Here is another quick post containing a keeper at home meal suggestion (and even a reminder for myself in years to come if I forget:-)
It's a potato salad.
Again I have no set ingredient amounts but share rough ideas which can certainly be varied.
Chop and steam/boil potatoes (for a starting idea I believe I used 2.5kg of these)
Fry some bacon.
Chop some boiled eggs and a red onion. Add mayonnaise and cream. I also added a chopped apple and a bit of cucumber.
And it will look something like this. Don't forget the salt...and pepper:-)
Serve with other veggies.
