Greetings sisters.
I hope you are all pressing onwards in the Lord. He is worthy of everything.
Reprove not a scorner, lest he hate thee: rebuke a wise man, and he will love thee.
Give instruction to a wise man, and he will be yet wiser: teach a just man, and he will increase in learning.
The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom: and the knowledge of the holy is understanding.
Proverbs 9:8-10
Let us sisters be wise and submitted to the Lord in all our ways and willing to change and see where we may be lacking or not as diligent as we should have been. We know in this faith life we cannot at any time let our guard down or stop growing if the opportunities are there. It takes effort to run this race and we have to fight because it is a spiritual battle.
Strive to enter in at the strait gate: for many, I say unto you, will seek to enter in, and shall not be able.
Luke 13:24
Not as though I had already attained, either were already perfect: but I follow after, if that I may apprehend that for which also I am apprehended of Christ Jesus.
Brethren, I count not myself to have apprehended: but this one thing I do, forgetting those things which are behind, and reaching forth unto those things which are before,
I press toward the mark for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus.
