Greetings godly women...my sisters in Christ our Saviour!
That is a precious thing to be part of a spiritual heavenly family of Christ's! It's not something to take lightly is it. The depths of thankfulness we can grow in I am sure when we ponder all we have if we are in the truth and we see the vast majority walking in lies and sin. We see the preciousness of what we have and we want to guard it.
I was talking yesterday about praising others and we know that is to be genuine praise for good works done and not flattery. It is to glorify the Lord for His ways. And it's not to do with the foolish ways of the world and praising them for their looks or their 'smartness' or their clothing. How foolish that all is. I'm sure we've all heard it said in our past or now to others. But we sisters are all about the Lord and His ways and encouraging each other in His good works. It is a pride maker such flattery and praise of such things but we sisters can (or should) never be prideful in good works because it is simply what we should be doing, what is required of us, and our reasonable service as servants doing our duty to our Master.
He that rebuketh a man afterwards shall find more favour than he that flattereth with the tongue.
Proverbs 28:23
I've been feeding lambs and so as I watch them heartily sucking away at the milk I think of how we all want to be like that...eager for God's word!
As newborn babes, desire the sincere milk of the word, that ye may grow thereby: If so be ye have tasted that the Lord is gracious.
1 Peter 2:2-3
And we sure do not stop growing do we...if we feed on His Word and strive to be a doer of it not just a hearer.

For the eyes of the Lord are over the righteous, and his ears are open unto their prayers: but the face of the Lord is against them that do evil. And who is he that will harm you, if ye be followers of that which is good?

And even though we know there are few saints of God left on this earth, if God is with us we can stand all alone and we have the greater power on our side! Glory to God!

I'm glad for ways to share His truth and hope and also provide clothing for others. Praise God!
Well sisters...I'm sure you're all going about your work looking to be diligent and faithful in it all as best you can. God sees and knows sisters. Stand on the solid rock of Christ sisters! And the wind and the waves won't move us off! Be strong in faith!
