Today's Edification (16 August 2025)

Greetings sisters!

I hope you're doing well wherever you are on God's earth! We are just as wheat living among the tares until the harvest. We are His work.

For we are labourers together with God: ye are God's husbandry, ye are God's building.
1 Corinthians 3:9
Being confident of this very thing, that he which hath begun a good work in you will perform it until the day of Jesus Christ:
Philippians 1:6

We are but clay in His hands. So let us humbly keep in our place before Him and others too. And may He receive all the glory!

I'm sharing this scripture for us to ponder today...

And beside this, giving all diligence, add to your faith virtue; and to virtue knowledge;

And to knowledge temperance; and to temperance patience; and to patience godliness;

And to godliness brotherly kindness; and to brotherly kindness charity.

For if these things be in you, and abound, they make you that ye shall neither be barren nor unfruitful in the knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ.

But he that lacketh these things is blind, and cannot see afar off, and hath forgotten that he was purged from his old sins.

Wherefore the rather, brethren, give diligence to make your calling and election sure: for if ye do these things, ye shall never fall:

2 Peter 1:5-10

We surely don't want to be barren or unfruitful. Elsewhere we have been taught what happens to trees that don't bring forth fruit, or any good fruit but bad ones.

And I was thinking about that quality of temperance we are to have. Yes we don't just let our flesh go wild but keep ourselves continually in check. It is a fruit of the Spirit as well. We must be in control of our actions. This scripture comes to mind too...

He that hath no rule over his own spirit is like a city that is broken down, and without walls.
Proverbs 25:28

And also watching our steps and paths.

Order my steps in thy word: and let not any iniquity have dominion over me.
Psalm 119:133

Make me to go in the path of thy commandments; for therein do I delight.
Psalm 119:35

He restoreth my soul: he leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for his name's sake.
Psalm 23:3

Ponder the path of thy feet, and let all thy ways be established. Turn not to the right hand nor to the left: remove thy foot from evil.
Proverbs 4:26-27

Keep thy heart with all diligence; for out of it are the issues of life.
Proverbs 4:23

Indeed, let us do so! There's so much true wisdom in the Word! Let us keep seeking it from Him!

Hold fast in the truth sisters, in the fear of God. Love and mercy to you in Jesus' name. Strive on!

Hello again sister saints!

Just dropping in to share some edifying for our day in the Lord!

Here's some good scriptures to remind us how blessed we are!

That at that time ye were without Christ, being aliens from the commonwealth of Israel, and strangers from the covenants of promise, having no hope, and without God in the world:

But now in Christ Jesus ye who sometimes were far off are made nigh by the blood of Christ.

For he is our peace, who hath made both one, and hath broken down the middle wall of partition between us;

Ephesians 2:12-14

As he saith also in Osee, I will call them my people, which were not my people; and her beloved, which was not beloved. And it shall come to pass, that in the place where it was said unto them, Ye are not my people; there shall they be called the children of the living God.
Romans 9:25-26

And that the Gentiles might glorify God for his mercy; as it is written, For this cause I will confess to thee among the Gentiles, and sing unto thy name.

And again he saith, Rejoice, ye Gentiles, with his people.

And again, Praise the Lord, all ye Gentiles; and laud him, all ye people.

And again, Esaias saith, There shall be a root of Jesse, and he that shall rise to reign over the Gentiles; in him shall the Gentiles trust.

Now the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, that ye may abound in hope, through the power of the Holy Ghost.

Romans 15:9-13

Our God is so good. What hope we have in Him though we be not physical descendants of Abraham. We are by faith and in Christ! Glory to God! He is worthy of praise!

I hope your day goes well sisters! Well how can it not really, pondering His goodness and grace and mercy and love. But yeah there can be many trials on this earth, but it all is what He allows and we are no better than anyone. May all things help conform us more into the image of His Son. Let us have the mind of Christ to serve and be of no reputation.

Hold fast my sisters and strive on! Love to you in His name.

Today's Edification (14 August 2025)

Greetings sisters!

I hope you're good in the Lord today! He gave me another day to drop in here to share in the truth. The days keep coming and going and so do the seasons and years. It's really feeling like spring already here on some sunny warmer days. And yes it is making me think of all the vegetables that can get planted! No matter where you live, the seasons changing are amazing really. Our great Creator set it in motion in the beginning and so it remains and shall continue as long as this earth exists.

I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service.

And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.

For I say, through the grace given unto me, to every man that is among you, not to think of himself more highly than he ought to think; but to think soberly, according as God hath dealt to every man the measure of faith.

Romans 12:1-3

We have sacrifices and serve to do because of our faith. It isn't just 'faith alone'...and then we can live our lives as we please. Faith without fitting actions is dead as we know. As John said, "bring forth fruits meet for repentance". And neither can we serve God half and ourselves the other. We must be all for Him right sisters.

May we be faithful slaves while our Lord and Master is away.

Doth he thank that servant because he did the things that were commanded him? I trow not. So likewise ye, when ye shall have done all those things which are commanded you, say, We are unprofitable servants: we have done that which was our duty to do.
Luke 17:9-10

He is such a good Master though! He died for us to set us truly free! Let us serve Him with joy and gladness! He is worthy!

Hold fast to the truth my sisters! Love to you in the faith. Be strong and of good courage and rejoice in hope!

Today's Edification (13 August 2025)

Hello my sisters!

Grace be to you and peace from God the Father, and from our Lord Jesus Christ,

Who gave himself for our sins, that he might deliver us from this present evil world, according to the will of God and our Father:

To whom be glory for ever and ever. Amen.

Galatians 1:3-5

A precious scripture to ponder on all the goodness of God in Christ. Also good to think on what it means to be delivered from this present evil world. We don't doubt how evil it is and we praise God for His grace in showing us a better way. We know we must forsake the world's ways and walk holy unto our God. For we cannot serve and love two opposing things at once.

Love not the world, neither the things that are in the world. If any man love the world, the love of the Father is not in him.

For all that is in the world, the lust of the flesh, and the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life, is not of the Father, but is of the world.

And the world passeth away, and the lust thereof: but he that doeth the will of God abideth for ever.

1 John 2:15-17

Let us do the will of God. I hope my sisters are pressing on with willing hearts in this! The Lord help us all keep soldiering on in this faithless and perverse generation where we shine as lights.

Hold fast sisters! Keep watching!

Love, peace, and mercy in His name.

Greetings sister saints!

I hope you are strong in the faith today. It's such a blessing, another opportunity to choose to live for Him by faith! And we have His written word so we are very responsible to strive to walk worthy of Him in His ways He has given us, as blameless as possible with His mighty help! It reminds me of the spiritual battle spoken of in Ephesians 6 and the armour He gave us to put on. But we know what we are to do is summed up in loving God and others. So let us keep pressing on in this!

Owe no man any thing, but to love one another: for he that loveth another hath fulfilled the law.

For this, Thou shalt not commit adultery, Thou shalt not kill, Thou shalt not steal, Thou shalt not bear false witness, Thou shalt not covet; and if there be any other commandment, it is briefly comprehended in this saying, namely, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself.

Love worketh no ill to his neighbour: therefore love is the fulfilling of the law.

And that, knowing the time, that now it is high time to awake out of sleep: for now is our salvation nearer than when we believed.

The night is far spent, the day is at hand: let us therefore cast off the works of darkness, and let us put on the armour of light.

Let us walk honestly, as in the day; not in rioting and drunkenness, not in chambering and wantonness, not in strife and envying.

But put ye on the Lord Jesus Christ, and make not provision for the flesh, to fulfil the lusts thereof.

Romans 13:8-14

For, brethren, ye have been called unto liberty; only use not liberty for an occasion to the flesh, but by love serve one another.

For all the law is fulfilled in one word, even in this; Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself.

But if ye bite and devour one another, take heed that ye be not consumed one of another.

This I say then, Walk in the Spirit, and ye shall not fulfil the lust of the flesh.

Galatians 5:13-16

His Word is always good to help guide us in the truth with the help of the Spirit. And we do not live by food alone but by every word of God! I am thankful for it and I am sure you are too! Hold fast in the true faith sisters! Love, peace, and mercy unto you.

Greetings sisters!

I hope you are pressing on today! There's nothing worth gaining on this earth and losing our souls over. And so much is out of our control too! Let us labour for that which is eternal and have our priorities right through this life. Always a lot in the mind to sort through! Let us...

Keep thy heart with all diligence; for out of it are the issues of life.
Proverbs 4:23

And let us remember all the precious things we have in Christ...

And he said unto me, My grace is sufficient for thee: for my strength is made perfect in weakness. Most gladly therefore will I rather glory in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me. Therefore I take pleasure in infirmities, in reproaches, in necessities, in persecutions, in distresses for Christ's sake: for when I am weak, then am I strong.
2 Corinthians 12:9-10

May we rejoice in the Lord alway! We have so much of eternal things in the heavens, the Lord and our inheritance, if we endure faithful. We have the down-payment of the Spirit now and we hope to receive all the rest He has for us one day. Strive on in the faith my sisters!

Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, which according to his abundant mercy hath begotten us again unto a lively hope by the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead,

To an inheritance incorruptible, and undefiled, and that fadeth not away, reserved in heaven for you,

Who are kept by the power of God through faith unto salvation ready to be revealed in the last time.

1 Peter 1:3-5

Love, mercy, and peace to you in His name!

Greetings sisters!

Hope this finds you holding on and pressing on in the faith! I'm thankful for another day to practice His good ways and also come back here to edify you in the Lord and His truth.

If thou put the brethren in remembrance of these things, thou shalt be a good minister of Jesus Christ, nourished up in the words of faith and of good doctrine, whereunto thou hast attained.
1 Timothy 4:6

That scripture just came to mind and while it's a different context, indeed we know we can do with reminders!

But exhort one another daily, while it is called To day; lest any of you be hardened through the deceitfulness of sin. For we are made partakers of Christ, if we hold the beginning of our confidence stedfast unto the end;
Hebrews 3:13-14

Of these things put them in remembrance, charging them before the Lord that they strive not about words to no profit, but to the subverting of the hearers.
2 Timothy 2:14

By which also ye are saved, if ye keep in memory what I preached unto you, unless ye have believed in vain.
1 Corinthians 15:2

Put them in mind to be subject to principalities and powers, to obey magistrates, to be ready to every good work, To speak evil of no man, to be no brawlers, but gentle, shewing all meekness unto all men.
Titus 3:1-2

Wherefore I will not be negligent to put you always in remembrance of these things, though ye know them, and be established in the present truth.
2 Peter 1:12

Be watchful, and strengthen the things which remain, that are ready to die: for I have not found thy works perfect before God. Remember therefore how thou hast received and heard, and hold fast, and repent. If therefore thou shalt not watch, I will come on thee as a thief, and thou shalt not know what hour I will come upon thee.
Revelation 3:2-3

We have a lot to keep in mind don't we sisters! So let's continue to do that and it really helps if we purge the things out of our lives that are unnecessary and don't help us do that. And if we have other sisters in our lives we can and should do that with each other. But either way let us follow our Lord and Master with joy! Hold fast sisters. Love to you in His name.

Today's Edification (9 August 2025)

Hello sisters!

One more day I have to drop in to edify you in the Lord, to glorify Him! Everything we do is about Him and for Him and so we want to make sure it is pleasing to Him. He made us and owns us and we are His servants and so we want to be faithful ones. But of course we can never glorify Him with sin so no matter how people do things it doesn't make something wrong good. But we were blind and deceived in various ways in the past and of course we may still not see some things though we keep seeking and testing all things. God is perfect.

I hope things are going well in your lives and that you are pressing on in the faith in this corrupt and deceived world. It really makes you consider yourself when there's so much deception and hypocrisy and blindness and such like. Most everyone thinks their way is right and that they have the truth. So many claim to be living from the Word but there's thousands of different 'interpretations'. I know many only hold to parts of the Word to the neglect of others. But let us seek to live by all of His Word as it is all important. Yes it is faith in Christ that will save us as we were yet sinners when He died for us so it is not our works and never will be but we have been warned that sin leads to death still. We must flee sin (repent) and walk in His righteous and holy ways, loving Him first...to the end. There are many precious promises to them that overcome! We walk in the Spirit and not the flesh and when that is the case we have no condemnation! Praise God!

There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit.

For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus hath made me free from the law of sin and death.

For what the law could not do, in that it was weak through the flesh, God sending his own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh, and for sin, condemned sin in the flesh:

That the righteousness of the law might be fulfilled in us, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit.

For they that are after the flesh do mind the things of the flesh; but they that are after the Spirit the things of the Spirit.

For to be carnally minded is death; but to be spiritually minded is life and peace.

Because the carnal mind is enmity against God: for it is not subject to the law of God, neither indeed can be.

So then they that are in the flesh cannot please God.

But ye are not in the flesh, but in the Spirit, if so be that the Spirit of God dwell in you. Now if any man have not the Spirit of Christ, he is none of his.

And if Christ be in you, the body is dead because of sin; but the Spirit is life because of righteousness.

But if the Spirit of him that raised up Jesus from the dead dwell in you, he that raised up Christ from the dead shall also quicken your mortal bodies by his Spirit that dwelleth in you.

Therefore, brethren, we are debtors, not to the flesh, to live after the flesh.

For if ye live after the flesh, ye shall die: but if ye through the Spirit do mortify the deeds of the body, ye shall live.

For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, they are the sons of God.

Romans 8:1-14

For, brethren, ye have been called unto liberty; only use not liberty for an occasion to the flesh, but by love serve one another.

For all the law is fulfilled in one word, even in this; Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself.

But if ye bite and devour one another, take heed that ye be not consumed one of another.

This I say then, Walk in the Spirit, and ye shall not fulfil the lust of the flesh.

For the flesh lusteth against the Spirit, and the Spirit against the flesh: and these are contrary the one to the other: so that ye cannot do the things that ye would.

But if ye be led of the Spirit, ye are not under the law.

Now the works of the flesh are manifest, which are these; Adultery, fornication, uncleanness, lasciviousness,

Idolatry, witchcraft, hatred, variance, emulations, wrath, strife, seditions, heresies,

Envyings, murders, drunkenness, revellings, and such like: of the which I tell you before, as I have also told you in time past, that they which do such things shall not inherit the kingdom of God.

But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith,

Meekness, temperance: against such there is no law.

And they that are Christ's have crucified the flesh with the affections and lusts.

If we live in the Spirit, let us also walk in the Spirit.

Let us not be desirous of vain glory, provoking one another, envying one another.

Galatians 5:13-26

Very good scriptures. I am thankful for the truth, so let us strive to walk in the Spirit and crucify the flesh and it's affections and lusts. God's ways are exceedingly good! Let us worship Him in the beauty of holiness. Hold fast in the truth sisters! Love, peace, and mercy to you in His name.

Greetings sister saints!

I am dropping in again on this day the Lord gave! I hope you're pressing on in Him with joy for all He has done for us, and His goodness! We do always have a lot to be thankful for! So I will share some scriptures on thankfulness today! I'm sure we can never be thankful enough so can use reminders. We know grumbling and complaining and otherwise being discontent is not pleasing to God so let's not be those things but thankful whatever situations and circumstances and life He gave us! He knows best and will look after His own in the way He sees best. Let's just keep seeking first His kingdom and righteousness.

Giving thanks always for all things unto God and the Father in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ; Submitting yourselves one to another in the fear of God.
Ephesians 5:20-21

Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God.
Philippians 4:6

And whatsoever ye do in word or deed, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God and the Father by him.
Colossians 3:17

We give thanks to God always for you all, making mention of you in our prayers; Remembering without ceasing your work of faith, and labour of love, and patience of hope in our Lord Jesus Christ, in the sight of God and our Father;
 1 Thessalonians 1:2-3

And let the peace of God rule in your hearts, to the which also ye are called in one body; and be ye thankful.
Colossians 3:15

So let us be thankful daughters of the most high God, our Father. Keep striving on in the faith and all your duties sisters! Love and peace to you in His name.

Greetings again sister saints!

Just dropping in at the end of my busy day here. Hope you're keeping occupied in all good things wherever the Lord has you on this huge earth! But the Lord sees all His children and knows them all.

Nevertheless the foundation of God standeth sure, having this seal, The Lord knoweth them that are his. And, Let every one that nameth the name of Christ depart from iniquity.
2 Timothy 2:19
Behold, the eye of the LORD is upon them that fear him, upon them that hope in his mercy;
Psalm 33:18
For the eyes of the Lord are over the righteous, and his ears are open unto their prayers: but the face of the Lord is against them that do evil.
1 Peter 3:12

Let us walk by faith knowing these are true and doing that which pleases Him. We know He is ever present so let that help us keep following His ways as we want to. It can be comforting knowing He sees all. Definitely fearful for those sinning against Him. But a comfort to know He sees our good works done unto Him. He sees any of our failings or sins and also what other people do to us, the good and the bad. Nothing escapes His eye.

The eyes of the LORD are in every place, beholding the evil and the good.
Proverbs 15:3

Let us keep walking in a manner fitting of this holy calling we have. The Lord help us. Strive on in all good things sisters! Love to you in the Lord our God.

Salutations to my godly sisters!

I hope you are holding fast to the Lord wherever you are! I have another day to be able to edify in the Lord...so I am.

I was reading in Acts and I know I shared some of this the other day but there's always something else to look at in a passage.

And a certain woman named Lydia, a seller of purple, of the city of Thyatira, which worshipped God, heard us: whose heart the Lord opened, that she attended unto the things which were spoken of Paul.
Acts 16:14

I was just thinking about this woman named Lydia who was a seller of purple of the city of Thyatira. And that is one of the cities spoken to in the book of Revelation so it's just interesting to go and read that account too!

And unto the angel of the church in Thyatira write; These things saith the Son of God, who hath his eyes like unto a flame of fire, and his feet are like fine brass;

I know thy works, and charity, and service, and faith, and thy patience, and thy works; and the last to be more than the first.

Notwithstanding I have a few things against thee, because thou sufferest that woman Jezebel, which calleth herself a prophetess, to teach and to seduce my servants to commit fornication, and to eat things sacrificed unto idols.

And I gave her space to repent of her fornication; and she repented not.

Behold, I will cast her into a bed, and them that commit adultery with her into great tribulation, except they repent of their deeds.

And I will kill her children with death; and all the churches shall know that I am he which searcheth the reins and hearts: and I will give unto every one of you according to your works.

But unto you I say, and unto the rest in Thyatira, as many as have not this doctrine, and which have not known the depths of Satan, as they speak; I will put upon you none other burden.

But that which ye have already hold fast till I come.

And he that overcometh, and keepeth my works unto the end, to him will I give power over the nations:

And he shall rule them with a rod of iron; as the vessels of a potter shall they be broken to shivers: even as I received of my Father.

And I will give him the morning star.

He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches.

Revelation 2:18-29

It is interesting that Jesus speaks against some sins this woman Jezebel was committing which were ones the apostles had spoken to the Gentiles about which I also just read in Acts too.

And they wrote letters by them after this manner; The apostles and elders and brethren send greeting unto the brethren which are of the Gentiles in Antioch and Syria and Cilicia:

Forasmuch as we have heard, that certain which went out from us have troubled you with words, subverting your souls, saying, Ye must be circumcised, and keep the law: to whom we gave no such commandment:

It seemed good unto us, being assembled with one accord, to send chosen men unto you with our beloved Barnabas and Paul,

Men that have hazarded their lives for the name of our Lord Jesus Christ.

We have sent therefore Judas and Silas, who shall also tell you the same things by mouth.

For it seemed good to the Holy Ghost, and to us, to lay upon you no greater burden than these necessary things;

That ye abstain from meats offered to idols, and from blood, and from things strangled, and from fornication: from which if ye keep yourselves, ye shall do well. Fare ye well.

So when they were dismissed, they came to Antioch: and when they had gathered the multitude together, they delivered the epistle:

Which when they had read, they rejoiced for the consolation.

Acts 15:23-31

The whole chapter is about that and a good one to go read too. Just makes me think about leading a quiet life in good works keeping ourselves from the world and such pollutions, simply pleasing our Lord. The faith doesn't have to be complex and hard to find His will. Yes we do live in perilous times but we just need to keep ourselves from all those many deceptions and humbly follow our Lord by faith in obedience as His dear children.

His Word is good and I am thankful we have it to read and ponder and obey!

So strive on in the Lord my sisters. May He give you what you need as you seek it from Him. Love to you in the faith of Christ. Keep pressing on in all the duties set before you!

Greetings sisters!

Elect according to the foreknowledge of God the Father, through sanctification of the Spirit, unto obedience and sprinkling of the blood of Jesus Christ: Grace unto you, and peace, be multiplied.

1 Peter 1:2-5

That's a wonderful scripture with precious promises.

I was just thinking lately too how if we may be feeling down or overwhelmed or exhausted or whatever as there are many things in life that can make us feel that way sometimes, we really need to refocus on the Lord and that truly should set us straight. Easier said than done sometimes (especially if we are physically not feeling well), because the trials of this life can be great and it is also good to be sober minded and also there is a time to be grieved and sad but in general in everyday life it really helps to quickly change our thinking to His wonderful goodness and rejoice and be thankful! Because in the Lord we can rejoice though in this world we will have tribulation as our Lord told us. If we're feeling tired and draggy on a busy day may we ponder the strength of the Lord and His admonition to not grow weary in any good thing. We can ponder the precious promises ahead for those who overcome. There's just so many good things...in the Lord, that we can continue to be of good courage and press on in our days. Jesus came into this groaning world to serve us and loved us so much that He died a horrible death that we may be delivered. There's just so much to be grateful for! Let us look to Him and not on the 'storms' of this life! Let us be like the one healed leper, who serves Him with a thankful heart for all He did for us.

For which cause we faint not; but though our outward man perish, yet the inward man is renewed day by day.
2 Corinthians 4:16

And he said unto me, My grace is sufficient for thee: for my strength is made perfect in weakness. Most gladly therefore will I rather glory in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me. Therefore I take pleasure in infirmities, in reproaches, in necessities, in persecutions, in distresses for Christ's sake: for when I am weak, then am I strong.
2 Corinthians 12:9-10

So keep pressing on day by day sisters! We have so much consolation in Christ! Hold fast and be of good cheer if you are striving on faithfully. Love, peace and mercy to you.

Hello again sisters in the Lord!

That's a beautiful sunrise here this morning! It was windy too so the clouds were blowing over as well. It did bring to mind what Jesus said...

He answered and said unto them, When it is evening, ye say, It will be fair weather: for the sky is red. And in the morning, It will be foul weather to day: for the sky is red and lowring. O ye hypocrites, ye can discern the face of the sky; but can ye not discern the signs of the times?
Matthew 16:2-3

Let us be watching and on guard knowing that the times are perilous, and being ready to meet our Maker. I hope you're pressing on in the faith wherever you are!

This is a wonderful scripture to remember...

For the grace of God that bringeth salvation hath appeared to all men,

Teaching us that, denying ungodliness and worldly lusts, we should live soberly, righteously, and godly, in this present world;

Looking for that blessed hope, and the glorious appearing of the great God and our Saviour Jesus Christ;

Who gave himself for us, that he might redeem us from all iniquity, and purify unto himself a peculiar people, zealous of good works.

Titus 2:11-14

God's word is just so truthful and good and has a lot packed into it for us to ponder on and live out. The world's books are just so empty and vain compared to His Word and of course oftentimes sinful as well but His pure Word is perfect! Let us live by every word of God! I am very thankful we have His written Word in our language today. Let us treasure it and not take it lightly but keep being doers of it as well as hearers and readers of it.

I charge you by the Lord that this epistle be read unto all the holy brethren.
1 Thessalonians 5:27
And when this epistle is read among you, cause that it be read also in the church of the Laodiceans; and that ye likewise read the epistle from Laodicea.
Colossians 4:16

This is interesting too...

Ye are our epistle written in our hearts, known and read of all men: Forasmuch as ye are manifestly declared to be the epistle of Christ ministered by us, written not with ink, but with the Spirit of the living God; not in tables of stone, but in fleshy tables of the heart.
2 Corinthians 3:2-3

Our lives should indeed be the Word lived out in practice in the different lives we each have as not all scriptures apply to all of us of course.

But continue thou in the things which thou hast learned and hast been assured of, knowing of whom thou hast learned them;

And that from a child thou hast known the holy scriptures, which are able to make thee wise unto salvation through faith which is in Christ Jesus.

All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness:

That the man of God may be perfect, throughly furnished unto all good works.

2 Timothy 3:14-17

His Word says everything best so I will leave it at that for today!

Keep living out the Word sisters, and I will keep striving to here as well. May the Lord help us, for without Him we can do nothing. Let us abide in the Vine and bear much fruit for His glory!

Abide in me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit of itself, except it abide in the vine; no more can ye, except ye abide in me.

I am the vine, ye are the branches: He that abideth in me, and I in him, the same bringeth forth much fruit: for without me ye can do nothing.

If a man abide not in me, he is cast forth as a branch, and is withered; and men gather them, and cast them into the fire, and they are burned.

If ye abide in me, and my words abide in you, ye shall ask what ye will, and it shall be done unto you.

Herein is my Father glorified, that ye bear much fruit; so shall ye be my disciples.

As the Father hath loved me, so have I loved you: continue ye in my love.

If ye keep my commandments, ye shall abide in my love; even as I have kept my Father's commandments, and abide in his love.

John 15:4-10

Mercy, peace, and love to you in His name.

Today's Edification (3 August 2025)

Greetings sisters!

I hope you are doing well today and running your race with patience one more day He granted us!

I'm just sharing some scriptures of Christ as our High Priest. Good to ponder and know how things are today in the better covenant. Praise God for His truth revealed to us!

Wherefore in all things it behoved him to be made like unto his brethren, that he might be a merciful and faithful high priest in things pertaining to God, to make reconciliation for the sins of the people. For in that he himself hath suffered being tempted, he is able to succour them that are tempted.
Hebrews 2:17-18

Wherefore, holy brethren, partakers of the heavenly calling, consider the Apostle and High Priest of our profession, Christ Jesus; Who was faithful to him that appointed him, as also Moses was faithful in all his house.
Hebrews 3:1-2

Seeing then that we have a great high priest, that is passed into the heavens, Jesus the Son of God, let us hold fast our profession.

For we have not an high priest which cannot be touched with the feeling of our infirmities; but was in all points tempted like as we are, yet without sin.

Let us therefore come boldly unto the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need.

Hebrews 4:14-16

For every high priest taken from among men is ordained for men in things pertaining to God, that he may offer both gifts and sacrifices for sins:

Who can have compassion on the ignorant, and on them that are out of the way; for that he himself also is compassed with infirmity.

And by reason hereof he ought, as for the people, so also for himself, to offer for sins.

And no man taketh this honour unto himself, but he that is called of God, as was Aaron.

So also Christ glorified not himself to be made an high priest; but he that said unto him, Thou art my Son, to day have I begotten thee.

Hebrews 5:1-5

Whither the forerunner is for us entered, even Jesus, made an high priest for ever after the order of Melchisedec.
Hebrews 6:20

But this man, because he continueth ever, hath an unchangeable priesthood.

Wherefore he is able also to save them to the uttermost that come unto God by him, seeing he ever liveth to make intercession for them.

For such an high priest became us, who is holy, harmless, undefiled, separate from sinners, and made higher than the heavens;

Who needeth not daily, as those high priests, to offer up sacrifice, first for his own sins, and then for the people's: for this he did once, when he offered up himself.

For the law maketh men high priests which have infirmity; but the word of the oath, which was since the law, maketh the Son, who is consecrated for evermore.

Hebrews 7:24-28

Now of the things which we have spoken this is the sum: We have such an high priest, who is set on the right hand of the throne of the Majesty in the heavens; A minister of the sanctuary, and of the true tabernacle, which the Lord pitched, and not man.
Hebrews 8:1-2

But Christ being come an high priest of good things to come, by a greater and more perfect tabernacle, not made with hands, that is to say, not of this building;
Hebrews 9:11

And having an high priest over the house of God; Let us draw near with a true heart in full assurance of faith, having our hearts sprinkled from an evil conscience, and our bodies washed with pure water.
Hebrews 10:21-22

He is the only way to the Father and eternal life! Let us seek Him and obey His voice.

Hold fast sisters and keep pressing on in all your duties God gave you! May we continue to be to the praise of the glory of His grace! My love to you in the faith.
