Many things to ponder in that one of our Lord's return. He has gone (as if into a far country)...but He's coming again soon! Let's be ready!
And when these things begin to come to pass, then look up, and lift up your heads; for your redemption draweth nigh.

Look up! Not around at all the troubles and tribulations that are coming. He told us not to be troubled about them. Will be hard in the flesh to endure when it fully comes but with anticipation of the joy to come afterwards we can have much hope!
And when ye shall hear of wars and rumours of wars, be ye not troubled: for such things must needs be; but the end shall not be yet.
