Greetings sisters!
Here's another day! The sun came up yet again and so also I am back again as everything worked out for me to be able to. It's a blessing having technology to use for good! We don't use it for bad but we still have to be on guard for what we see or how we use our time and be very disciplined in using it. What a joy to connect with saints around the world with it and use it to spread the gospel! Yes the darkness can seem overpowering but Christ's light is brighter and greater is He with us than he in the world. We are on the Lord's side aren't we sisters and He is so powerful and will set it all right one day.
For if ye live after the flesh, ye shall die: but if ye through the Spirit do mortify the deeds of the body, ye shall live.
Romans 8:13
Yeah that verse is pretty clear that sin and flesh leads to death and we do have work to do to crucify the flesh and it's deeds. Thankful also that there are lists of what the deeds of the flesh are and what sin is and also to be told that those who do them will not inherit the kingdom. We live in a world filled with lies don't we, one being that sin doesn't lead to death if we just believe but we sisters know it still does. We fear Him who has power to cast into hell.
And the Spirit and the bride say, Come. And let him that heareth say, Come. And let him that is athirst come. And whosoever will, let him take the water of life freely.
Revelation 22:17

I love that scripture. That's what we want to be too...delighting and meditating in His Word and not being involved with the wicked.
I was thinking about gifts. No, we sisters don't celebrate birthdays or Christmas which are both pagan days and times when the world is obsessed with gifts, but I was thinking of non physical gifts that we can have or give.
Well some of the best gifts sure are physical like His written Word and God becoming flesh in His Son.
Thanks be unto God for his unspeakable gift.
2 Corinthians 9:15
And we have so many blessings/gifts within this all like of love and mercy and grace and peace and joy! Those are non physical gifts although we can see evidence of them etc.
To be loved and cared about by sisters is an awesome gift too and also to be able to edify/build up, encourage, and press on and such like. Just so many gifts in the Lord amen sisters?! I know my sisters agree and would not trade this life in Christ for anything!
Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, and cometh down from the Father of lights, with whom is no variableness, neither shadow of turning.
James 1:17
Amen He is the source of all good gifts! Let's press on in our days, thankful and rejoicing for the gifts we have and being ready to give the gifts we can to each other in the body of love and time and encouragement and many more and yes the gospel is the greatest gift to give to the lost world!
