Today's Encouragement (7 September 2022)

Greetings sisters!

Here's a new day for me to share some edification for my sisters!

Hope you're holding fast to the truth and striving on right where you are!

I love this scripture...

I thought on my ways, and turned my feet unto thy testimonies. I made haste, and delayed not to keep thy commandments.
Psalm 119:59-60

That's definitely what we want to be like isn't it sisters. We don't want to take any of it lightly.

Good big cauliflower blessing from the garden...

Made into soup...

The Lord provided again! He is good and merciful!

Today I saw this huge mushroom which must be the biggest one I've ever seen...

And finished sewing more headcoverings...

The Lord has blessed me with a lot of sewing lately...so I am going to be very busy for several weeks in between going away to look after the littles ones. But one day at a time and let's see what the Lord has for all of us. We don't even know if we will get tomorrow here on this earth do we.

Praise God for good work to do and we don't have to be like these women...

We sure do know that women can talk and talk and talk (about things they ought not). And we know many are caught up in idle pleasures and as it is also written, those who live in pleasures are dead while they live. We sisters want to be occupied in good and useful and not vain things! And we want to speak only that which we should also.

And that relates to this scripture too...

That is a precious thing...to be His daughters!

God's Word sums up what we ought to be doing here...

Honour all men. Love the brotherhood. Fear God. Honour the king.
1 Peter 2:17

Glad we have truth and direction in this life! And thank you sister for sharing all those scripture messages today. We love His Word and want to live by it all and not pick and choose what we like. That would be pride wouldn't it thinking we...one of God's creations, knows better than Him.

Today's Encouragement (6 September 2022)

Greetings sister saints!

A new day is here! God's mercies are new! He is a good, kind, and longsuffering God not willing that any should perish but that all should come to repentance. We know we don't deserve all this we have in Christ...but we want to be so thankful.

Jesus answered and said unto him, If a man love me, he will keep my words: and my Father will love him, and we will come unto him, and make our abode with him.
John 14:23

Hope my godly Titus 2 sisters are doing well in the Lord and your good works are going well!

Thank you sister for this awesome flower creation picture and for the scriptures...

Glory to God! He made those flowers!

Always abounding in the work of the Lord...I like that! And our work in Him is not in vain! Praise God! We know of the vain things we spent much time in in our past...Christ set us free!

And I looked up some more scriptures on abounding.

A faithful man shall abound with blessings: but he that maketh haste to be rich shall not be innocent.
Proverbs 28:20

And this I pray, that your love may abound yet more and more in knowledge and in all judgment;
Philippians 1:9

As ye have therefore received Christ Jesus the Lord, so walk ye in him: Rooted and built up in him, and stablished in the faith, as ye have been taught, abounding therein with thanksgiving.
Colossians 2:6-7

Finished sewing another shirt today...

And more headcoverings too...

All as God gives me the time and health and strength to do it all...and you too with whatever you do sisters! God is good to us!

And I share the daily bread He provided me...

I'm thankful and I'm sure you sisters are too with what daily blessings you have in your life!

I must go now...but I encourage my sisters to keep striving on! Hold fast! And keep aiming to be blameless for our worthy Saviour!

And the Lord make you to increase and abound in love one toward another, and toward all men, even as we do toward you: To the end he may stablish your hearts unblameable in holiness before God, even our Father, at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ with all his saints.

Today's Encouragement (5 September 2022)

Greetings in the Lord!

How are my godly sister saints going today?

I really love this scripture and we see the love of the brethren in it too.

For this cause, when I could no longer forbear, I sent to know your faith, lest by some means the tempter have tempted you, and our labour be in vain.
But now when Timotheus came from you unto us, and brought us good tidings of your faith and charity, and that ye have good remembrance of us always, desiring greatly to see us, as we also to see you:
Therefore, brethren, we were comforted over you in all our affliction and distress by your faith:
For now we live, if ye stand fast in the Lord.
For what thanks can we render to God again for you, for all the joy wherewith we joy for your sakes before our God;
Night and day praying exceedingly that we might see your face, and might perfect that which is lacking in your faith?
Now God himself and our Father, and our Lord Jesus Christ, direct our way unto you.
And the Lord make you to increase and abound in love one toward another, and toward all men, even as we do toward you:
To the end he may stablish your hearts unblameable in holiness before God, even our Father, at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ with all his saints.

Yes I love all that!

My day was full of sewing..

And garden weeding...

And feeding lambs...

And other bits and pieces too! Coming here to share encouragement and edification with my sisters is one of them...an important one! Hope you're all strong and striving on in the Lord!

Thank you sister for the scriptures...

Amen...He alone is worthy! And so have we, His people, been called to walk worthy of Him!

That ye would walk worthy of God, who hath called you unto his kingdom and glory.
1 Thessalonians 2:12

We have such a great example in our Saviour! Let us look to Him!

Looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of our faith; who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is set down at the right hand of the throne of God. For consider him that endured such contradiction of sinners against himself, lest ye be wearied and faint in your minds.
Hebrews 12:2-3

Yes zealous of good works let us sisters be and keep being!

Well I think I must go now. I have another busy day to come tomorrow if I get that day...but let's see what the Lord has as we don't know what will be on the morrow!

Today's Encouragement (3 September 2022)

Greetings sister saints!

Here's a new day for me to come back and share with you in this little spot online I have! We saints love to pour out good things and use what means we have to do so in a dark world. There's so many aspects we may need to be a part of in this world and I mean we can't escape everything that 'the world' has created. But we don't get spotted by it by being here and we keep seperated from it's sins of course.

Pure religion and undefiled before God and the Father is this, To visit the fatherless and widows in their affliction, and to keep himself unspotted from the world.
James 1:27

Today I wanted to share some scriptures on servants and serving. That is a big part of our lives as women isn't it as we know we were originally created to be helpers and also as followers of Christ who taught us to serve. Hope these all bless you! And I share some pretty creations I saw today too! Glory to God for it all!

But Jesus called them unto him, and said, Ye know that the princes of the Gentiles exercise dominion over them, and they that are great exercise authority upon them.
But it shall not be so among you: but whosoever will be great among you, let him be your minister;
And whosoever will be chief among you, let him be your servant:
Even as the Son of man came not to be ministered unto, but to minister, and to give his life a ransom for many.
Matthew 20:25-28

If any man serve me, let him follow me; and where I am, there shall also my servant be: if any man serve me, him will my Father honour.
John 12:26

But now being made free from sin, and become servants to God, ye have your fruit unto holiness, and the end everlasting life.

I love all of those! We are servants to God and are to be to others also! God's ways are good! Let's keep looking for ways we can serve others sisters! That is an important ministry that we have.

Well I hope my fellow sister servants are going well and striving on in the Lord over and through all things!

These things I have spoken unto you, that in me ye might have peace. In the world ye shall have tribulation: but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world.
John 16:33

Hold fast sisters and be strong! Lord willing I will be back tomorrow. My day was a busy one of gardening and sewing. Hope yours was or is good too! In the Lord...all things work for good as we love Him!

Today's Encouragement (3 September 2022)

Greetings in the Lord sister saints!

Here's a new day for us to serve our great God! Hope you're doing well.

I'm back again sharing a few pictures from my busy day and some of God's Word which is the best. I had travel and fabric shopping and the gospel cards go out amongst it all...but that's really the most important!

For what shall it profit a man, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own soul?
Or what shall a man give in exchange for his soul?
Whosoever therefore shall be ashamed of me and of my words in this adulterous and sinful generation; of him also shall the Son of man be ashamed, when he cometh in the glory of his Father with the holy angels.
Mark 8:36-38

Many buttons to choose from...

...except not a whole lot of plain and simple ones becoming to a godly woman as is the case with the fabrics too. But that's often how it is in this world we have to search harder for simple plain things. We have been set free from the world's adornment haven't we! Glory to God! We want Him to be magnified not us!

Not unto us, O Lord, not unto us, but unto thy name give glory, for thy mercy, and for thy truth's sake.
Psalm 115:1

Favour is deceitful, and beauty is vain: but a woman that feareth the Lord, she shall be praised.
Proverbs 31:30

And I share some creations pictures from on my way home. All good pure and true things amongst this wicked world. Glory to the Creator! So many flowers out...a beautiful time of year!

And the fabric from my day to turn into clothing for my sewing shop...

Some busy sewing days coming up Lord willing!

And thank you so much faithful sister for your kindness in making me these scripture picture gifts for me to share here:-) They are all great scriptures on the guidance of the Lord and His paths. And with His awesome creations! May we ponder them all!

Today's Encouragement (2 September 2022)

Greetings sisters!

God gave us all another day!

I thought of this scripture and the true love that leads to actions that my true sisters in Christ show...

My little children, let us not love in word, neither in tongue; but in deed and in truth.
1 John 3:18

Like when a faithful sister sends me these scriptures and scripture pictures (thank you sister:-)...

Amen! And I love them all! God's Word is good! His creation is good! And my sisters in Christ are good too! Praise God as all good things come from Him!

Yet another busy day for me.

Share a piece of carob cake I made...

Really just put together blessings the Lord provided!

My day is almost over...

And share my evening meal...

And while they yet believed not for joy, and wondered, he said unto them, Have ye here any meat?

And they gave him a piece of a broiled fish, and of an honeycomb.

And he took it, and did eat before them.

Today's Encouragement (1 September 2022)

Greetings in the Lord my sisters!

Hope you're all good today!

Charity suffereth long, and is kind; charity envieth not; charity vaunteth not itself, is not puffed up,
Doth not behave itself unseemly, seeketh not her own, is not easily provoked, thinketh no evil;
Rejoiceth not in iniquity, but rejoiceth in the truth;
Beareth all things, believeth all things, hopeth all things, endureth all things.
1 Corinthians 13:4-7

I love that scripture! Sure you sisters do too. Praise God for His Word and truth which is always good!

So I'm dropping back again with another day! I've had another really busy one and I'm sure you sisters have too! Many good works to do in the Lord isn't there sisters!

Just a quick glimpse into my day...

Overseeing little hands 'helping' to wash carrots...

And the 101 other duties that need to be done.

And that ye study to be quiet, and to do your own business, and to work with your own hands, as we commanded you; That ye may walk honestly toward them that are without, and that ye may have lack of nothing.

We are blessed to have God's Word aren't we sisters! In it we find the truth about this life don't we. God is good to give it to us and we treasure it and want to take it seriously.
