Baked Coated Chicken

 


Greetings Titus 2 sisters! 


Today I am sharing a really good chicken recipe. It's very simple too. 


1/2 cup almond meal (or almond flour)

1 tsp paprika

1 tsp salt

1 tsp ground pepper

4 chicken thighs (or you can use similar pieces of chicken) 



Combine all ingredients (except chicken) in a resealable bag. (Or you could use a bowl if you prefer.) Make sure the meal and seasonings are well combined then add chicken one piece at a time and you can shake it around in the bag to make sure it's well coated. Or toss it around if you're using a bowl.  


Bake in a baking dish in a moderate oven (180C/350F) until chicken is cooked which could be around 45 minutes for thighs or longer for bigger pieces.
