Hello sisters!
God gave us life one more day! And how are we going to use that precious gift? I hope we are all seeking after Him, loving, and serving Him for He is worthy! He has done all things well!
Not slothful in business; fervent in spirit; serving the Lord; Rejoicing in hope; patient in tribulation; continuing instant in prayer;Romans 12:11-12
I was thinking how it is essential that we know what the kingdom of God is and so we study it, and His Word is of course where we find our answers. It is important as we are to seek first His kingdom and righteousness not food and clothing and the things of this earth. We are not to be anxious for physical needs but trusting in Him and seeking Him first.
And when he was demanded of the Pharisees, when the kingdom of God should come, he answered them and said, The kingdom of God cometh not with observation: Neither shall they say, Lo here! or, lo there! for, behold, the kingdom of God is within you.Luke 17:20-21
Now this I say, brethren, that flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of God; neither doth corruption inherit incorruption.1 Corinthians 15:50For the kingdom of God is not meat and drink; but righteousness, and peace, and joy in the Holy Ghost.Romans 14:17
Know ye not that the unrighteous shall not inherit the kingdom of God? Be not deceived: neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor effeminate, nor abusers of themselves with mankind, Nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners, shall inherit the kingdom of God. And such were some of you: but ye are washed, but ye are sanctified, but ye are justified in the name of the Lord Jesus, and by the Spirit of our God.1 Corinthians 6:9-11
So much depth in His Word to seek out! Surely we should be diligent in doing so!
Take heed, brethren, lest there be in any of you an evil heart of unbelief, in departing from the living God.
But exhort one another daily, while it is called To day; lest any of you be hardened through the deceitfulness of sin.
For we are made partakers of Christ, if we hold the beginning of our confidence stedfast unto the end;
Hebrews 3:12-14
We have been warned that sin can creep in quickly, so where possible we exhort one another daily. We must endure to the end to be saved. Our life needs constant tending to, our heart and thoughts and actions to bring them into line with the way of truth. We are to prove all things and that surely first includes ourselves!
Prove all things; hold fast that which is good.1 Thessalonians 5:21
Examine yourselves, whether ye be in the faith; prove your own selves. Know ye not your own selves, how that Jesus Christ is in you, except ye be reprobate.2 Corinthians 13:5
But let every man prove his own work, and then shall he have rejoicing in himself alone, and not in another.Galatians 6:4
(For the fruit of the Spirit is in all goodness and righteousness and truth;) Proving what is acceptable unto the Lord.Ephesians 5:9-10
That ye may approve things that are excellent; that ye may be sincere and without offence till the day of Christ; Being filled with the fruits of righteousness, which are by Jesus Christ, unto the glory and praise of God.Philippians 1:10-11
We have such a high calling in Christ! But He gives us the power to overcome! Let us do our part!
I hope all your duties as godly women are going well! We all have different lives the Lord has given us but yet still much the same as well!
Strength and honour are her clothing; and she shall rejoice in time to come.
She openeth her mouth with wisdom; and in her tongue is the law of kindness.
She looketh well to the ways of her household, and eateth not the bread of idleness.
Proverbs 31:25-27
We seek to occupy in whatever good works we are able to. We do not want to be unfaithful or lazy in any of them.
Our God is a God of order isn't He and we women submit ourselves to that. All believers must submit to their particular roles.
Let all things be done decently and in order.1 Corinthians 14:40
When we follow His ways, we are in this order and it's beautiful!
Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you.James 4:7

For the grace of God that bringeth salvation hath appeared to all men,
Teaching us that, denying ungodliness and worldly lusts, we should live soberly, righteously, and godly, in this present world;
Looking for that blessed hope, and the glorious appearing of the great God and our Saviour Jesus Christ;
Who gave himself for us, that he might redeem us from all iniquity, and purify unto himself a peculiar people, zealous of good works.
Titus 2:11-14
Praise God for a Saviour who loved us and gave Himself for us and who teaches us how to live in this world! How thankful we are for this and let it change our lives every day.
