Today's Encouragement (10 October 2022)

Hello sisters!

I hope you're walking in truth and standing strong today!

I share this scripture for some of today's edification for my sisters...

Wherefore gird up the loins of your mind, be sober, and hope to the end for the grace that is to be brought unto you at the revelation of Jesus Christ;

As obedient children, not fashioning yourselves according to the former lusts in your ignorance:

But as he which hath called you is holy, so be ye holy in all manner of conversation;

Because it is written, Be ye holy; for I am holy.

And if ye call on the Father, who without respect of persons judgeth according to every man's work, pass the time of your sojourning here in fear:

Forasmuch as ye know that ye were not redeemed with corruptible things, as silver and gold, from your vain conversation received by tradition from your fathers;

But with the precious blood of Christ, as of a lamb without blemish and without spot:

1 Peter 1:13-19

What a great scripture. How can anyone not see the need to be of utmost diligence to be living a holy life for the Lord in soberness and fear? Let's keep pressing on vigilantly and thankfully after all God did for us.

Such a beautiful moon last night. It filled me with awe.

Of course pictures can't capture it but glory to God for it all and for letting us experience it all! He gave us life when we didn't deserve it! He is merciful and good!

Thank you sister for the scripture picture...

We definitely see in scripture that we are to be humble. How can we not when we realise who God is and His holiness and who we are. He made and owns us so how can we think we are anything?

Though the Lord be high, yet hath he respect unto the lowly: but the proud he knoweth afar off.

Psalm 138:6

For thus saith the high and lofty One that inhabiteth eternity, whose name is Holy; I dwell in the high and holy place, with him also that is of a contrite and humble spirit, to revive the spirit of the humble, and to revive the heart of the contrite ones.

Isaiah 57:15

Let's strive to be humble and holy women of the most high God!

Keep holding fast sister saints! I hope all your good Titus 2 works are going along well for you.

Love in Christ,

Sister Michaela
