I'm back again sharing a bit of edifying.
Let no corrupt communication proceed out of your mouth, but that which is good to the use of edifying, that it may minister grace unto the hearers. And grieve not the holy Spirit of God, whereby ye are sealed unto the day of redemption.
Ephesians 4:29-30
Let us heed and obey that, sisters. This world is full of that which is empty, far from edifying and very wicked in fact.
If any man among you seem to be religious, and bridleth not his tongue, but deceiveth his own heart, this man's religion is vain.
James 1:26
Let us keep our mouth and our written words from that which is not pleasing to God.
Sister helped me learn how to make shirts into tunics for godly men...
And that ye study to be quiet, and to do your own business, and to work with your own hands, as we commanded you;
1 Thessalonians 4:11
And having food and raiment let us be therewith content.1 Timothy 6:8
And I'm thankful to know how to do them now. It's just modifying ready made shirts using two of them. Maybe I can post a 'how to' on my blog in time. We know God dressed mankind in Genesis in tunics/robes and that has never changed so we still do today. Women wearing a longer garment as per 1 Timothy 2. We live in a wicked culture so it can be a long way back to God's command for us in this area. But we saints desire to live holy in all our ways and to please the Lord.
Hold fast sisters...whatever may be going on around you. If it's 'stormy', look with faith and trust to the Lord and not at the surroundings or situation. He is able to make a way for us through all things! And if life is going smoothly do not grow idle but keep being on guard and focused on seeking first His kingdom and righteousness!
