Sister Sharing

Hello sister saints! 

I come to you again today in the name of our Lord, hoping you are all striving on for His kingdom! 

And whatsoever ye do in word or deed, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God and the Father by him.

Colossians 3:17

I share scripture pictures a sister made me from my blog pictures. (Thank you sister:-) And let's ponder His Word. 

Right sisters let us seek after God's ways. 

And there we see a few more of God's ways...being kindly affectioned with love of the saints, putting others before ourselves. 

So let each of us do the same! What a great hope we have if we hold fast to the end! 

And thank you sisters for sharing more of His Word as well. As we often talk about we can do with many different reminders of scriptures and it's always edifying. 

How can we be salt of the earth if we aren't any different to how the world lives? And we know about how we are supposed to be lights as well. We know God is light and anything good comes from Him! We don't want to be useless 'savourless salt' or like the branches cut off from the vine either! 

Right sisters! Let God's peace rule in our hearts...and not fear! 

Do you see the joy and rejoicing we can have in our great God in there? It's all about Him and what He has done and is doing for us! 

We know about that don't we sisters...and learn more about the depths of losing our own life for Christ. He is worthy! And we know about the value of precious souls. The whole world is of less value than one. 

So that's what I have to share for today and those things from my sisters in Christ. As a sisters said...

Amen! And I appreciate my sisters who most of all love the Lord and therefore hate sin and the flesh. The love of the brethren is indeed special and unique but we also have love for the lost and carry the hope of Christ to them if they want to lose their own lives for Him. And God teaches us our love is to extend to our enemies doesn't He sisters. I was telling a sister again how awesome are God's ways when followed. But we see that so rarely but it is so refreshing when it is seen. And I see it in my sisters and the Lord knows who His own are scattered over the world. One day we shall be in a pure and holy place with the Father won't we sisters...if we overcome! 

So being affectionately desirous of you, we were willing to have imparted unto you, not the gospel of God only, but also our own souls, because ye were dear unto us.

1 Thessalonians 2:8

Therefore, my beloved brethren, be ye stedfast, unmoveable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, forasmuch as ye know that your labour is not in vain in the Lord.

1 Corinthians 15:58

Hope to be back here tomorrow with some kind of edification and encouragement for you. Let's see what the Lord wills. Keep pressing on in your love for the Lord sisters! 

Finally, brethren, farewell. Be perfect, be of good comfort, be of one mind, live in peace; and the God of love and peace shall be with you.
