Greetings sisters!
The Lord gave us this day. We know life can go past very fast...and then it will be eternity. We don't want to live for this life or to live in selfish pleasure but to serve and please the Lord and be preparing for our real life in eternity if we overcome in this one.
And we godly women may have a lot to deal with of simple things like food and clothing and other general housekeeping. But despite all that we are seeking His kingdom and righteousness most and that also includes how we do our work and what we do and don't do doesn't it.
Scripture reading to edify...
We're blessed to have His Word to live by.This is the mighty God we serve...
And he arose, and rebuked the wind, and said unto the sea, Peace, be still. And the wind ceased, and there was a great calm. And he said unto them, Why are ye so fearful? how is it that ye have no faith?
Mark 4:39-40
So let us trust Him and not be faithless and fearful!
I'd serve you some tuna bake if I could...
And we'd be thankful the Lord provided food to keep us going serving Him!
Hope all your Titus 2 works are going well as I'm sure most all of you would have a lot of those to do. We know such works are pleasing to the Lord and so we want to do them also in ways that are pleasing to Him like without complaining which we know He is not pleased with.
Do all things without murmurings and disputings: That ye may be blameless and harmless, the sons of God, without rebuke, in the midst of a crooked and perverse nation, among whom ye shine as lights in the world;
Philippians 2:14-15
