Hello sisters!
I'm back here on my little corner of the internet to share a few things to edify you.
My life might be simple as a quiet godly woman going about my serving duties and labouring for the Lord in ways that I can in the gospel but glory to God for calling us to be His and serve Him where He has. It's a high and holy life we are called to isn't it sisters!
My cozy wet wintry morning...
It's such a blessing to be receiving all this rain. It's amazing seeing all the changes of seasons on the earth. Just another fascinating aspect of the Creators mighty power and wisdom!
And I share some edification on being prepared against the wicked one, satan.
Above all, taking the shield of faith, wherewith ye shall be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked.
Ephesians 6:16
And we also know he comes as an angel of light too and there are so many false teachers out there. Let's be on guard sisters, at all times.
For such are false apostles, deceitful workers, transforming themselves into the apostles of Christ.
And no marvel; for Satan himself is transformed into an angel of light.
Therefore it is no great thing if his ministers also be transformed as the ministers of righteousness; whose end shall be according to their works.
2 Corinthians 11:13-15
It's something we women have to be extra cautious about considering how satan first tempted Eve in the garden and she sinned against God and led her husband into sin and we know how that affected EVERYTHING!
And so we know because of that, women are to be silent and under the authority of men. And we know God first created us to be helpers too as well.
But praise God for giving us so many warnings in His Word and for the ones that pertain to us women too. Let us sisters be vigilant and sober, watching and having on our armour for this spiritual battle we are in.
But the end of all things is at hand: be ye therefore sober, and watch unto prayer.
1 Peter 4:7
