbs 31:25-31

We need a lot of diligence in all our responsibilities. We want to be faithful in all we have to do, but especially faithful to the Lord as His servants. It does take effort to do it all but it's encouraging to know it pleases Him and isn't in vain.

We can trust in the Lord too because He is faithful.

If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.
1 John 1:9

Wherefore let them that suffer according to the will of God commit the keeping of their souls to him in well doing, as unto a faithful Creator.
1 Peter 4:19

But the Lord is faithful, who shall stablish you, and keep you from evil.
2 Thessalonians 3:3

He is our Rock and only hope. Let us cleave to Him with purpose of heart, sisters. I hope you have joy and peace in Him as you go about all good works! May He be glorified in us. Love to you.

Today's Edification (12 November 2025)

Greetings in the Lord sisters!

To Him alone belongs all the glory forever and ever! I hope you are standing faithful for Him. We cannot compromise for anything so we press on in faith knowing our reward is not now but in the life to come.

We know there is a great separation coming.

Again, the kingdom of heaven is like unto a net, that was cast into the sea, and gathered of every kind:

Which, when it was full, they drew to shore, and sat down, and gathered the good into vessels, but cast the bad away.

So shall it be at the end of the world: the angels shall come forth, and sever the wicked from among the just,

And shall cast them into the furnace of fire: there shall be wailing and gnashing of teeth.

Matthew 13:47-50

So the servants of the householder came and said unto him, Sir, didst not thou sow good seed in thy field? from whence then hath it tares?

He said unto them, An enemy hath done this. The servants said unto him, Wilt thou then that we go and gather them up?

But he said, Nay; lest while ye gather up the tares, ye root up also the wheat with them.

Let both grow together until the harvest: and in the time of harvest I will say to the reapers, Gather ye together first the tares, and bind them in bundles to burn them: but gather the wheat into my barn.

Matthew 13:27-30

When the Son of man shall come in his glory, and all the holy angels with him, then shall he sit upon the throne of his glory:

And before him shall be gathered all nations: and he shall separate them one from another, as a shepherd divideth his sheep from the goats:

And he shall set the sheep on his right hand, but the goats on the left.

Then shall the King say unto them on his right hand, Come, ye blessed of my Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world:...

Then shall he say also unto them on the left hand, Depart from me, ye cursed, into everlasting fire, prepared for the devil and his angels:...

And these shall go away into everlasting punishment: but the righteous into life eternal.

Matthew 25:31-34,41,46

May we be watching and ready to be found among the just and righteous. Praise God that we can have that hope through Christ and abiding in His Word. And we do keep ourselves from evil in that we don't partake of it ourselves but we are still here amongst it all. One day the wheat shall be separated from the tares forever. We hope and pray that all will come to repentance. There is hope in Christ alone. Let us do that which is pleasing in His sight. May we not grow weary in any good thing sisters, but keep pressing on in the faith.

Love and mercy unto you in His name.

Today's Edification (11 November 2025)

Greetings sisters!

I hope you're doing well in the faith today and rejoicing in the Lord our wonderful God! His mercies are ever around us and we acknowledge we don't deserve any of them. And that really helps us to be content and thankful doesn't it. We know we all deserve great punishment. But through faith in His name we escape that eternally if we endure. But there are hard things to go through on this earth but may that help us be preparing for a new and better place. This world is not our home.

For the LORD giveth wisdom: out of his mouth cometh knowledge and understanding.

He layeth up sound wisdom for the righteous: he is a buckler to them that walk uprightly.

He keepeth the paths of judgment, and preserveth the way of his saints.

Then shalt thou understand righteousness, and judgment, and equity; yea, every good path.

When wisdom entereth into thine heart, and knowledge is pleasant unto thy soul;

Discretion shall preserve thee, understanding shall keep thee:

To deliver thee from the way of the evil man, from the man that speaketh froward things;

Who leave the paths of uprightness, to walk in the ways of darkness;

Who rejoice to do evil, and delight in the frowardness of the wicked;

Whose ways are crooked, and they froward in their paths:

To deliver thee from the strange woman, even from the stranger which flattereth with her words;

Which forsaketh the guide of her youth, and forgetteth the covenant of her God.

For her house inclineth unto death, and her paths unto the dead.

None that go unto her return again, neither take they hold of the paths of life.

That thou mayest walk in the way of good men, and keep the paths of the righteous.

Proverbs 2:6-20

It's just so good to refresh in God's wisdom in this world that is often so foolish. It keeps us from evil which leads to death.

The fear of the LORD is the beginning of wisdom: a good understanding have all they that do his commandments: his praise endureth for ever.
Psalm 111:10
But the wisdom that is from above is first pure, then peaceable, gentle, and easy to be intreated, full of mercy and good fruits, without partiality, and without hypocrisy. And the fruit of righteousness is sown in peace of them that make peace.
James 3:17-18

Happy is the man that findeth wisdom, and the man that getteth understanding.

For the merchandise of it is better than the merchandise of silver, and the gain thereof than fine gold.

She is more precious than rubies: and all the things thou canst desire are not to be compared unto her.

Length of days is in her right hand; and in her left hand riches and honour.

Her ways are ways of pleasantness, and all her paths are peace.

She is a tree of life to them that lay hold upon her: and happy is every one that retaineth her.

Proverbs 3:13-18

May we keep seeking true wisdom to walk in through this life. May He help us. Hold fast sisters! Love to you in His name.

Today's Edification (10 November 2025)

Hello again sister saints!

I hope you are pressing on in the faith wherever you are on this earth!

I was pondering on the whole subject of justice. It caught my eye and heart, as a lover of truth, how many people out there are wrongly convicted and imprisoned for things they didn't do. It's sad but it got me thinking again how much God values truth and justice. Humans are always making mistakes or being deliberately violent to their fellow man.

It also makes you take carefully what you hear people say about anyone as they can be completely wrong. One day God will judge completely rightly and none will escape who shouldn't and all those who practice good works in faith of His Son will be richly rewarded.

Of course our Saviour suffered unjustly for us. He had done absolutely no wrong, and quite the opposite.

Having a good conscience; that, whereas they speak evil of you, as of evildoers, they may be ashamed that falsely accuse your good conversation in Christ.

For it is better, if the will of God be so, that ye suffer for well doing, than for evil doing.

For Christ also hath once suffered for sins, the just for the unjust, that he might bring us to God, being put to death in the flesh, but quickened by the Spirit:

1 Peter 3:16-18

Of course we as His children are to joyfully take wrong ourselves and we can rest knowing God knows. But we need to be careful to always do right to others and speak right about others. We are to be slow to speak and I am sure it would apply here too. As we know, if we answer a matter before we hear, it is folly and shame to us.

I'm sharing some scriptures on this subject to ponder on and edify us.

God standeth in the congregation of the mighty; he judgeth among the gods.

How long will ye judge unjustly, and accept the persons of the wicked? Selah.

Defend the poor and fatherless: do justice to the afflicted and needy.

Deliver the poor and needy: rid them out of the hand of the wicked.

Psalm 82:1-4

Behold, the days come, saith the LORD, that I will raise unto David a righteous Branch, and a King shall reign and prosper, and shall execute judgment and justice in the earth. In his days Judah shall be saved, and Israel shall dwell safely: and this is his name whereby he shall be called, THE LORD OUR RIGHTEOUSNESS.
Jeremiah 23:5-6

If thou seest the oppression of the poor, and violent perverting of judgment and justice in a province, marvel not at the matter: for he that is higher than the highest regardeth; and there be higher than they.
Ecclesiastes 5:8

For our transgressions are multiplied before thee, and our sins testify against us: for our transgressions are with us; and as for our iniquities, we know them;

In transgressing and lying against the LORD, and departing away from our God, speaking oppression and revolt, conceiving and uttering from the heart words of falsehood.

And judgment is turned away backward, and justice standeth afar off: for truth is fallen in the street, and equity cannot enter.

Isaiah 59:12-14

To do justice and judgment is more acceptable to the LORD than sacrifice.
Proverbs 21:3

Justice and judgment are the habitation of thy throne: mercy and truth shall go before thy face.
Psalm 89:14

There's so much more on it in the Word but we know God loves truth and so do we. While we are to rejoice to be wrongly treated as believers, let us do that which is right and just and true to others. The Lord help us.

I hope your godly women's duties are going well sisters! The Lord sees and let us labour as unto Him. Love, mercy, and peace unto you.

Greetings sister saints!

I trust this finds you pressing on for the kingdom of God and His righteousness!

I'm sharing this scripture which is packed full of the Lord's teachings for us to obey. May He help us in it all and to discern each situation and which scriptures apply. And to see other situations in our lives that are different but still ones these teachings apply to.

But I say unto you which hear, Love your enemies, do good to them which hate you,

Bless them that curse you, and pray for them which despitefully use you.

And unto him that smiteth thee on the one cheek offer also the other; and him that taketh away thy cloke forbid not to take thy coat also.

Give to every man that asketh of thee; and of him that taketh away thy goods ask them not again.

And as ye would that men should do to you, do ye also to them likewise.

For if ye love them which love you, what thank have ye? for sinners also love those that love them.

And if ye do good to them which do good to you, what thank have ye? for sinners also do even the same.

And if ye lend to them of whom ye hope to receive, what thank have ye? for sinners also lend to sinners, to receive as much again.

But love ye your enemies, and do good, and lend, hoping for nothing again; and your reward shall be great, and ye shall be the children of the Highest: for he is kind unto the unthankful and to the evil.

Be ye therefore merciful, as your Father also is merciful.

Judge not, and ye shall not be judged: condemn not, and ye shall not be condemned: forgive, and ye shall be forgiven:

Give, and it shall be given unto you; good measure, pressed down, and shaken together, and running over, shall men give into your bosom. For with the same measure that ye mete withal it shall be measured to you again.

Luke 6:27-38

Some of those scriptures also remind me of this one...

Then said he also to him that bade him, When thou makest a dinner or a supper, call not thy friends, nor thy brethren, neither thy kinsmen, nor thy rich neighbours; lest they also bid thee again, and a recompence be made thee.

But when thou makest a feast, call the poor, the maimed, the lame, the blind:

And thou shalt be blessed; for they cannot recompense thee: for thou shalt be recompensed at the resurrection of the just.

Luke 14:12-14

It is good to ponder how our rewards will be in the next life and not now. Indeed it is also a blessing and joy to obey His ways though! Keep pressing on in them wherever you are sisters! God is with us wherever we are!

Brethren, let every man, wherein he is called, therein abide with God.
1 Corinthians 7:24

God is able to make us stand! Hold fast to truth sisters!

Love, mercy, and peace unto you.

Today's Edification (8 November 2025)

Greetings sisters!

I trust you are striving on in the faith! We all have different lives with different 'enemies' to fight against spiritually...those things that would pull us from the faith and our first love for Him. We are told it is a fight so let us persevere in pressing on to keep our focus on Him. We want to be found watching, and faithful servants when He comes, don't we.

The one and only true faith is built upon truth and there is no room for any falsehood or lie. I was just pondering on truth and how important it is to God and to us who are of this faith.

Jesus answered, My kingdom is not of this world: if my kingdom were of this world, then would my servants fight, that I should not be delivered to the Jews: but now is my kingdom not from hence.

Pilate therefore said unto him, Art thou a king then? Jesus answered, Thou sayest that I am a king. To this end was I born, and for this cause came I into the world, that I should bear witness unto the truth. Every one that is of the truth heareth my voice.

Pilate saith unto him, What is truth? And when he had said this, he went out again unto the Jews, and saith unto them, I find in him no fault at all.

John 18:36-38

It can be astounding how common lies are in the world and how people use them for their own advantage. But it is not so among His people who speak the truth.

These are the things that ye shall do; Speak ye every man the truth to his neighbour; execute the judgment of truth and peace in your gates: And let none of you imagine evil in your hearts against his neighbour; and love no false oath: for all these are things that I hate, saith the LORD.
Zechariah 8:16-17

And that ye put on the new man, which after God is created in righteousness and true holiness. Wherefore putting away lying, speak every man truth with his neighbour: for we are members one of another.
Ephesians 4:24-25

And it also includes speaking the truth about others too. We have to be really careful of false accusations. This is contrary to the faith and not pleasing to God of course as He hates it and it is an abomination to Him. And may it be to us as well.

These six things doth the LORD hate: yea, seven are an abomination unto him: A proud look, a lying tongue, and hands that shed innocent blood, An heart that deviseth wicked imaginations, feet that be swift in running to mischief, A false witness that speaketh lies, and he that soweth discord among brethren.
Proverbs 6:16-19

The aged women likewise, that they be in behaviour as becometh holiness, not false accusers, not given to much wine, teachers of good things;
Titus 2:3

For your hands are defiled with blood, and your fingers with iniquity; your lips have spoken lies, your tongue hath muttered perverseness. None calleth for justice, nor any pleadeth for truth: they trust in vanity, and speak lies; they conceive mischief, and bring forth iniquity.
Isaiah 59:3-4

And they bend their tongues like their bow for lies: but they are not valiant for the truth upon the earth; for they proceed from evil to evil, and they know not me, saith the LORD.

Take ye heed every one of his neighbour, and trust ye not in any brother: for every brother will utterly supplant, and every neighbour will walk with slanders.

And they will deceive every one his neighbour, and will not speak the truth: they have taught their tongue to speak lies, and weary themselves to commit iniquity.

Jeremiah 9:3-5

Let us plead for truth and be valiant for it. Those scriptures remind me how there is no new thing in the heart of man which has been evil from the beginning.

Why do ye not understand my speech? even because ye cannot hear my word.

Ye are of your father the devil, and the lusts of your father ye will do. He was a murderer from the beginning, and abode not in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaketh a lie, he speaketh of his own: for he is a liar, and the father of it.

And because I tell you the truth, ye believe me not.

Which of you convinceth me of sin? And if I say the truth, why do ye not believe me?

He that is of God heareth God's words: ye therefore hear them not, because ye are not of God.

John 8:43-47

Let us hear His words and embrace truth and abhor all falsehoods. There are many false doctrines practiced in what is called Christianity today which makes it in some ways another false religion. Well people have made it that but Jesus is the truth and we must seek it out and reject all that is contrary to truth. We know those who lie do not enter the gates of heaven and it is a serious thing. Let us keep holding fast to the faith once delivered unto the saints.

Now the God of peace, that brought again from the dead our Lord Jesus, that great shepherd of the sheep, through the blood of the everlasting covenant, Make you perfect in every good work to do his will, working in you that which is wellpleasing in his sight, through Jesus Christ; to whom be glory for ever and ever. Amen.
Hebrews 13:20-21

Today's Edification (7 November 2025)

Greetings sisters!

A new day is here to serve Him! In Him we can always have joy for He is our peace and hope and life itself!

These things I have spoken unto you, that in me ye might have peace. In the world ye shall have tribulation: but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world.
John 16:33

I'm sharing some encouragement for us women to continue in the doctrine that is sound for us.

That is that we be chaste, good, discreet, sober, keepers at home, and being obedient, submissive, and loving to husbands (for those whom it may apply).

We are to be adorning ourselves with good works, not externally with things on our bodies, and also have meek and quiet spirits as per the word that is written.

Of course there are all the other areas for us as well which begins with believing in our Saviour, loving our God and fearing Him. And that we love all and are merciful, forgiving, kind, long suffering, patient and more.

We set our affections on things above and do not want to get ensnared by the cares of this world and the love of money. We are to freely give many things and serve others. In it all we seek first His kingdom and righteousness.

There's just a lot written for all of us in the Word to guide us through this present evil world.

All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness: That the man of God may be perfect, throughly furnished unto all good works.
2 Timothy 3:16-17

It is such a blessing to know the way and what pleases Him. So let us keep pondering our paths and making needed corrections as we go through life and any trials it may bring.

Hold fast sisters! Love to you in His name. I hope and pray we remain faithful unto death and can be with our Lord in a pure place for all eternity.

Today's Edification (6 November 2025)

Hello sisters!

I hope you're strong in the Lord today and rejoicing in hope!

I was pondering the book of life and the books of God in general as it relates to judgement. It is by works that man will be judged. God will have seen everything and He knows the secret thoughts of the heart too. Perfect Judge He is!

He that overcometh, the same shall be clothed in white raiment; and I will not blot out his name out of the book of life, but I will confess his name before my Father, and before his angels.
Revelation 3:5

And Moses returned unto the LORD, and said, Oh, this people have sinned a great sin, and have made them gods of gold. Yet now, if thou wilt forgive their sin―; and if not, blot me, I pray thee, out of thy book which thou hast written. And the LORD said unto Moses, Whosoever hath sinned against me, him will I blot out of my book.
Exodus 32:31-33

And I intreat thee also, true yokefellow, help those women which laboured with me in the gospel, with Clement also, and with other my fellowlabourers, whose names are in the book of life.
Philippians 4:3

And all that dwell upon the earth shall worship him, whose names are not written in the book of life of the Lamb slain from the foundation of the world.
Revelation 13:8

A fiery stream issued and came forth from before him: thousand thousands ministered unto him, and ten thousand times ten thousand stood before him: the judgment was set, and the books were opened.
Daniel 7:10

And I saw a great white throne, and him that sat on it, from whose face the earth and the heaven fled away; and there was found no place for them.

And I saw the dead, small and great, stand before God; and the books were opened: and another book was opened, which is the book of life: and the dead were judged out of those things which were written in the books, according to their works.

And the sea gave up the dead which were in it; and death and hell delivered up the dead which were in them: and they were judged every man according to their works.

And death and hell were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death.

And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire.

Revelation 20:11-15

Nothing escapes His notice and at the same time I am thankful for His forgiveness. None of us would have any hope without it.

I, even I, am he that blotteth out thy transgressions for mine own sake, and will not remember thy sins.
Isaiah 43:25

Repent ye therefore, and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out, when the times of refreshing shall come from the presence of the Lord;
Acts 3:19

Praise God that this is possible sisters! This gives us hope to keep pressing on and striving to do better. His mercies are tender and great.

And this scripture is also encouraging but also fearful too if we stray into sin.

Therefore, thou son of man, say unto the children of thy people, The righteousness of the righteous shall not deliver him in the day of his transgression: as for the wickedness of the wicked, he shall not fall thereby in the day that he turneth from his wickedness; neither shall the righteous be able to live for his righteousness in the day that he sinneth.

When I shall say to the righteous, that he shall surely live; if he trust to his own righteousness, and commit iniquity, all his righteousnesses shall not be remembered; but for his iniquity that he hath committed, he shall die for it.

Again, when I say unto the wicked, Thou shalt surely die; if he turn from his sin, and do that which is lawful and right;

If the wicked restore the pledge, give again that he had robbed, walk in the statutes of life, without committing iniquity; he shall surely live, he shall not die.

None of his sins that he hath committed shall be mentioned unto him: he hath done that which is lawful and right; he shall surely live.

Ezekiel 33:12-16

There is so much hope in repentance! Let us keep walking humbly before our God. We have not finished our race yet so let's keep fighting the good fight of faith sisters!

He hath shewed thee, O man, what is good; and what doth the LORD require of thee, but to do justly, and to love mercy, and to walk humbly with thy God?
Micah 6:8

Love, mercy, and peace unto you in His name.

Hello sisters!

Here is another unique day the Lord granted us in His mercy!

Nevertheless for thy great mercies' sake thou didst not utterly consume them, nor forsake them; for thou art a gracious and merciful God.

Now therefore, our God, the great, the mighty, and the terrible God, who keepest covenant and mercy, let not all the trouble seem little before thee, that hath come upon us, on our kings, on our princes, and on our priests, and on our prophets, and on our fathers, and on all thy people, since the time of the kings of Assyria unto this day.

Howbeit thou art just in all that is brought upon us; for thou hast done right, but we have done wickedly:

Neither have our kings, our princes, our priests, nor our fathers, kept thy law, nor hearkened unto thy commandments and thy testimonies, wherewith thou didst testify against them.

For they have not served thee in their kingdom, and in thy great goodness that thou gavest them, and in the large and fat land which thou gavest before them, neither turned they from their wicked works.

Nehemiah 9:31-35

This I recall to my mind, therefore have I hope.

It is of the LORD'S mercies that we are not consumed, because his compassions fail not.

They are new every morning: great is thy faithfulness.

The LORD is my portion, saith my soul; therefore will I hope in him.

The LORD is good unto them that wait for him, to the soul that seeketh him.

Lamentations 3:21-25

Blessed be God, even the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of mercies, and the God of all comfort; Who comforteth us in all our tribulation, that we may be able to comfort them which are in any trouble, by the comfort wherewith we ourselves are comforted of God.
2 Corinthians 1:3-4

We have so much hope in Him! Let us keep striving on therefore as He is good! It is such a blessing to know and serve the one and only true and living God! Let us take it seriously and hold fast to what we have as that pearl of great price Jesus told the parable about. Truly there is nothing more valuable. We can only see our Lord and great reward ahead by faith. We trust His promises.

Keep pressing on in all your duties and roles as godly women in whatever life you have! My day was a busy one so I will rest and be back here tomorrow if the Lord permit. Love unto you in His name.

Today's Edification (4 November 2025)

Greetings in the Lord sisters!

A new day is here to serve the One who loved us and died for us! Here's an encouraging scripture for our day...

Therefore being justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ:

By whom also we have access by faith into this grace wherein we stand, and rejoice in hope of the glory of God.

And not only so, but we glory in tribulations also: knowing that tribulation worketh patience;

And patience, experience; and experience, hope:

And hope maketh not ashamed; because the love of God is shed abroad in our hearts by the Holy Ghost which is given unto us.

For when we were yet without strength, in due time Christ died for the ungodly.

For scarcely for a righteous man will one die: yet peradventure for a good man some would even dare to die.

But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.

Much more then, being now justified by his blood, we shall be saved from wrath through him.

For if, when we were enemies, we were reconciled to God by the death of his Son, much more, being reconciled, we shall be saved by his life.

And not only so, but we also joy in God through our Lord Jesus Christ, by whom we have now received the atonement.

Romans 5:1-11

There's a lot to be so joyful and thankful about in there! Our Lord is good as we were so hopelessly lost.

That at that time ye were without Christ, being aliens from the commonwealth of Israel, and strangers from the covenants of promise, having no hope, and without God in the world:

But now in Christ Jesus ye who sometimes were far off are made nigh by the blood of Christ.

For he is our peace, who hath made both one, and hath broken down the middle wall of partition between us;

Ephesians 2:12-14

All the glory be unto His name! Indeed it will never be by works of righteousness we have done lest we should boast when all the glory belongs to Him! But now let us walk in His righteous ways which we have been created for. And we must keep fearing God lest we fall from His grace and perish because of sin. We know the unrighteous shall not inherit the kingdom so let us not be deceived but flee all sin.

Now we exhort you, brethren, warn them that are unruly, comfort the feebleminded, support the weak, be patient toward all men.

See that none render evil for evil unto any man; but ever follow that which is good, both among yourselves, and to all men.

Rejoice evermore.

Pray without ceasing.

In every thing give thanks: for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you.

Quench not the Spirit.

Despise not prophesyings.

Prove all things; hold fast that which is good.

Abstain from all appearance of evil.

And the very God of peace sanctify you wholly; and I pray God your whole spirit and soul and body be preserved blameless unto the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ.

1 Thessalonians 5:14-23

So may we keep pressing on sisters! We must fight on in spiritual battles. We do not want to be ignorant of our adversary's devices. Let us be wise and walk circumspectly. The Lord help us.

I hope your day is a good one in the Lord and that you're keeping diligent in all the duties the Lord has in front of you!

Love and mercy unto you.

Today's Edification (3 November 2025)

Greetings sisters!

Here is another day to live for our Lord and put Him first in our lives. Yes we need much faith to do this in this faithless generation but our Lord sees all and will reward the faithful in the end! We can trust His promises!

In hope of eternal life, which God, that cannot lie, promised before the world began;
Titus 1:2

Wherein God, willing more abundantly to shew unto the heirs of promise the immutability of his counsel, confirmed it by an oath:

That by two immutable things, in which it was impossible for God to lie, we might have a strong consolation, who have fled for refuge to lay hold upon the hope set before us:

Which hope we have as an anchor of the soul, both sure and stedfast, and which entereth into that within the veil;

Hebrews 6:17-19

We have so much hope in Him, to strive for this eternal life! His goodness shows us it will not be in vain. He keeps His promises, so let us keep our commitment to Him as it is a covenant we are in with Him through His blood.

Draw nigh to God, and he will draw nigh to you. Cleanse your hands, ye sinners; and purify your hearts, ye double minded.

Be afflicted, and mourn, and weep: let your laughter be turned to mourning, and your joy to heaviness.

Humble yourselves in the sight of the Lord, and he shall lift you up.

Speak not evil one of another, brethren. He that speaketh evil of his brother, and judgeth his brother, speaketh evil of the law, and judgeth the law: but if thou judge the law, thou art not a doer of the law, but a judge.

There is one lawgiver, who is able to save and to destroy: who art thou that judgest another?

James 4:8-12

Let us hold fast to the Lord's truth, sisters. We will give account of ourselves to God. Let us walk in the fear of God and may that keep us from evil.

Keep pressing on with diligence in your duties sisters! Let us not grow weary in any good work!

Love to you in His name.
