Fry chopped onion and chopped meat until cooked. We use bacon but you could use chicken or whatever, or omit meat altogether.
Add sliced zucchini and sliced carrot and cook. Then add approximately 1 tsp cumin powder, 1 Tbsp soy sauce, and 1 Tbsp honey
Optional extras:
garlic
capsicum
mushroooms
or any other veggies really
I'm sure some of you cooks know how to experiment with this and that.
