Today's Encouragement (15 May 2023)

 

Greetings sisters!

But exhort one another daily, while it is called To day; lest any of you be hardened through the deceitfulness of sin. For we are made partakers of Christ, if we hold the beginning of our confidence stedfast unto the end;

Hebrews 3:13-14

Today we may get blessed to be able to do that via technology. No we know there's not saints gathering all over in homes anymore don't we. And we all have to be ready to stand entirely on our own in the Lord. Our hope is to come! 

(Thank you for the picture sister/s:-) Yeah we ought to only be about pleasing Him first. And part of that is how we deal with those around us too yes. We know we are to live at peace as much as possible yet we know we will be hated and despised still. 

I was thinking that if we ever start to feel bad about anything we do or don't do in this world really it is due to unbelief. I mean like if we ever think our obedience is going too far and we feel alone in what we're doing it must mean we're starting to doubt the truth of what we're doing. But no! Let's remember that we know who we have believed and He is true and His Word is to be obeyed no questions! Let us be bold in this truth sisters!

Like this one when we refuse to eat/fellowship with disobedient believers... 

But now I have written unto you not to keep company, if any man that is called a brother be a fornicator, or covetous, or an idolater, or a railer, or a drunkard, or an extortioner; with such an one no not to eat. 

1 Corinthians 5:11

Let's boldly obey that sisters! That is our faith...the fruit of it. 

Here's the next scripture reading for you... 

Was a simple pleasure picking awesome tomato blessings... 

...especially when it's about time for them to be done for the winter. 

And making a colourful salad with many garden blessings... 

Just some simple good Titus 2 works from day. 

Hold fast to the truth sisters! The real truth of His Word and not what people try to say is the truth and it's not. 

Prove all things; hold fast that which is good.

Abstain from all appearance of evil. 

And the very God of peace sanctify you wholly; and I pray God your whole spirit and soul and body be preserved blameless unto the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ.

1 Thessalonians 5:21-23
