Today's Encouragement (30 November 2022)

Greetings sisters!

Hope each of you are strong in the faith!

I'm back on an extra busy day sharing a little edification for my sisters...who I'm sure are also occupied in a great variety of good things!

And this is the condemnation, that light is come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil.

For every one that doeth evil hateth the light, neither cometh to the light, lest his deeds should be reproved.

But he that doeth truth cometh to the light, that his deeds may be made manifest, that they are wrought in God.

John 3:19-21

We love the light amen sisters?!

If we say that we have fellowship with him, and walk in darkness, we lie, and do not the truth:

But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship one with another, and the blood of Jesus Christ his Son cleanseth us from all sin.

1 John 1:6-7

Love that too...how awesome to walk in the light and have fellowship with Him and one another!

Pretty calm water like a mirror...

Back to looking after precious little ones...

And in the midst of it all a peaceful walk on an amazing evening to make audios for some sisters.

How beautiful! Glory to the Creator!

(Pretty moon up so high above that a lil one pointed out to me earlier. Might not have seen it otherwise as it's an effort to look directly above you sometimes lol!)

Thank you sister for sharing this awesome scripture...

So much in there to love and be encouraged by!

Hold fast sister saints! Lord willing I will be back tomorrow but I think of my sisters out there diligent in their works too!

Love in Christ,

Sister Michaela

Today's Encouragement (29 November 2022)

Greetings in the Lord to my sisters!

Hoping you're doing well in Him and walking in His strength and truth on this day!

Sharing this scripture which I loved reading...

Therefore doth my Father love me, because I lay down my life, that I might take it again.

No man taketh it from me, but I lay it down of myself. I have power to lay it down, and I have power to take it again. This commandment have I received of my Father.

John 10:17-18

Thinking about Christ's total power over death! So glad for what He did for us.

Thank you sister for this awesome scripture picture gift...

We're so thankful for His tender mercies...we are most hopeless without that.

I was telling some sisters how I was thinking about how in the book of Acts those early saints were daily all about the things of God! And we do our best to do that today via technology through email, text, messenger, audio, or even letters. Praise God for whatever means of fellowship in Him! It's precious and such a blessing because we know the saints are so few!

And they departed from the presence of the council, rejoicing that they were counted worthy to suffer shame for his name. And daily in the temple, and in every house, they ceased not to teach and preach Jesus Christ.

Acts 5:41-42

These were more noble than those in Thessalonica, in that they received the word with all readiness of mind, and searched the scriptures daily, whether those things were so.

Acts 17:11

I love thinking about that and their zeal and love for the Lord. And we sisters today want to be like that too don't we! The Lord is our first love!

More garden harvest!

Such blessings He created!

For by him were all things created, that are in heaven, and that are in earth, visible and invisible, whether they be thrones, or dominions, or principalities, or powers: all things were created by him, and for him:

And he is before all things, and by him all things consist.

Colossians 1:16-17

Good harvest from the carrot jungle...

A tiny fraction of how many there are! And He grows it from the ground...but one day we too will return to the dust. But our spirit will be with the Lord!

Heading off to look after the children again tomorrow. Made a quick snack for the road and for the children...

Good blessings! (It's just some melted coconut oil, coconut, maple syrup, oats, almond flour, cacao powder all thrown together in a ratio that looked right and set in the fridge.)

My day is over...

And my sisters on the other side of the world may be getting a brand new day...to choose to serve the Lord! And taking up our crosses daily!
And he said to them all, If any man will come after me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross daily, and follow me.

Luke 9:23

Hold fast sister saints! Christ our Lord and Saviour and King and Master is so worthy! Let us deny ourselves and follow Him!

Love in Him,

Sister Michaela

Today's Encouragement (28 November 2022)

Greetings sisters!

Hope you're all well and strong in faith today!

I was reading this scripture and love it...

But, beloved, we are persuaded better things of you, and things that accompany salvation, though we thus speak.

For God is not unrighteous to forget your work and labour of love, which ye have shewed toward his name, in that ye have ministered to the saints, and do minister.

Hebrews 6:9-10

And today the part about 'showed towards His name' stood out to me. Reminds me that we're doing all we do unto the Lord as unto Him amen sisters?! Especially in the serving of other saints! I love the bit about the better things that accompany salvation too!

Good to ponder the depths of this...

Then shall he answer them, saying, Verily I say unto you, Inasmuch as ye did it not to one of the least of these, ye did it not to me.

Matthew 25:45

Sharing some pics from my time in the garden today...

Some of you sisters may not have gardens or some may but either way I know you love to think about and see good blessings the Lord grows and give Him glory!

Baby cucumbers sprouting up...

And a lot of beans ready for harvest...

Seems to be never ending weeds to pull...

But there's getting less for now!

Very many of these things around too...

But that's just one of the trials of this life to deal with. One day we won't need to be worried by many things such as that!

Such blessings the Lord made to grow from the ground from a seed!

And we want to be fruitful in the Lord and His work too!!

Thought this was a cute little selection of blessings from the garden...

Just bits and pieces I picked to cook with tonight mostly. And trying to dry some parsley.

Fried the beans up with the garlic...
Thanks be to God for providing!

This is a blessing to see when buying fabric for my sewing shop...
Thankful for sales and discounts. It was a gardening and sewing planning day today...and edifying my sisters!

I wonder how Dorcas bought fabric back in these days?!
Then Peter arose and went with them. When he was come, they brought him into the upper chamber: and all the widows stood by him weeping, and shewing the coats and garments which Dorcas made, while she was with them.
Acts 9:39
I know it was a lot more work to sew back then. But again they'd be used to it but it would have taken a lot of time and effort for sure.

Let's cleave to the Lord, sisters, with purpose of heart...

Who, when he came, and had seen the grace of God, was glad, and exhorted them all, that with purpose of heart they would cleave unto the Lord.

Acts 11:23

Ye shall walk after the Lord your God, and fear him, and keep his commandments, and obey his voice, and ye shall serve him, and cleave unto him.

Deuteronomy 13:4

Hold fast sisters and keep being faithful to our Lord and Master! I hope all your Titus 2 works go well and you overcome anything that's hard in your day today!

Love in Christ,

Sister Michaela

Today's Encouragement (27 November 2022)

Greetings sisters!

The Lord is worthy to be praised!

And he said, The Lord is my rock, and my fortress, and my deliverer;

The God of my rock; in him will I trust: he is my shield, and the horn of my salvation, my high tower, and my refuge, my saviour; thou savest me from violence.

I will call on the Lord, who is worthy to be praised: so shall I be saved from mine enemies.

2 Samuel 22:2-4

Let us all cling to Him and walk by faith which is manifest in good works of obedience and love to our Lord!

I was working on a different headcovering type today...

A simple slip on one.

It seemed to work out OK and I may be making more to put on my shop Lord willing!

Other than that I've had another busy day in sewing research and planning etc too. Glad for whatever good things we can do and what the Lord allows us to do. And also much sister edifying went on as I'm blessed to have daily communication with several!

I share this scripture with you too...

Take heed, brethren, lest there be in any of you an evil heart of unbelief, in departing from the living God.

But exhort one another daily, while it is called To day; lest any of you be hardened through the deceitfulness of sin.

For we are made partakers of Christ, if we hold the beginning of our confidence stedfast unto the end;

Hebrews 3:12-14

We want to 'take heed' don't we and we see it happening around us many being hardened in their sin and falling away completely and even being turned over by God. Let us be very vigilant!

And we love this scripture don't we sisters...

Thank you for sharing it again sister. We often rejoice in the truth don't we sisters and we know it has truly set us free from much! God's ways are so good and when we yield to Him, forsaking all that is against Him...there is freedom!!

Now the Lord is that Spirit: and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty.
2 Corinthians 3:17

Well sisters I think I'll go but I hope you're strong and striving in the Lord! Hold fast and keep pressing on sister saints!

Love in Christ,

Sister Michaela

Today's Encouragement (26 November 2022)

Hello sisters!

How are you?!

I've had a busy day but right now I'm popping in here to edify my sisters somehow! I hope each and every one of you are strong in the faith. We have to make sure we're on guard don't we lest satan take advantage of our weakness. But the Lord has blessed us with so much that we can overcome and be strong! We're blessed to have His written Word and His Spirit. He is all we need amen sisters! And food and raiment are pretty important too. But everything else is just extra blessings right? If we stop to think about all we have...well we couldn't even list it all! We have houses to live in which means shelter from the rain and wind and such. We have extra water above what we need to drink to wash many things with. We have things to help us store, cook, and eat food. A bed to sleep in with blankets etc. We have so many things especially in this modern type of world that help us redeem the time also. We're blessed with technology to communicate with saints and help spread the gospel too! We're thankful aren't we sisters! Mostly for spiritual blessings in Christ and that to come but also all He blesses us with while we do our reasonable service and duty on this earth.

Giving thanks always for all things unto God and the Father in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ;

Ephesians 5:20

Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God.

Philippians 4:6

My day is about over now after a good one with some garden work and then a lot of sewing work and planning and fabric ordering and such.

Headcovering inventory that went on after sewing some more...

Praise God for all we can do each day!

I hope yours was or is or will be a good one in the Lord too! Some days we may have a lot of one thing going on and others bits and pieces of this and that. But either way if they're all good works unto the Lord then that's what matters! We don't do bad works anymore...praise God (well we repent if we fall)! He has set us free from our vain and sinful and deceived pasts and now we get to labour in that which is seeking first the kingdom of God and His righteousness!

I think that's all I have to share with you today! But the Lord is with us and He is all we need but we are extra blessed when we can edify and encourage one another.

I leave you with this scripture...

And the Lord make you to increase and abound in love one toward another, and toward all men, even as we do toward you:

To the end he may stablish your hearts unblameable in holiness before God, even our Father, at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ with all his saints.

1 Thessalonians 3:12-13

Greetings sisters!

I am back one more day! God gave it to me. And I choose to serve Him! I hope you sisters do too!

Just sharing some simple pictures from my day and some scriptures to edify too!

Looking forward to the first zucchinis of the season...

They're always such a fruitful type of plant aren't they! Well most times. We want to be like that don't we sisters...in a spiritual sense of course in good works!

That ye might walk worthy of the Lord unto all pleasing, being fruitful in every good work, and increasing in the knowledge of God;

Colossians 1:10

Fruitful carrots...

...to make into carrot soup...

Lots of pretty carrot flowers going on too!

A split hose can make a good sprinkler lol...

(tiny capsicum/pepper plants)

Pretty window view as I work on this post...

His creations are peaceful! You can see the tiny moon if you look closely.

I share these scriptures a sister and I were sharing...

Aren't they encouraging to keep pressing on?!

And I love this too and say amen...

From that time many of his disciples went back, and walked no more with him.

Then said Jesus unto the twelve, Will ye also go away?

Then Simon Peter answered him, Lord, to whom shall we go? thou hast the words of eternal life.

And we believe and are sure that thou art that Christ, the Son of the living God.

John 6:66-69

Let us cling to Jesus our Saviour...and take all that comes with Him; reproach, persecution, joy, hope, salvation, peace, forgiveness, separation, shame, suffering, love, and so much more and finally eternal life if we endure!

He is so worthy to be followed and obeyed! We can't have Him and His salvation without obedience to Him can we.

Well, you keep holding fast sister saints as I will be here! I leave with this scripture for my beloved sisters...

Therefore, my brethren dearly beloved and longed for, my joy and crown, so stand fast in the Lord, my dearly beloved.

Philippians 4:1

Stand fast!

Love in Christ,

Sister Michaela

Today's Encouragement (24 November 2022)

Hello sister saints!

One more day is here and I'm stopping by with a little encouragement for us all!

As we have therefore opportunity, let us do good unto all men, especially unto them who are of the household of faith.

Galatians 6:10

And I want to use this opportunity for you my godly sisters of the faith!

I traveled back to my earthly home today. It was such a beautiful sunny day!

Glory to God!

Peaceful river creation too...

All the rivers run into the sea; yet the sea is not full; unto the place from whence the rivers come, thither they return again.
Ecclesiastes 1:7
The cycles God set up at the beginning and that are still going today are awesome aren't they!

While the earth remaineth, seedtime and harvest, and cold and heat, and summer and winter, and day and night shall not cease.

Genesis 8:22

Was a pretty evening too...

I share these scriptures...

He that turneth away his ear from hearing the law, even his prayer shall be abomination.

He that covereth his sins shall not prosper: but whoso confesseth and forsaketh them shall have mercy.

Proverbs 28:9,13

Only be thou strong and very courageous, that thou mayest observe to do according to all the law, which Moses my servant commanded thee: turn not from it to the right hand or to the left, that thou mayest prosper whithersoever thou goest.

Joshua 1:7

Let's keep striving in the ways of the New Covenant we are in today! So glad to be a godly woman and I'm sure my sisters are too!

This funny leek flower stem made me smile...

Not sure what made it grow like that but His creation is interesting!

Just a simple post today...but I hope each and every one of you are strong in the faith!

I leave with this great scripture from a sister...

Until tomorrow, Lord willing..

Hello sisters!

Amen He is great! Thank you sister for sharing that scripture!

I share this awesome one too...
But ye are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, an holy nation, a peculiar people; that ye should shew forth the praises of him who hath called you out of darkness into his marvellous light:

Which in time past were not a people, but are now the people of God: which had not obtained mercy, but now have obtained mercy.

Dearly beloved, I beseech you as strangers and pilgrims, abstain from fleshly lusts, which war against the soul;

1 Peter 2:9-11
I love that! What precious things in there of what the Lord has done and who we are now!

I took this video for some sisters I know but share it here too for you all. Just a peaceful evening walk...

His creation is good...glory to Him!

Good food blessings the Lord allowed me to cook and be sustained by...

He is a good Father giving us our daily bread! We're thankful!

A simple little post today for my sisters but the same love and hope that you're striving on in the Lord!

Oh and a funny thing my 3 year old niece was saying today was that she doesn't sleep with her eyes closed and she said she's just starting to learn how to lol. So serious about it all. And still convinced of the fact even after much telling her that everyone does. Poor little ones sometimes:-) but let us sisters never close our spiritual eyes so to speak and praise the Lord to have been given eyes to see...and we don't take that lightly!

And in them is fulfilled the prophecy of Esaias, which saith, By hearing ye shall hear, and shall not understand; and seeing ye shall see, and shall not perceive:

For this people's heart is waxed gross, and their ears are dull of hearing, and their eyes they have closed; lest at any time they should see with their eyes, and hear with their ears, and should understand with their heart, and should be converted, and I should heal them.

But blessed are your eyes, for they see: and your ears, for they hear.

For verily I say unto you, That many prophets and righteous men have desired to see those things which ye see, and have not seen them ; and to hear those things which ye hear, and have not heard them.

Matthew 13:14-17

Well sisters I hope all your Titus 2 works are going well too! And if you have little ones to raise in the Lord...what an important work to shield them from evil and bring them up in the Lord.

Hold fast sisters saints, rooted and grounded in Christ our Rock! Lord willing I shall be back tomorrow!

Hello sisters!

But let the righteous be glad; let them rejoice before God: yea, let them exceedingly rejoice.

Psalm 68:3

I love that! And we do have much to rejoice about and in don't we. In fact we're also commanded to rejoice in trials and persecutions! How are we doing at that?!

I'm coming back here again to share some simple good and pure things in the Lord.

Just some simple Titus 2 pictures here...

Sometimes pictures can say more than words or something. But anyway I'm sure you also have many simple Titus 2 things in your lives. They may be simple but important nonetheless! Keep being faithful in yours sister saints! The Lord sees!

Awesome creation that found it's way inside the car...

So many intricate creatures He made!

Thank you sister for this picture...

Let us be salty sister saints in this world of wickedness and darkness.

I'm also sharing some older scripture pictures to encourage my sisters today! May they edify and bless you! We love God's Word!

Hope those blessed you! Awesome scriptures! Hold fast sisters and I leave you with this scripture too...

But the God of all grace, who hath called us unto his eternal glory by Christ Jesus, after that ye have suffered a while, make you perfect, stablish, strengthen, settle you. To him be glory and dominion for ever and ever. Amen.

1 Peter 5:10-11

Love to you all,
